Only issue was wi-fi was dead for our stay but apart from that would use again. Parking, Flat 7 dosnt have a spacs in bays, have to use the road which can be hit and miss.

• Clare (1/5): You do not get what you booked - It was modern and clean We were told 1 week before our stay that there was an electrical issue and offered another place to stay - given the short notice we had no choice but to accept. Ended up with no parking, on a very busy main road with building work going on across the road, a much further tube ride to London, only 2 hangars in the wardrobe informed staff - but nothing happened. Could not sleep as road noise never stopped should point out that our original booking provided car parking, was on a quiet street and just short walk to tube station and Wembley- we were there for Taylor. No instructions about recycling or rubbish disposable, no ironing board to use with the iron!

It was modern, warm, and well furnished. we had 3 kids with us, and the fact that there was so much space for them to play was amazing, and the backgarden was brilliant for them. Really nice area as well, it felt safe when we were coming home late night. The beds were super comfy, the underfloor heating a god send! I think there could have been an extra bit of information regarding local transport, wembley park station was shut down and that was quite a walk with 3 kids, we had to go to wembley central and coming back we a bus back to wembley park and then walked home. It took us a while to figure out that the number 83 bus goes by queens walk if we just stayed on it! I think a document that gives this little bit of information would be super useful for out of towners.

Large clean apartment and good communication with the management team. Easy access to central London via Wembley Park station. The bedrooms could have done with mirrors as the only mirror was in the bathroom. With a group of people at the apartment the bathroom became the only place to get ready in when applying make-up and hair-drying for our lady guests. Bed mattress was a bit too soft for my personal preferences.

• Ionut-nichi (10/5): Excellent stay for a couple of nights - I recently stayed at this fantastic apartment while attending the Eras Tour in London, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location is absolutely perfect—after a (very) long day on my feet, I was still able to comfortably walk back from Wembley after the concert. The convenience of private parking was a huge plus, and the quiet surroundings made it easy to relax and unwind. The apartment itself was spotless, clearly well-maintained, and the self-check-in process was seamless and stress-free. For those relying on public transport, the bus station is just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, this apartment exceeded my expectations and made my trip to London even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! Can’t fault it! Will definitely stay again if I go to Wembley.

Only fault we found was we booked for two nights, but there was lack of toiletries I.e toilet rolls and 1 dishwasher tablet for two nights stay . In need of more toiletries to cover both nights. Plus one towel each when should have extra for two nights.

For the money it could've been cleaner as in under both beds, there was lots of rubbish, boxes, dust, wrappers, odd slipper??? It smelt of cigarettes on arrival, also one of the baking trays was dirty and we couldn't use the freezer as it was completely full of frost,

Facilities were modern and ideal space and room for family. Kitchen could have done with better and more equipment. The sofa was collapsed one arm and table and chairs not sturdy. Bed in back room was sinking and not comfortable. My son dropped a toy on floor and looked behind bed couldn't believe dust.

• Andrei (6/5): Great potential but let down by cleanliness problems. - Superficially the accommodation looks nice and has all it promised. There's a serious cleanliness issue past the initial look. All the dishes and cutlery were dirty in the cupboards and drawers so you had to thoroughly wash anything before using it. The towels had some marks on them. And worst of all, there was severe black mould around the bedroom windows. The blinds were left down when we got at the property and I think they are always kept down which causes the mould. We tried lifting them to get some light be saw the mould and decided against it.

The apartment was impeccably clean and spacious, making it a perfect size for two couples. The balcony was a delightful spot for a morning coffee, offering a serene start to the day. The beds were incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The kitchen was lovely and well-equipped for cooking meals. Additionally, its proximity to the Ovo Arena and tube stations made commuting a breeze. The nearby shopping centre and shops were also convenient for any necessities or leisurely shopping trips. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for its comfort, convenience, and excellent amenities.

• Tajana (7/5): It is new building with pleasant host but location is a bit too far from centrum and a dusty rooms. - Host was very helpful and fast responding. Building is new and near by is Wembley stadium and shopping centrum. As I do not know London so well I realize only when there that house is in zone 4 of public transportation, busses are moving very slow thru town and often change route. If you like buss driving and looking around maybe that could be good about this location. We saw a lot of town on our way. Metro was 2 bus stops away which is not a lot but all together traveling thru city was time consuming. Who ever clean the rooms did not take care of a lot of dust on floor and lower parts of closet. It is shame because you can see building is not old at all but there was black stuff on the edges of bathtub.

The washing machine was old and probably never cleaned because our clothes had loads of linen stuck and fabric got damaged. The host did respond to my problem but had no clue how to solve it. The location is far from tube or bus and grocery shops. So uber or taxi is only option

• Florin (9/5): Overall a very nice stay. - Location is a bit far from the city center but we knew that. Very clean and cosy apartment, the only thing that was a little distressing were the beds. The mattress seems to be too bouncy, if you don't pay attention you can easily fall off the bed.. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, pretty nice surroundings. The room temperature was very tricky to be set .. too complicated setter. A broom would have been handy, as we always like to clean the kitchen (it's common sense, I think)

• Anonymous (10/5): Good location. Everything you need. Fantastic stay. Very impressed. - Very impressed with the property. Modern, clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The property had everything that we needed and was designed to a fantastic standard. We had a lovely little private garden too. The flat is in a great location if you're visiting Wembley stadium. Wembley Park tube station and the stadium were an easy 20 minute walk away. Central London was only a tube ride away. We were really impressed and would definitely stay here again. There wasn't anything not to like! I would've liked softer lighting in the lounge to give a cosy feel and a blind on the main door and bedroom windows for privacy.

• Amy (8/5): Very good - Spacious apartment with plenty of amenities. 15 minute walk to Wembley Park subway and 20 minute walk to Wembley Stadium so was convenient to get back to after concerts. Comfortable furniture and nice bath and shower. Dishwasher and washing machine was good bonus. Hosts were really helpful and great at communicating. We visited during the heatwave and being the top floor apartment it was HOT with only 1 fan for the whole apartment. No cleaning supplies provided, only a mop with no chemicals and a few dishwasher tablets, so when staying for a week we had to buy our own. Also one 1 long mirror and 1 bathroom mirror in whole apartment, could do with some in the rooms.

My husband used it to isolate himself from noise and it became his office for few days. - Very nice landlord who has accepted an early check-in as our flight has landed very early in the morning. - The garden is lovely with flowers. - The flat is well equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine/ dryer . - The flat is closed to Liddl, a 10 mn walk shopping - Parking space, just so convenient!!! - We will book it again next time we come to London. -The kitchen could be better equipped with a coffee maker, a tea pot, a bottle opener…
