- Sam (7/5): Good location but could do with some TLC - The apartment was very clean and a very good location in Canary Wharf, only a couple of minutes walk to the DLR and 5 minutes into Canary Wharf. Facilties were good for a short wekeend break. We met the cleaner when we first arrived who was really friendly and welcoming. The apartment was a bit tired and could do with some maintenance. Not all the lights worked and some flickered which made being in the living room in the evenings annoying. The second bathroom taps and showers fell off when using and need looking at and fixing.
- Valerie (9/5): A great london Break - Location and access to London facilities by bus, underground and the DLR were great. Location in canary wharf was excellent, near to shops, restaurants and Malls. The facilities in the apartment were very good with lots of kitchen equipment. Apartment was a little tired, there was no Mirror in one of the bedrooms Television controller could do with new batteries as this did not work. This did not spoil a great break. We would stay there again.
- Daniela (9/5): Siamo stati molto bene e ci ritorneremmo, se dovessimo tornare a Londra. - Appartamento molto bello e comodo. Zona particolare e molto elegante. In uno dei bagni non c'era la doccetta, né nella vasca, né nella doccia, strumento che sarebbe stato molto utile visto che non c'era il bidet, come usa in Inghilterra.
Purtroppo la zona è molto lontana dal centro: minimo 30 minuti all'andata, in auto, ed anche 50-60 minuti al ritorno, in auto.

Casa no geral com todas as comodidades para passar uns bons dias em Londres. Tinha um problema na porta do chuveiro que não fechava completamente, por isso deixava sair a agua. Outra situação era falta de pilhas no comando da tv (não foi grave porque não fomos para lá ver tv).

Llamamos a dos de los teléfonos que nos habían dado y nadie respondió. Conseguimos hablar por WhatsApp con una de las responsables pero en el momento que le enviamos el vídeo donde se veía que lo que nos estaba diciendo no funcionaba dejó de responder. Un rato después llamo por teléfono la segunda persona que habíamos llamado y el nos ayudó después de un buen rato a abrir la puerta. Esto con todo el cansancio de un viaje largo y dos niños.

La zona està ben comunicada amb dues linies que et porten a la city (Jubilee i DLR) així com a Greenwich en 10 minuts. Faltava paper higiènic. Van enviar alguna per reposar-ne.
No hi havia tapa del inodoro en un dels bangs. La vam trobar trencada en un armari. Vam trucar però no la van reparar.
A l'altre bany, la porta de la dutxa no tancava i no podiem fer-la servir perquè inundava el bany i l'habitació. Haviem de fer servir tots l'altre bany.
La campana de la cuina estava molt bruta i feia angúnia cuinar.
Només funcionava la calefacció en una habitació. La resta de la casa vam anar amb calefactor petits.

- Jose (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per qualche giorno e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. La posizione è perfetta: in una zona ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici. L'appartamento è molto accogliente, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La vista è spettacolare e contribuisce a creare un'atmosfera davvero rilassante. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa, e la sicurezza della zona ci ha fatto sentire tranquilli in ogni momento. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca un punto di partenza ideale per esplorare Londra senza rinunciare a un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole.

Sinks and ensuite shower were very slow to drain, so you were standing in dirty water. Iron had frayed electrical cord. Light bulbs out in every room. Second bedroom bed appeared to have a broken or damaged base so that there was a distinct valley in the middle plus very noisy when getting in or out. Unit was quite smelly. I was given incorrect information regarding the WiFi which was difficult to rectify without internet to communicate with agent.

Apartament blisko stacji metra, przestronny, kuchnia wyposażona, łóżka wygodne.
Balkon i widok zapierający dech w piersiach, na One Canada Square, JPMorgan, Citi.
Widok na kanał, przejeżdzającą, czerwoną kolejkę i kładkę prowadzącą na drugi brzeg, i do metra. Jak się wyjdzie na balkon widać częściowo Arenę o2.
Blisko Tesco, kawiarnie , foodtracki. Mieszkanie piękne ale niedoczyszczone. Brudne wykładziny, nieodkurzone dokładnie, nie myta kabina prysznicowa w jednej z sypialni, kamień w obu prysznicach, grzyb przy umywalce. W kuchni opryskana ściana sosem/tłuszczem.
Minusem był brak zainteresowania opiekuna apartamentu rozwiazaniem zgłaszanych przez nas paru problemów/usterek, tj. zastana zużyta gąbka do mycia naczyń, na co opiekunka odpisała, że to jest w porządku, , chłód w sypialni związku z niedomykajacym się oknem, na co opiekunka odpisała że w ciągu dnia przyjdzie ktoś do tego, jednak nikt nie przyszedł, serwisant pojawił się dopiero po 2 dniach, w chwili naszego wymeldowania.

