Guest Reviews
- Mark (1/5): Never again - Location Not clean , dirty carpets walls really bad
- Jens (6/5): finalley we liked it. - 2 bedrooms, everthing we needed was there there was a mouse in the appartement
- Neeraj (7/5): Good - Difficult to use wash basin at bathrooms.
- Richard (4/5): The location was good but the communication and state of property was poor - The location It was dirty
There was no communication or welcome on arrival - we had to wait to get the keys and ask a workman to contact the owner. There was no reply to mobile or email.
The property was in poor repair. Holes in bathroom ceiling and carpets were dirty.
- Helen (3/5): Poor - The position was perfect for museums and Albert Hall Communication was poor. Flat very tired with broken blinds. Booking for 3 people but second bedroom didn't appear to have been changed and no towels for 3rd person
- Gary (3/5): Disappointing, bar location. - Good location. Joyce, the manager for the landlord was very easy to contact and very helpful. No complaints whatsoever about her. She permitted us to drop our cases off early because check in was delayed by 3 hours by previous tenants who had not checked out by 11am, but many hours later. Cleanliness was a good standard where within her control, ie she could not do much about the moth eaten, stained and wet carpet in lounge, but the kitchen and bathrooms were cleaned to a good standard. We could not check in 5pm because previous tenants did not leave by 11am. Lots of health and safety issues. Only one smoke alarm in entire apartment and battery was not working. Bedroom windows were barred meaning we could not escape in the event of a fire and felt like we were sleeping in a prison cell. Air conditioning advertised was in fact fans which we could not leave on for long because they were loud. Sleepless nights as apartment was hot and stuffy. Carpet in lounge was moth eaten, damp and dirty. Lots of flies because windows could not open. Many, many maintenance issues. None of the electrical items had been PAT tested. No carbon monoxide alarm. Only one key to share between 5 of us which meant we had to coordinate who would be back when, so noone was left locked out. Finally, we had booked a 3 bed apartment. It it was in fact a 2 bed apartment and not what we booked.
