En general es un 10 y Ewelina un encanto, me contestaba a los mensajes al momento y muy pendiente. Quizás diría aislamiento de ventanas y persianas pero por poner algo, ya digo que es un apartamento de 10

• Johanna (7/5): Mukava asunto hyvällä sijainnilla yöpymisiin. - Viestintä ennen saapumista oli selkeää ja saimme selvät ohjeet avaimen noutoon. Asunto oli mukava, rauhallinen ja siisti. Plussaa oli kolme pesuhuonetta! Sijainti metron lähistöllä oli hyvä. Lähistöltä löytyi myös ruokakauppoja ja ravintoloita. Asunnossa on hometta. Etenkin pesuhuoneet haisivat ja hometläikkiä oli seinälaattojen saumoissa ja katossa. Aamuisin kaikki seurueestamme olivat nenät tukossa ja silmät punaisina. Päivällä oireet helpottivat, kun olimme poissa. Seuraavan yön aikana oireet taas palasivat.
• Manuel (6/5): Decepción - Buenas ubicación Falta de mantenimiento. Limpieza insuficiente. Diferente a lo que dan a entender las fotos. Dormitorios con poco espacio. Baños minúsculos. Grifería estropeada. Ventanas que no cierran bien.

• T.A.J. (8/5): Comfortabel appartement, rustige buurt, goede verbinding naar centrum - Comfortabel: 3 badkamers. Gezellige woonkamer, prettige indeling, ruime keuken. Veel praktische spullen beschikbaar (koffie, thee, shampoo, adapters etc.). Metro op 10 min lopen; goede, snelle verbinding. Rustige buurt. Duidelijke communicatie. De eenpersoonsbedden waren te kort (wij zijn heel lang). Struiken die tegen (1) slaapkamerraam groeien,, waardoor we die niet open wilden doen en het (te) warm bleef. Plaatsje buiten: er liep een rat, waardoor we de tuindeur niet open durfden te houden/niet zo relaxed om te zitten.
• Kristóf (8/5): - The neighborhood is nice. The apartment is overall comfortable and spacious. The terrace door couldn't be shut, which made us feel a bit unsafe, the staff came and fixed it on the next day. Dishwasher and bathroom lights above the mirrors didn't work, but they said they're fixing it. Windows are in pretty bad condition.
• Μαίρη (10/5): - We had a very comfortable stay in this spacious apartment, perfect for six people. It has three bathrooms, which was super convenient, and all the beds were incredibly comfortable. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, and there were also useful items left by previous guests that we could use. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive, answering our messages immediately. Fully recommend to family groups and friends. - It was spacious and very well equipped with toiletries, little snacks, coffee/tea and washing detergents. A little outside area has been made accessing through patio doors. Really nice in a quiet area. Nothing.

• Tung (10/5): Excellent stay for a big family - the check in was smooth and the apartment was very clean with all imaginable amenities. We had an amazing stay with our family of 6, not only did we felt rested but also had quality time in the kitchen area and living room. the location was also great with a short walk to the bus and tube stations. the hair dryer was due for a replacement, and the mattress in the room with two single beds was too soft.
• Alexander (5/5): Despite a serious mold and ventilation issue, the apartment boasts a great location, excellent ameni - The apartment is in a fantastic location and is well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The internet is fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected. The problem with the apartment: It has a serious mold problem. The windows in the bedrooms are so rotten that it is almost impossible to ventilate the bad and unhealthy air. There is also mold on the ceiling and in the tile joints in the bathrooms. The fans are incredibly loud and hardly provide any exhaust air. As soon as the windows and fans are replaced, the apartment will be a solid 10.0 :-)
• Kilo (8/5): Nice and confortable appartment in a nice place. - Lovely appartment in a very good place to visit London easily. The bed are very confortable. The kitchen is spacious and nice. We received all the details about the apartment before our arrival and also a lot of informations about transport and others. It's a nice place. One bathroom is big but the two others aren't very practical because the toilets are just under the washbasin. The terrace is pretty but the court is very dirty also the entrance of the building. It's a shame.

• Tony (10/5): Lovely flat in London. - Everything was lovely, took tea and coffee with us but some already in flat along with many other essentials. Key safe was attached to rail far left to the door and took a bit of finding and found it fiddley to unlock. Could of just been me
• Daniel (9/5): The apartment is like in the pictures and it is according to the description. - I liked that it has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You find anything you need inside the apartment (tea, coffee, sweets, etc.). The distance from the underground is 10-12 minutes and the neighbourhood is ok. All the information needed was provided on time.
• Cindy (5/5): Good location and roomy - Ease of booking with Booking.com was great. There was some confusion around the additional security deposit requirements, but this was remedied. I liked the size of the apartment, esp. kitchen and dining space. Location is good, but not as great as I had hoped. The patio was very nice, we didn't use it due to weather. LIghting was dim throughout, but could be personal preference. The apartment bathrooms, laundry and floors were not cleaned very well. We had to re-clean the toilets, showers and counters due to debris left behind, showers had hair on the floors, lots of mildew and toilets not cleaned. The laundry was a great feature to have, but it was full of dirty towels, rags and completely disheveled. I messaged the owner to ask if the apartment cleaning had been completed, to insure that we hadn't arrived before they were complete. She said yes they were done, but appreciated the feedback regarding deficiencies. The shower pressure in the bathroom near to the laundry did not work. We used one of the other showers instead. Floors had a lot of debris and dirt, we re-vacuumed on our own.

• Aini (9/5): Wonderful n comfortable stay indeed - It was like what was shown in the picture. It's clean and very comfortable and for my family of 6. There are a lot of shops on the way to the tube station and you can find halal food stores too which was very convenient for us.

Close to the supermarket, bakery, food places and nice park across the street for jogging. The host was very responsive to my inquiries. Great communication. It needs at least one full size mirror. The host requires deposit which its a hassle when you travel from abroad. US bank charges $80 for the wire. host made accommodation and accepted PayPal where I lost $25 in money conversion when I received the refund. Host refunds quickly after your departure.

Special mention to the Old Bank Pub just up the road which was the friendliest pub we visited in our week in London. 🤣This property is well equipped with great kitchen facilities; good washing machine and clothes dryer and comfortable beds. There is extra linen available provided you wash and dry it yourself . Super warm apartment- almost too warm. Previous reviews comment on common entrance area being dirty but we found it better than other properties in London. Good communication with owner and prompt return of bond. There was a slight damp smell in the twin bedroom. Perhaps an extra chair in the lounge area and maybe some more serving platters - but these would just be added extras