- Daniela (5/5): Komfortabel aber schmutzig - Super Lage, tolle Aussicht, sehr grosses Apartment, alle erdenkliche Shops in der Nähe, Tube in 8 Minuten Fussweg zu erreichen, ruhige Umgebung Das Apartment war leider nicht sauber. Die Küche war dreckig und klebrig, sämtliches Geschirr war schmutzig uns musste vor dem Benutzen erst abgewaschen werden.
Die Abwaschmaschine war total siffig, der Dampfabzug unbeschreiblich widerlich.
Sämtliche Türrahmen und Türen waren mit Dreck-und Schmutzflecken übersäht.
7 Glühbirnen im ganzen Apartment waren defekt.
Die Toilettenbürsten lösten Würgereflexe aus.
Im En suite Badezimmer liess sich die Türe zur Duschkabine nicht schliessen, somit lief das ganze Wasser während dem duschen aus der Kabine auf den Badezimmerboden.
Nachdem wir sofort reklamiert haben, wurden während unserer Abwesenheit und ohne vorherige Information, einige Glühbirnen ausgetauscht und zwei neue Toilettenbürsten gebracht (die alten haben sie stehen gelassen).
Die Terrassentüre liess sich nicht komplett schliessen. Ein Spalt von ca. 1 cm blieb offen.
Wäre das Apartment sauber gewesen, wäre es wirklich top. Sehr schade, und das nur, weil man offensichtlich nicht weiss wie man mit einem Putzlappen umgeht...
Für CHF 1'500.00 für 5 Nächte hätte ich selbst in London mehr erwartet.

- Rasidah (8/5): - The area of the apartment was good. The different train lines were of walking distance. If you like to sleep on soft mattresses, this is the place. The bed is pretty small for 2 person to sleep.
- Lizanda (7/5): Convenient, centrally located 2 bedroom unit in Canary Warf - Property is central to everything you want to see. Using the ferry to go to London is easy and a wonderful sightseeing event. Trains to Heathrow easy to reach. The utilities in the kitchen is sparce and not in good nick - plates doesn't match and chipped. The shower in the main room is too big for the size of the shower, the door doesn't close properly so water all over the floor. A heated towel rail in working condition would have been a nice add on. Also, for check inn purposes, the flat is on the 7th floor and not 6th floor as per instructions.

The concierge on arrival was very helpful as the information sent about which floor the apartment is on, was incorrect - he made sure we found the correct floor and directed us accordingly The property is very tired. There are huge empty spaces on walls where artwork/mirrors have previously been. The floor divide into the second bedroom is snapped and sharp on the edges. There are no lamps in the second bedroom. There is no mirror in the main bedroom. The curtains are thin, cheap and ill fitting over the windows. The ensuite bathroom shower door doesn't shut properly and so water floods the bathroom, which meant both my friend and I shared the main bathroom as I was concerned it would flood the flat below. The main bathroom shower controls are rusting and coming apart. The bedding is thin and cheap. One of the towels provided, absolutely stunk. The balcony chairs are uncomfortable and the table is wonky. The television doesn't appear to have any connection to terrestrial channels. Luckily we were out most of the time but we wanted to watch Wimbledon tennis when we got back and so had to work out how to load BBC iplayer. The pictures shown when booking are unrecognisable to the flat we stayed in, so paying nearly £850 was an absolute joke. Not the upmarket apartment described in any way.

- Mark (6/5): Great for the space but don't expect any personal touches - Lots of room and location - have always loved the area The apartment was operating at the bare minumum level - rather care-worn and without any real sense of being cared for, which really would be easy to do and would make a difference.
The bedding was fine and clean but the plates and cutlery were not. There was no additonal toilet paper which ran out on the last day,
The door in the ensuite shower could not be closed fully and meant that water escaped when used.
Space heaters worked perfectly well and were needed as the apartment was cold on arrival.

- Keith (7/5): Great location but needs some attention. - The location was perfect. With excellent transport links nearby. The overall size of the apartment was also excellent. The apartment needs attention. The small kitchen had 4 ceiling lights but only one of them worked. It also had under cabinet lights but one was dangling dangerously and another the bulb needed replacing.
We found the main bed too low and uncomfortable.
The shower over the bath was not used due to the possibility of slipping as there was no safety mat.

