Situation idéale à quelques pas de la station de London Bridge station, parfaite pour le métro ainsi que pour les trains, avec un accès direct à l’aéroport de Gatwick Airport. Le quartier est très vivant, avec de nombreux restaurants, pubs et commerces à proximité. L’accueil autonome est très pratique et la communication avec l’établissement a été excellente du début à la fin. Appartement très propre, parfaitement agencé, avec 3 salles de bains, ce qui était idéal pour notre séjour familial avec 3 jeunes adultes. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons cet établissement à 100 %.

• Beate (10/5): - The spacious apartment is in a superior location. Beds and couch were very comfortable, and the flat was cosy and warm. Kitchen was well equipped. Soap, shampoo, detergent etc was available. Another plus is the elevator. Check-In instructions were easy to follow. During our stay the dishwasher was not working butI guess this will be fixed. Nottingham to add here
• Laura (9/5): Great location, clean apartment, felt safe, good amenities. - The location was fantastic for the places we wanted to visit and for getting to Stratford for ABBA Voyage. There was a lift which was a must for us. The entrance, loft and corridors leading to our apartment were all lovely and clean. The area, access to the building and to the apartment felt safe. We liked having a bedroom each and (there were 3 of us). It was a nice touch having the Nespresso machine with pods and we were so happy so see champagne flutes in the cupboard. The main one for us was that it was advertised as a 3 bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms - this was the deciding factor for booking this apartment over other less expensive ones. However, there were not 3 bathrooms. There is one ensuite with a full bathroom with shower-head over the bath. Another bedroom had a sink and shower. There was a bathroom with an over-bath shower head. The shower water pressure was quite poor, which may have been improved with different shower heads. There were a few maintenance issues but once the property owners were notified, they fixed the priority issue as soon as possible and I think/hope that the other things would have been fixed after we left. It would have been good to have a safe in the apartment. There was an option to leave luggage for £10 but was only available for certain times. For example, on the day we arrived, we could store our luggage for 3 hours before check-in, 12-3pm. We arrived in the area at 10am And didn’t want to waste time hanging about until 12pm. The check-out time was 10am. On one hand, it was good to be forced to go out and do more before heading to the airport but is earlier than many hotel with a more relaxed 11am or 12pm check-out time.

Evin bulunduğu konum oldukça canlı , güzel publar , restaurant ve marketler var . Check-in ve check-out çok kolay ve whatsapp hattından sorun olursa hızlı yanıt veriliyor. Bir daha gelirsem kesinlikle yine kalırım. Ev gayet geniş ve fotolardaki gibi , sadece banyonun biri sadece banyo içinde wc yok , diğer 2 banyoda mevcut. Ödeme yapmanıza rağmen kredi kartı fotonuzu 3.part bir web sitesine yüklemenizi mecbur tutuyorlar , kredi kartı sadece son 4 rakamı ve isim açık olacak şekilde yükleyebilirsiniz. • Jo (9/5): Great stay!!! - Easy access, great area and amenities. Lovely and quiet if you want to just chill, great location. Nothing to dislike. The ceiling light in 1 of the bathrooms was hanging out, but it still worked.
• SUJI (9/5): - Perfect location! It’s just a 3-minute walk from London Bridge Station and 7 minutes from the tube and bus stations. There are also supermarkets only 3 minutes away on foot. ​The service was excellent—the staff were incredibly kind and responded to my messages immediately every time. All the facilities were convenient and made for a very comfortable stay. One thing to note: while it was listed as having three full bathrooms, one actually only contains a shower booth without a toilet. Also, you can hear the sound of trains nearby. If you are sensitive to noise, you might find this a bit difficult, though it didn't bother me personally.
• Angela (8/5): Wouldn’t stay there again - Property was in great location Smaller than expected. bed in master bedroom was difficult to get in and out of as we are pensioners. It needs to be adjusted. Remove the over sized wardrobe and add side tables. A lamp should be placed in the living room. The shower in other bedroom was leaking from all angles. Mattress on master bedroom bed was stained.

• Margot (9/5): Très bonne adresse - La localisation, appartement très bien situé. Au pied de la gare de London Bridge et de nombreux commerces, restaurants…etc Les 3 salles de bains, 1 pour chaque chambre ce qui est très pratique lorsque l’on part en groupe. La facilité d’échange avec la conciergerie. Très bien équipé Malheureusement assez bruyant la nuit car proximité avec plusieurs bars et mauvaise isolation. Confort de la literie pas top.

