Guest Reviews
- Victoria (10/5): Perfect for a short break. We loved it - The property had everything we needed plus parking. Quiet, residential area but close to transport access, shops and the wonderful Merton Abbey Mills. It was perfect for four of us to celebrate a birthday. . The communication with the host was great. We would definitely recommend and will be booking again. We loved it!
- Ana Karla (7/5): -
- James (2/5): Would not recommend - The location Uncomfortable bed. Noisy neighbours below. No TV aerial. Bath extremely shallow. Carpet missing, laminate flooring uneven. I left after 1 night. I booked 2
- Paz Paz (10/5): Muy buena relación calidad precio - La comodidad de las camas y la atención La ubicación quedaba un poco lejos del centro
- David (10/5): -
- Neville (8/5): - Close proximity to amenities Sofas / couches a little uncomfortable
- Gary (6/5): Acceptable, but could be better with a little work. - Nice comfy living room and bedroom, plenty of gadgets in the kitchen.
Excellent to see a place provide good quality coffee rather than the usual instant rubbish. Bathroom in desperate need of modernisation.
The stairwell also needed a proper clean.
Although the general area was nice, access to the house itself was down a dark alley which didn't feel safe at night and the garden needed tidying up.
- Chris (7/5): -
- Sophia (10/5): - Landlord was very communicative. Very spacious. Very Close to shopping and transport services and very quiet neighbourhood for comfortable rest Nothing
- Kaur (10/5): Best place - Host was very co operative arranged everything In last min.
Thank-you so much Just it's far from city center but it's just 0.5 bad experience otherwise 9.5 out of 10 highly recommended

Owner messaged on the day with key code and information of how to find Still struggled to find
No hairdryer
- Diana (10/5): - Everything was perfect and we had a lovely stay, thank you !
- Mariia (6/5): - The host was very responsive and helpful, answering all my questions quickly and clearly. They provided detailed instructions on how to get to the property and where to find the parking space, which made the arrival smooth. The house itself was quite good considering the price. The house is quite charming, although certain facilities show signs of age. There is also a bit of creaking, which might be noticeable at night. Have to mention a few issues with the bathroom: the cold water tap in the sink didn’t work properly, the toilet didn’t flush very well, and the bath water kept switching between hot and cold. Also, in the evenings and early mornings, we could occasionally hear a child crying downstairs, which might matter if you're a light sleeper.
- Ryan (6/5): Cheap and cheerful, well appointed with everything you need - look past the old decor, great stay! - Location was 5 mins from where I was working - so could not have been better placed. The host was exceptional in terms of comms and accommodated my last minute booking brilliantly. Instructions to find the property were excellent. Parking was great and house was clean. Area is relatively quiet, there's a Nando's, Sainsbury's and M+S close by and the William Morris pub is lovely beside the canal. I cannot comment on the WiFi as I did not use it. Initial impressions of the house is it is very dated, and elements of it are very tired, particularly the bathroom. I note that several people have commented on the wonky toilet seat, which has still not been rectified - but is useable. The fixtures, carpet and decor may be old but the bed sheets and overall cleanliness of the house was excellent. General age of the property is my only negative but bear in mind the price point.
- Julie (7/5): - Well equipped property. Plenty of space. Very comfortable Minor issue but the windows did not seem very secure
- Lucia (9/5): Nice comfy stay - The accommodation met all our expectations. We really appreciated the detailed description of the location, it made it easier for us to find our way around. The bed was a bit small for two people, but that's just a minor detail. We would be happy to come back again!
- Neil (8/5): Overall our stay was good and all facilities we’re working - Position was good for my work Dated
Needs a facelift and a deep clean
Thick dust on some surfaces
Toilet move when sat on it
Sofa old and uncomfortable
- Jamie (8/5): Very good - The location was great, near green spaces, including an inner city farm where we took our daughter, a river walk, parks, cafes and supermarkets. It was right by a bus stop and close to Collier's Wood tube stop. The parking was easy and always available.
The landlord was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We had a few small issues and these were addressed. We knew this going in but most of the house was hardwood floors and there were two staircases so not so easy with a baby/toddler.

- Mark (8/5): London weekend - Very comfortable clean apartment lots of extras like PlayStation which our granddaughter enjoyed. Quite area we all slept well everything you would need in kitchen and bathroom lovely area around lots of shops bars and restaurants would definitely recommend. Very dark ally way to door could do with some lighting no parking at apartment but plenty close by.
