• Thomas (5/5): Paper thin walls - Small room with okay facilities. Paper thin walls, heard literally everything from neighbours which made sleeping impossible.
• Joana (4/5): Disappointing - The location. Nothing like in the photos: the room had a broken window, the toilet sink was clogged, the bed was uncomfortable and small for two people. The kitchen sink was dirty. When I arrived there was no toilet paper... The room was in the 4th floor only with stairs, I normally don't find it a trouble but this one was really old and narrow.. In general everything needs a really good makeover..

• Keith (6/5): For London the price was quite reasonable and the location is fantastic. - There was no breakfast. The location was excellent being within 5 minutes from two tube stations and is just around the corner from ample stores and restaurants. There is a stove, fridge and microwave in the room in addition to dishes and pots and pans. The manager was excellent and bent over backwards to help. We had to leave for our flight at 5:00 AM when no one was around so she arranged for the night watchman to carry our bags down 4 flights of stairs and store them in her office. Then she gave me the code to the keybox on her office door so that we could get them when we left. The room was on the fourth floor of an old Victorian style building with no elevator. The stairs were narrow and steep so carrying our luggage up to our room was a challenge for two Seniors with no one around to help. The room is very small and suited better to a single person. The double mattress kind of sloped downwards to the sides from the middle which made staying on the bed a challange.
• Mao (3/5): Poor - Good bed. It was cleaner than previous stay. Good location. No lifts with narrow stairs... Shower pressure was weak. The window was broken partially. Too thin wall. No washing machine as it was described on the website.

• Liam (7/5): Good - Good location, easy access, lots of amenities, clean bathroom. The quilt was too thick for the time of year. There was a lot of lint around from the quilt also which gets attached to clothing quite easily.

• Patrícia (7/5): Good - Great neighborhoud with easy acess to transports and supermarkets. Restaurants and everything you need really close. Easy self check in . The apartment was Nice, with towels and good bathroom. No basics in the kitchen, as salt or Olive oil ( we brought), but has kitchen supplies needed to cook. Has fairy soap to wash dishes. Doesn't have kitchen towel. If you're staying more days the toillet paper maybe couldn't be enought. The building has narrow stairs with no lift and since is a 4th floor can be dificult if you have mobility problems ( wasn't our case). Has other apartmens with common walls, and you can hear a lot, so if you have problems with sound or light bring blindfold or earplugs. Maybe excessive price-quality.