• Keith (7/5): - The location was good. It was near London Bridge Station where a number of friends come into London so easy to meet up with them. There were a number of nice restaurants in the area too The shared toilet did not flush and we had to raise a complaint. It was fixed within 24 hours while we were out in London. Thankfully there was a second toilet in the en suite. There were no remote controls for the TVs in the bedrooms, however we were not there to watch TV as we were out of the flat virtually all of the time.

Lejligheden var få minutters gang til London Bridge station, et knudepunkt for undergrundsf - Central beliggenhed og virkelig udførlig og god vejledning til check ind. Property felt a little cramped for 6 people, it was clean and had satisfactory facilities but is tired and needs some TLC and has clearly suffered a leak from above with damage still visible.

• Bernadette (9/5): Brilliant location. - Location was perfect. Just a few minutes from London Bridge, Tower Bridge, shops, cafes, restaurants. And yet also quite peaceful. Although the station was right next to us it was never a problem and I’m quite a light sleeper. There are 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, also 3 bathrooms with plenty of hot water. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery. Nice towels too. The agency staff responded very promptly to any questions that we had. The instructions for finding the keys and entering the property were excellent with lots of photos and even a video! Although we hadn’t been able to confirm early check-in in advance, we were actually able to enter an hour or two early which was very helpful. Some small things that did NOT detract from our enjoyment of the property : king sized bed only had queen sized linen so a bit messy. No tea towels in the kitchen.
• Gabrielle (9/5): Great location, very comfortable for a family with older kids. - We loved the three bedrooms all with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was nice and it was great to have a combo washer and dryer/dryer. The location was very close to the London Bridge tube stop and there were lots of restaurants in walking distance as well as a grocery store. When we got there we found some things didn’t work like the toaster the bathroom towel warmer which is also the bathroom heater. They were missing a tv remote and there were issues one night with no hot water in one shower. The management took care of as much as they could but it took a day or two and some things weren’t able to be fixed while we were there. They were great at responding and tried.
• Wendy (9/5): Excellent location, comfy and well stocked apartment - Fantastic location. Handy to be by London Bridge station as great transport connections and so much to do within walking distance. Apartment is well stocked and comfortable - 3 good sized bedrooms. We would stay there again. Excellent communication with the host. There was nothing we did not like though having to pay extra to leave bags given the cost spent on the apartment is a little cheeky. Costs for onsite parking and early or late check out are quite high. The shared living space with the sofa / dining table is more suitable for 4 rather than the 6 advertised but given we were a party of 4 this was fine.

• Mia (8/5): Very good - Easily accessible and parking on property One of the bedrooms is directly behind a very busy train station which has trains coming every few minutes all through the night so keep this in mind if you're a light sleeper
• Robin (7/5): An enjoyable stay overall. - Great living room. Lots of light, big windows. 10am check-out is very early and 11am is early for a late check-out especially when you have to pay extra for it. 60£ for early check-in seemed cheeky.

Good value for money Interesting check in instructions! Key wasnt where said when first arrived so had to call. Turned out cleaner was still there, but a little worrying at time. Wanted £60 for early check in (30-60 mins). Property held £300 “deposit” from bank account. Returned 5 days after check out.

• Prashant (10/5): One of the best stay while travelling abroad. The location was spectacular. - Amazing location. 10/10 score on the location. It was beautiful. A bit on expensive side, plus the rooms were smaller for a family(with kid). So the entire apartment is best fit for 4-5 people.

Liked the amazing view of the shard from the lounge and master bedroom window. Loved the giant bed in the master bedroom. Everything was fine.
• Kirsten (8/5): Fantastic, loved it, would stay there again. - Location was exceptionally good, a homely flat, quiet considering the location, had everything we needed. We only communicated with the hosts via WhatsApp but they were efficient and helpful, especially with the instructions on how to enter the property. This was really good. A small maintenance thing which I’m sure is fixed now as I flagged to the hosts, but the fan in the bathroom would not turn off so was a little noisy at night and the bathroom shower was a bit blocked / slow to drain. Not a biggie.

