• Leonardo (1/5): i want a partial refund because they tricked me. different location, dirty rooms and kitchen, no facilities, not even a - property is completely different than the pictures and the manager didn’t do anything about it. also, it was very dirty, like the oven and the kitchen itself was impossible to use because it was really dirty. property is completely different than the pictures and the manager didn’t do anything about it. also, it was very dirty, like the oven and the kitchen itself was impossible to use because it was really dirty. they should be ashamed because the offer is one thing and the reality is the other one. also, to take the keys in a distance location doesn’t help, adding this to the fact the “office to pick up the keys” didn’t even have light to go up the stairs. it was not nice impression. when I arrived to the apartment, I saw dirty things, no shampoo, no soap, no toilet paper, nothing!!! and the supermarkt was already closed in that time ao imagine how nice was my first day with family, including my two babies (one of the babies has a syndrome and autism). it was a mess and they didn’t even care!!!!!

• Nurul (9/5): convenient & comfortable stay - very close proximity to liverpool street station. house is cozy and well-equipped. prior to checking-in I was concerned reading the negative reviews but to my surprise the apartment was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Nothing.
• David (7/5): Good - Location and space. Property very warm. Plenty of utensils. Cooker was not working. Unable to use TV. When switched on it stated no signal. No instructions to assist. Shower handle did not fit nozzle requiring hand held to shower.property stated en suite in 1 bedroom but not the case.
• Morgan (1/5): Do not stay here. It is not worth the high price. Simply look for better options. - The close proximity to Liverpool st station. There are multiple reasons why this is the worst accommodation on booking.com that we have ever had due to the following reasons: 1.) The hosts requires you to pick up keys to the apartment in CAMDEN, an at least 25 mins journey from the apartment in SPITAFIELDS. There is no one site. 2.) The host DID NOT PICK UP THE PHONE DURING AN EMERGENCY. We were locked out of the flat and called numerous times and did not hear a response until late in the morning. Someone did pick up one time but the reception was bad so I do know someone one their team knew we needed assistance. We had to get a hotel room for the night. The host was not hospitable and did not apologize and still had us pick up the spare key in Camden. 3.) The images in the listing are NOTHING like actual apartment, which has older appliances and bathrooms. 4.) ODD SMELLS. The entryway/lobby smelled musty, the hallway to the apartment smelled bad. The bedrooms were musty as well, we had to keep the fans running for air circulation. 5.) DIRTY. It was clear that the floors of the bedrooms were not vacuumed. The microwave was not cleaned as there was dried food particles left in it and there were stains on the chair. Even the bed frames has stains on it. The sink in the bathroom has A LOT OF LIMESCALE built up. All shown in the images attached. We had to wash the towels because they looked dirty upon arrival. There was even visible dust build up on top of the tv and the fridge. 6.) COLD WATER. The shower’s water NEVER GOT HOT. The water would get lukewarm then cold again. 7.) NECESSITIES DO NOT WORK. There was no light in the elevator for the first 3 days. The oven had a sticker that it is out of service.