- Belinda (3/5): Poor - Downstairs bed was comfy. Was far too hot upstairs to sleep there.
Very friendly host. Stained carpet right as you enter the property - not a good first impression.
Light connection in lounge and kitchen faulty. Couldn't get the shower working unfortunately and long hair in the bath. Lots of teas on offer but no coffee or milk sachets. Couch is a very lived on couch.
Duck tape on toilet.
- Deepika (8/5): Very good - Nice stay.
Comfort rooms,
Clean,
Nice view Google positioned wrong, a bit struggle to find the home
- Mihaela (8/5): Really nice flat to stay in south London and really good value for money! - Great flat if travelling with friends. The host provided extremely accurate details on how to get there and get the keys, the flat was very clean and it had everything one would need and it was closely located to Colliers Wood tube station for Northern line (10 min walk) and with bus station exactly in front of the house for bus no 200 which goes to Wimbledon for District line. Great location and very good value for money, very pleasantly surprised with this find! Kitchen was missing a wine opener but no problem if you are a beer drinker :)
- Adriana (7/5): Good - Easy self check-in, nice welcome treats, comfy bed, quiet neighbourhood The house is cool and cozy, but could use a little renovation, especially the bathroom
- Jasper (9/5): Superb -
- Tapani (8/5): decent 3 night stay - Comfortable, clean and well equipped. Nice selection of teas on arrival! It was very hard to find at first, but the detailed instructions sent helped us get there. Fairly easy walk from Colliers Wood underground, where there are also food shops.
Not suitable for anyone who can't handle steps, with living room, kitchen and 1 bedroom on first floor (up quite narrow stairs), and toilet and other bedroom on second floor, but worked for us. Even with the instructions, it is quite hard to find. Could consider some small sign or arrow at Church Road pointing in the right direction? (I saw that number 371 had something like that)
- Elinor (7/5): Great Location with good shopping close by - The location. The confusion with the postal code which made it difficult for taxi and uber drivers
- Connolly (9/5): Superb - Comfortable beds, location excellent and quiet Toilet is a bit wonky but not a major issue.
- Jamie (7/5): Good - Left belongings there and tried to make contact to retrieve them and been ignored!!
- Ildikó (7/5): Good -
- Martin (10/5): Haven’t slept better for a while:) - Nice place to stay for a few nights. Very very comfy bed!!! good contact with a host;)
- Ibrahim (9/5): Great place to stay in London, near public transport to central London. - The location is great and the place is clean and comfortable.
- Craig (8/5): Very good -
- Kacey (9/5): Superb -
- Dainis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jean-ali (8/5): Very good - Very helpful host, pleasant proprety, most of the things you need for you stay are there (eg. Food, coffee, clean g supplies etc...). Homely and vibrant, full of natural light and close enoigh to shops. Hot water and decent shower. Parking on site. Creeking floor, can be difficult to locaye, but the host is very helpful. The flat is a bit dated but comfortable nonetheless.
- Bradley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lloyd (9/5): Superb -
- Nicholas (9/5): Nice, comfortable place, exceptional WiFi :-) - lots of room, nice comfortable stay :-)
Wifi was exceptional, property clean and tidy. slightly run down but great place all in all.
- Thilina (3/5): Poor -
- Simona (8/5): Would stay again. - The property was nice, clean and cozy and fully equipped - you can cook a three course dinner and do all of your washing in the first night. The beds were very comfy and I slept like a baby every night. It's also a very quiet neighborhood, which is nice. The property is a bit dated, but good value for money.
- Tom (5/5): Passable - The apartment was the most part neat and tidy Sadly we had to leave this property due to some unavoidable issues there. I would suggest that my review is not the fairest representation of the property itself, so I have given it average scoring to compensate.
- Leila (8/5): Very good -
- Kevin (7/5): Good -
- Kevin (8/5): Very good -
- Tosin (7/5): Good -
- James (6/5): Pleasant -
- Martin (8/5): Good location, helpful host. - There is a bus stop right in front of the property which is very convenient. Jeremy was helpful and very responsive to our enquiries. The property was clean and comfortable. The surroundings outside the property and the public way leading up to it were a bit littered but I suppose this is a general problem.