The location is amazing, right by the Shard and Borough Market, with Tower Bridge within walking distance. The host was great, and the apartment had everything we needed. With 3 bathrooms, a roomy living area, and a fully equipped kitchen, it was perfect for our group. Highly recommend!"
• Laura (6/5): It was OK but would not stay in a summer again. Cooler weather might make it more comfortable. - Location was great, and very convenient. The size of the flat was good with plenty of room for our family. Kitchen was well appointed and nicely laid out. There were no fans and it was extremely hot. The portable AC does not fit well into the windows as it is designed for windows with a sash. When connected it can only cool one room so the rest of the flat was stifling. Simple fans, either installed or portable, would have made this a lot better. Towel rails had been left on with bathroom doors closed so each was sauna-like on arrival. The bathrooms were a bit moldy, especially in the caulk/grout around the showers. The air vent in the hallway bathroom was caked in dust and rather disgusting. The hot water was not very hot. Even with hitting the boost button it was at best lukewarm. We are certain we operated the taps correctly and had no issues in other properties during our stay so there seems to be a problem. Perhaps the boiler is set to a lower temperature than it should be?

• Ana (8/5): Spacious and comfy apartment with a great location. - Spacious apartment with a great location. The apartment was well-equipped. Despite being next to the train station/ railway, is quiet. The team was available 24/7. We had issues with the hot water/boiler. After contacting the team, they made themselves available right away and left a bottle of bubbly and chocolates for us.
• Rachel (4/5): Amazing location, some improvements needed within apartment to make stay better - Location was amazing, a big Tesco express just around the corner, walkable to London Bridge tube stop and sights in the area. Good space in the apartment. No hot water on arrival and the supposedly 24/7 contact didn't answer on any number or email for over 3-hours. We got sent video instructions to manually add water to hot water cylinder and then wait 2-3 hours more. Also no hot water on our last morning, not great ahead of a long day of travel. Broken door handle in bedroom locked our nephew in. This was replaced while we were there. Heating was a pain to work out. Need an actual instruction manual for guests not just manufacturer manuals. Internal bathroom steam sets off smoke alarm. Lights in kitchen flicker badly, even after being replaced while we were there. Door on washing machine doesn't lock well, needs replacing, made using machine difficult. Wifi is dreadful, constantly drops out. Need more than one fob as a single is ridiculous for a group staying. Toaster is broken on one side. Using it short circuited kitchen stuff or all bedroom sockets. No hand soap in bathrooms but 9 mini bottles of shampoo were in one.

• Paula (6/5): Great location for a night away with friends after going to a London show.. Apartment just needs a few things fixed to m - The location 😃 View of the Shard from the living room! Broken light switch on bedroom light, broken bedroom door handle (dangerous as it’s a sprung fire door & very difficult to open from the inside with no handle) kitchen light flickers constantly so didn’t use… & could really do with a loo in the bedroom with a shower room instead of a basin.. (but understand this is a bigger job than just fixing a switch or handle) 😌

Kitchen very well furnished and grosser store nearby. Easy with children! London Tower, Tate modern, St Paul at walking distance by walking path. Very relaxing! You have a choice of public transportation : train, underground, uber boat just nearby. Train strike but nothing to do with the appartement 😂

• Judith (8/5): Great location and value for London! - Location was excellent. Comfortable rooms and lounge. Having 2 toilets, 3 showers and 2 baths a big plus in London. Nice and warm once we figured out heating. Double glazing kept heat in and noise out. Great value for London compared to others I've seen! Would stay again. Could have done with 2 keys for main entrance with 2 group of us. One heater in a bedroom didn't work and dishwasher needs servicing. An instruction pack would be helpful on arrival.

• Md (9/5): Good location and will come back again. - Excellent location near London Bridge station, Borough Market with supermarkets nearby. Worth the price for the location. Rooms were also spacious, with three toilets which is important for big families/groups travelling together. The apartment was a little outdated and will benefit from some new carpets or furniture. Communication with the host was through text messages on their online system. This meant that any questions or issues will take some time for response.
• Bobbijo (7/5): International Travelers - Location and amenities Only having 1 key to access property. 1 room had a shower and sink but no toilet. Would be better to replace sink with toilet with wash basin on top of toilet. Alexa is very helpful for international travelers. Our phones did not work as we are from Canada. With Alexa we could have called for taxis and take away etc right from the apartment. It is an invaluable service providing much needed information ie locale sights to see, instructions on how to get there etc. Also some foldable patio chairs would have been great for sitting out and for smokers.

• Mac (8/5): Well equipped 3Br flat in great location. - Well equipped place and having three showers was a plus when you have teenagers. Very good for teenagers to do their thing with multiple TVs. Avoids conflicts. Great location with many restaurants and coffee shops and not as crowded as other tourist areas in London. Finding the place was challenging as entrance did not match street address and you need internet to follow instructions to get in