Large rooms - two bedrooms, kitchen with dining room, second floor living room, two bathrooms, balcony on the 17th floor with a nice view of the skyscrapers of Canary Wharf and the River Thames. The floor is a little bit worn, but it is very clean. Lots of restaurants around, near to the shopping centers in Canary Wharf. Convenient transport to the center and sights of London. It is a bit noisy from the DLR line passing nearby, especially with the windows open

- Lensmann (10/5): A comfortable apartment in Canary Wharf - The apartment is very comfortable, and was perfect for a family group of four. The beds are comfortable, the heating worked well, and the location is excellent, just minutes from Canary Wharf tube station. We needed a slightly later check-in at the last minute as our train to London was half an hour late, but they were really accommodating and helpful. Highly recommended!

The apartment was nice and comfy the kitchen had all the modern utilities. Had a nice living area with a TV with Netflix! The Wifi was really good and fast. The location is in the middle of canary wharf business district well connected with DLR, Jubilee line and Elizabeth line and easy access to many restaurants and the Canada mall. Our flights out were late in the evening and the host was generous to extend the checkout time as well ! Overall liked the stay !

- Dr (9/5): Will stay again - A warm welcome was extended by Sergio. A perfect location. Walking distance to DLR Jubilee line and Elizabeth Line. Facilities were great. No major issues. All basic amenities and supplies are provided. Floor heating in the living area was not working, but they provided additional heaters to living room to compensate. A bulb was missing for the table lamp in the bedroom and refrigerator light was not working. Sofa cushions look dated. But these were minor issues.

- Shannon (6/5): Wished we stayed somewhere else. - Great location close to the underground and lots of food and grocery. They show you pictures of many nicer apartments than the one you stay in. After checking in and looking again none of the furniture matched and i quickly realised that the photos on booking.com do not match the actual apartment.
A lot of things didn’t work. Had to ask for usable kitchen supplies because the kitchen wasn’t even ready to prepare food. No spices, olive oils, or anything that you would have in a kitchen. What’s the point in staying in an apartment with a kitchen if it’s not ready to make food in?
Very loud construction downstairs. Paid quite a bit for a place with no working floor heaters, showers that leaked all over the floor, lights that didn’t work, ect. Bathrooms were a bit dirty with old stained corners and floorboards.
Next time I’ll get a hotel or an air bnb that is an actual, functioning apartment.

Thomas and his team welcomed and helped us to bring our heavy luggages to the apartment.
It's clean and no bad smell in the apartment.
Location is perfect. Come with the price, the host is not very responsive after the welcome.
One of our parcel left in the postbox over days, contacted several times, and we could still not getting it even after the stay.
The overground is quite noisy during the day and night.

Be careful with the hot water from the shower as it responds with long delay.
Mind your head as the hanging of curtain was broken.
- Lori (8/5): Great Canary Wharf flat for small family that helped us have a fabulous London vacation! - We loved the location and were able to explore the surrounding neighborhoods and also very convenient for transportation to greater London. The tube and DLR stations nearby were very easy to use. The space was well laid out, enough room for kids to be separated but close. The views are beautiful. The area is very modern and young. Good washer/dryer combo. Great array of kitchen dishes and supplies available. The flat was incredibly clean and safe. Doormen were always friendly to us as we passed through. It was hard to find the exact entrance upon arrival. Construction around the building made routes complicated. Providing entrance pictures or updated diagrams to get guests from arrival (what spots are good for dropping passengers) would improve the experience we had at arrival. There are several maintenance issues inside the flat we were assigned (light bulbs out, shower head broken, doors are heavy and slam shut, no fans for shower condensation, not enough door jam stoppers). Bathmats should be provided instead of just one thin towel per person. None of these detracted from our stay but prevents us from giving the excellent rating. Overall you should have a good experience with this property.

Apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need Large fridge freezer was an added bonus too. Would definitely stay again.
- Emily (5/5): I wouldn’t stay again. - The property was spacious. This property is very tired. We arrived to mouldy appliances and clogged drains, broken lamps, heaters and washing machine, a broken shower tap and missing lightbulbs. The second bedrooms mattress is also incredibly uncomfortable.
The management team did their best to rectify some problems during our stay and reimbursed our laundry costs but really the apartment shouldn’t have been rented.

For the living room space is spacious and view of canary wharf is amazing. There are many problems in the flat, they don't maintain the house at all.
The photos seen on the Internet are different from the actual condition of the house.
Foe example, There are stains on the carpet in the room, the bathroom door lock is damaged, the cold water control rotor of the bathroom sink will fall directly, the floor heating in the living room is damaged, the washing machine is damaged, the kitchen is old, the kitchen utensils are dirty, the supply of bathroom supplies and toilet paper is insufficient.
I don't recommend this accommodation very much. Apart from convenient transportation and spacious space, even though it is located in a new building, the square house is in a very poor state of repair
It feels like the real estate agency has never repaired its property.

Food disposal system was broken and even after agreement to correct it , was not done by owner in 7 days of stay.
