• Nuchanart (6/5): - Quiet room, having washing machine. While taking a shower (1) the water drains very slowly, causing it to overflow (2) the shower door does not close properly, so water can splash out to dry zone easily (3) the shower water temperature keeps changing between hot and cold. The sink also drains slowly, causing water to rise up high.

• Arianna (8/5): Tutto benissimo! Begli spazi, ideali per vacanza a Londra. - Appartamento abbastanza grande per i classici spazi di Londra, cucina ben fornita. Un po' lontana da metropolitana (10 minuti a piedi), purtroppo noi avevamo il passeggino dietro e non era possibile lasciarlo al piano terra negli spazi comuni e abbiamo dovuto trasportarlo su e giù dalle scale (3 piani senza ascensore) tutti i giorni.

Il wifi era peggio di non averlo, nessuno pretende di giocare a COD, ma almeno scaricare una mail dovrebbe essere possibile... fatto con i dati del telefono personale! In cucina sarebbe stato bello avere almeno una ciotola (un investimento da 3.99 ?!?)... e cmq per 4 persone è davvero risicata.

• Charlotte (7/5): Easy, clean, quiet - Brilliant location and a very quiet area and building. Great communication There are a lot of stairs (3 flight) but nothing can be done about that. The sofa bed is literally the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on, you can feel the metalwork when you lie down. A mattress topper would make all the difference.
• J (9/5): Cosy little 3rd floor flat in Kensington. - Small cosy, well-equipped, very clean (spotless!) flat located in Kensington. Located close to Shepard's Bush tube station and bus routes. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Checking in and out of the flat was simple and went smoothly. Didn't expect to climb up three floors on a tight and narrow staircase upon arrival. As a family, we had several suitcases and bags, so it was tiring. Flat had wooden floor boards, and we had to be careful so as not to disturb the occupants downstairs.

The apartment was clean and well-decorated, providing a sense of comfort and warmth from the moment of arrival. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood but with easy access to public transportation, shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The hosts were extremely attentive and helpful, providing all the necessary information about the apartment and the local area. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing me to prepare meals when desired, and the bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. It's on the third floor, and as is common in London buildings, there is no elevator, which might be unsuitable for people with mobility difficulties.. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning to visit London. The combination of comfort, convenience, and hospitality made my stay a memorable experience.
• Gabriel (8/5): Very good - Cleaness and facilities. It was perfect to have a washing machine. Good location and a quiet area. The stairs were absolutely awful. So narrow at the upper floor without lift. It is not recommended for reduced mobility people. The main room was a little narrow and the bed was 135 cm wide. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable for sleeping.
• Emrah (8/5): if I come again for exhibition with my large luggages I do not book again , but property was clean so if I do not have l - close to public transport / shopping mall and exhibition center property was clean my room was in fourth floow , without elevator, and narrow stairs. it was difficult for me to carry my large luggages up and in photos property / rooms looks like much bigger but it is not as big as it is shown in photos

• Lucia (9/5): Nice flat in the beautiful area close to Holland Park - The flat is located in a beautiful area of Kennsington, just 3 mins away from underground-Shepherd's Bush. The area has a shopping centre with all amenities necessary, and Holland park is near. The flat itself, is very clean. Kitchen features a small fridge, microwave, oven and other appliances. The bedroom is bit small but has a comfy bed. The wifi in the apartment works well. There is no lift. The window on the right in the living room cant be open and the blind isnt working. Some of the channels in the Tv arent working, but these are really just minor stuff.

• Admanga (9/5): Convenient for discovery of central London, and very clean. - The apartment is on top floor of a four storey town house. It was warm, quiet and very clean. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking meals and for breakfast. It is just 5 minutes from Shepherd's Bush metro station, and also near supermarkets. It was an excellent place to stay for exploring central London. Bedroom and bed were a bit small. We collected the three air fresheners around the flat and sealed them in a bag - better to have no perfume - and they did not appear to be there to hide any particular bad smell. The walk up to the fourth floor without a lift could be difficult for young families or older people, but it was not problem for us and we appreciated having a quiet top floor apartment.
