• Hudson (8/5): Good price for a very nice location close to the Tower Bridge, and a spacious apartment - Location is really nice. Close to the Tower Bridge and other turistic points. Region is well served by bus and Underground metro. There is also a big Tesco market for less than a 1km from the hotel. I was impressed with the level of the details provided by the host to help on any step since days before the checkin and during the stay by proactively guiding us (remotely) to some places to eat, visit, groceries, etc. Very kind and polite. The mattress from the double bed was a bit uncomfortable, but only this was the issue for me.

• Guilherme (1/5): It is only better than sleeping on the street - the room is very large First of all, the self check in instructions I got were all wrong: they pointed me to the wrong bedroom, I had to figure out by myself the right room at 10 pm, walking between all corridors. They also demanded a security deposit in addition to the payment I made via Booking. After I left, it took them a whole week to give back my deposit. The building is very old and dirty, the Wi-Fi did not reach my room and the bed is awful, very uncomfortable.
• Fred (5/5): Probably good value considering the location, but hygeine levels can be improved on! - Location was great. Onsite parking was perfect too! The room had a stench which was horrible! Feels like it was coming from a drainage system as it smelt like waste water. The bed was quite uncomfortable - had body aches afterward.

I appreciate the host for the gift voucher in recompense to my discomfort - There was no breakfast on the option Disruption of water supply took a tad long to resolve - that made my stay uncomfortable. Also the emergency water supply came a tad later than it probably should have.

• Gavtcl (9/5): Superb - The apartment has a good size, was clean and by bus was reachable from various parts of the city. No underground or train from walking distance, but by bus was very well connected.

• Emma (7/5): Do stay here if a woman alone, while the room is clean the area and surrounding house were dirty, felt unsafe and overal - Overall room was clean and well stocked. While the room itself was clean on the inside, the surrounding areas were very sketchy (especially since the house is out the back of a carpark between 2 buildings where you walk into the unknown) and the house itself where the apartment is in is rather shabby, dirty and felt a little unsafe. The carpets in the house were stained and lifting, the walls were dirty and overall a very uncomfortable smell in the halls. While the location was fine to access everything in the city, would not recommend staying here if you are a woman travelling alone (I was with my partner and even we considered booking something else but the inside was clean so we decided to go with it) or 2 friends travelling as the area is a little uncomfortable, and something closer to the city and maybe a little more pricey would feel safer.

• Tessa (8/5): Comfortable and easy stay. 20 min walk to the tube and easy into the city centre. Apartment had everything we needed - great space and had all the amenities
• Avik (8/5): Nice place to stay for a short holiday. - The location was good for travelling to all prime locations by bus. The soap dispenser was empty. The entrance to the property was not impressive.
