• Lynch (7/5): Great location, spacious apartment, wonderful cleaner who allowed us keep bags for a couple of hrs - Location was super. 3 mins to Traflgar Sq, Covent Garden and loads of super locations. Choice of coffee shops and restaurants on our doorstep. The bed in the bedroom was really unfortable. The mattress was cheap and nasty and very uncomfortable for 2 sharing. If either moved slightly you could feel it.

Excesivamente caro. - La ubicación excelente, y la comunicación muy buena. el apartamento era extremadamente caro, 1.748, 80 euros por 4 noches, para tres personas. El baño demasiado pequeño, el agua de la ducha salía con muy poca presión, y era casi imposible regular la temperatura. Los cristales de la habitación estaban asquerosos, y una de las cortinas del salón estaba rota y colgaba. El sofá cama era bastante incómodo

• Efigenia Beatriz (10/5): Increíble estadía en Londres - El departamento está impecable, muy bien puesto. Tiene calefacción y la opción de ventiladores. Cuenta con lava secarropas lo que resulta genial. Tiene lava vajillas y dos heladeras pequeñas, utensilios para cocinar. La zona es espectacular para pasear y disfrutar. La noche tiene una onda increíble con muchos lugares para ir a comer. Muy cerca de Covent Garden, Soho, Picadilly Circus y China Town, todo caminando al igual que muchos lugares de interés y conexiones de metro. Al dpto se accede con código para ingresar al edificio y luego otro código para ingresar al departamento. Nos pudimos manejar perfecto. Hermoso todo! Nos costó el armado del sofá cama pero logramos hacerlo y resultó muy cómodo agregando los dos colchones que se encuentran guardados en el armario del dormitorio.

• Angeles (10/5): Volveremos! - El apartamento está muy bien, todo estaba limpio y con lo necesario para pasar unos días en familia. La comunicación con la anfitriona a través de Booking fue perfecta. La localización del apartamento es espectacular!

• Ann (7/5): - The location is absolutely perfect. We loved the ease of getting around from this location. The apt shows a lot of wear and tear and the cleanliness can be better.

• Harty (9/5): - The apartment was centrally located and within walking distance to most main sightseeing highlights. It was clean and comfortable and the Greek restaurant underneath was delicious! The bedroom does face the street, so there was a bit of noise into the night. Nothing a good sound machine couldn't cover.

Divano letto scomodissimo, non possibilità di lasciare le valigie per qualche ora. Questo servizio é costa 40 sterline in un negozio di souvenir adiacente per 4 zaini e una valigia!

• Zita (9/5): - Az elhelyezkedése, a tágassága. A fürdőben voltak piperecikkek, tea és kávé a konyhában kikészítve. A kérdéseimre gyorsan kaptam választ a szálllásadótól. A kihúzható kanapé 2 felnőtt embernek nem igazán kényelmes. A kertben levő generátor miatt nyitott ablakkal nem igazán aludni. Megoldás lehetne egy légkondi.

• Diego (9/5): Great location in London! - Well located. Clean and spacious. Really cool to move around and enjoy London. Lot of noise outside: party on the street (not property fault) and air conditioning system from same building. We were forced to keep all windows closed during nights.

• Debzim (7/5): Good - there was no breakfast. The location was excellent - everywhere we needed was within walking distance. Quiet street in a busy area. There was no water pressure in the shower, nearly impossible to wash my hair. Also problematic was the mattress - I could feel the metal pieces through the mattress making it very uncomfortable. Also the couch was supposed to have been made into a bed for us and it was not - we phoned as we could not figure out how to turn it into a bed. The person who answered offered to help but that help only arrived 4 days later. The place does not seem to be managed very well. Also they sent us a message stating that maintenance workers would be entering during our stay - they did not ask our permission rather notified us of this. This caused us considerable stress as we felt we had no choice. Finally we told them that we refuse to allow them entry during our vacation and they cancelled. These issues caused us unnecessary stress during our extremely expensive stay at this property. As the owner of short term rentals myself, I found their management unprofessional.
• Dawn (10/5): We would definitely stay again - The apartment is in the perfect location for the west end. Leicester Square, Covent Garden, theatres and the Strand are all close by. The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern and spacious. The bifolding doors and outdoor area are great too. It didn’t bother us but it might bother others, there are lots of restaurants close by and at times there was a buzz from generators I think.

The bed is the bedroom is very uncomfortable and the sofa bed and single bed are worse. Unfortunately you can’t get a decent sleep with the bedding facilities provided.

Apartment was clean and tidy when I arrived. Owner communicated well on how we would get passcode, and the process was seamless. The spare bed was a cot, not a fold-out couch (bed). The cot wasn't comfortable and too for short for me (5'10"). I ended up sleeping on the couch after the first night.

• Claire (8/5): Very good - Great location, family friendly and safe. Clean, modern, and comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again. Few mins walk from Leicester Square and Trafalgar Square and a few subways. In need of a little tlc. Nothing major though that you can't live with. Loud during the night in bedroom with windows open as it's a busy street with companies and restaurants getting deliveries and bin collections.
