Guest Reviews
- Vando (1/5): 🤮 never again - I don’t know, I didn’t even get to get inside the building They knew I would arrive late, once I was there, the key was not and the lock box, no one opened the door, no one answered my messages or calls, had to contact booking.com and was around 3h to sort all out. Had to look for another place and till this day the haven’t replied or said sorry, and all this at 1AM in the morning in the cold and rain on a very empty neighbourhood. Very unprofessional and disrespectful, so be careful. Thank you to booking.com for the refund and the compensation, much appreciated.

- Kia (3/5): - Easy check in process and host communicated well in advance Overall cleanliness was very poor. Bedsheets were worn and there was lots of accumulated dirt around the property in corners. Lots of spiderwebs in the rooms. The place would benefit from a deep clean.
- Richard (7/5): Good - Decent room. Facilities were adequate. Very warm. No fan in my room.
- Famodun (8/5): Very good -

- Herdman (8/5): very nice room and a nice property situated in a lovely area - i was more than happy with my room in a really nice quiet area more than happy as it was booked due to location for work to be honest i couldnt find it but in all honesty this wasnt the location issue it more on the travel side as bus i boarded decided to go on diversion so no complaints at all
- Jaz (9/5): Superb -
- Famodun (5/5): The stay was okay and very good location but the amount I paid is not worth the space at any level . - The location is good and is clean . The room is too small and tight and the money I paid for it is not worth the space at all because I was in f4 and I wasn’t allowed to extend . I paid same amount for two different room that the facilities and space are ways different is not fair at all.

- Sebastian (1/5): Absolute crap - a scam - A person that barely spoke English finally opened when the keys were not in place they should have been.
Some unidentified deposition was on the floor to call it this way. The room was not more than 1.5m x 2m. Bedclothes were dirty. Furniture was broken.
- Sagar (1/5): Bad - worst experience of my life. I will never ever recommend this place. the bed had springs out of it. every time you move, things start to make noise such as bed, floor. the walls are so thin, you hear everything what’s happening in the other room. worst experience. dirty.
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Ali (1/5): Terrible location - It was not in a safe area and the facilities were vey bad.
- Chukwuma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jean (1/5): I didn’t get to sleep their. I called them and they said they gave my room (F3) to another person and they wanted e to s - nothing Everything
- George (7/5): cheap, vaue for money for London, but you would need an weekly zone ticket to see all the sights in - The single room is small, similar to a Japanese sleeping pod. Just a bed, wardrobe, and kitchen chair, though downstairs has a well-equipped kitchen and sitting room. It is actually in Abbey wood on the borders of Plumstead, (the boundary runs down Wickham lane and church manorway) . it is on two bus routes which both go to Woolwich, To get to Abbey wood station you need to change at Plumstead corner. There is an Indian and Caribbean restaurant at Plumstead corner nearby and many African restaurants along Plumstead high street. Lake dale Rd has the red lion noodle bar which is a superior, noodle bar and Plumstead station has two Nepalese restaurants. For a more extensive choice, i would go to Bexleyheath Both buses go there. For shops again take the 96 or drive to Welling where there is a large Morrisons and a large Tesco. Woolwich has a large Tesco Lidl, Sainsbury's, and a large Poundland. Though lLakedale road has a smaller Poundland where cheap meals for the oven and microwave can be bought, it also has a small Tesco there were no local leaflets, the green chain walk which is nearby is good, as it takes you through the woods down to Lesnes Abbey, for others the Victorian pumping engines of Crossness are also worth a look. Nothing about Greenwich and the royal park, with deer, ducks, and squirrels, as well as the cutty sark, Greenwich meridian, In the observatory -though just below it is a line in concrete which shows the same and is free. Charlton park also has deer and a small animal zoo, at the top is Charlton House an old Tudor mansion. also they should mention the TFL journey planner in the leaflet. etc, as well as what restaurants, shops, etc are available.
- Ayman (7/5): Good -
- Monique (7/5): Good -
- Nogieru (5/5): Passable - The hostess was friendly The room was not so clean.
The bedsheets were very old.
The tv had a big line dividing the tv nto two parts.
The doors were difficult to close gently..
- Daniel (7/5): good value for money. - The welcome was warm, and the facilities - such as shared kitchen and utensils - were well stocked and were good to have. the room itself was perfectly OK - all the basics, but the TV with freeview was a nice touch. the shared bathroom was also clean and the shower was good. transport links were also fine.
overall good value for money. Only small points - the doors seem to have expanded and need a bit of a push to shut fully. this can make you feel a bit conscious as bout trying to cause some disruption. especially if up early for work.
like I say, a small point and everything else was bang on the money.
- Adeel (3/5): Poor - The location was quite far and away from train connections
- Robin (5/5): Fine for the price. - Clean. Lady living in was helpful. For the price paid in London, was fair value for money. Bedroom very small. Netflix was in Chinese. Walls very thin, could hear other room.
- Dominic (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amanda (7/5): Cheap and practical (studenty)
if your priorities are spending money on sight seeing in the city. - The lady who welcomed me was most helpful and friendly which was lovely. My room was rather small but the description fitted!!! I am a tiny 4ft 11 woman but don't think anyone taller would have appreciated the 'cosy' description. Hahaha. However, the cost reflected the area and the room so I was most satisfied. Thank you and I wish you success in the future. Everything was great. The residents followed the suggested signs about leaving the communal bathroom clean which was most appreciated. Great idea to put up reminders.
- James (6/5): average - location lack of communication with whoever was looking after
the property.
