The garage parking for us was also a real bonus. All of the breakfast goodies left in fridge with an array of cereals and teas and coffee was very generous and much appreciated. • Km (10/5): The most perfect flat you will find - The Garden Flat would have to be the best accommodation you will find in the area! It is such a beautiful, spacious place and Annie provides everything you would possibly need to enjoy your stay. Annies attention to detail goes above and beyond expectations and we really appreciated the thoughtful extras of the basic groceries. The facilities are second to none and bed was so comfortable and is like sleeping on a cloud! There is so much space for a London stay and it is in a great location.....easy access to shops, restaurants, the tube and the beautiful Bishops Park. The Garden Flat is so inviting and Annie made us feel very welcome, we really wished we could stay longer .

• Lesley (10/5): The most perfect place to stay! Really can’t recommend it enough. - The garden flat is the absolute perfect place to use as a base when visiting London. You are only a few minutes walk from Putney Bridge and there are lots of amenities close by. Annie and Andrew were a pleasure to deal with and made us feel more than welcome. They went above and beyond with what they offered. The fridge had milk, butter and bread and the cupboards were well stocked with cereal and jam etc. It was so handy to have something to eat in the morning before we went out for the day. They offered to let us leave our bags with them on the day we checked out which truly was the best help as we had a later flight and would have been stuck carrying them all day. It allowed us to spend the day pottering about the local area which was just another bonus to staying there. The property itself is very spacious with a large bedroom, living room and kitchen. There is also a w/c and a bathroom which is handy when getting ready in a hurry. We will definitely be staying again if we can! Honestly I don’t think I could say one bad thing.

• Rosa (10/5): Beautiful fully equiped apartment close to all amenities and a short walk to Putney Bridge station - Annie, the host, was lovely and very welcoming and the apartment was absolutely divine. It was beautifully decorated, very warm and cosy. It had a large kichen equiped with all the facilities and a complimentary selection of teas, coffee, jams, cereals, and also breakfast juice, bread, milk and yogurt. The toilet and bathroom were separated and included all the toiletries. The living room had very comfy sofas, one of them was a sofa bed, and the bedroom was also super cosy and comfortable. The area is super quiet and close to pubs, restaurants and shops. It is also within a 5 min walk to Putney Bridge underground station, and right next to a beautiful church called All Saints, well worth a visit. Nothing to add

• Geoffery (10/5): Have been here several times already and will keep returning - Have stayed here many times now and would stay more if it wasn't for its understandable popularity. We luckily have the opportunity to travel a lot and have no hesitation in saying this property and the lovely hosts set the benchmark for how things should be done. Nothing. All aspects for a relaxed comfortable stay are catered for.

• Omer (9/5): Superb - The flat is very well equipped, super clean, and feels like home. It even has cereals, soaps, milk etc. so you don't need to bring anything except your toothbrush (and paste) and clothes. Location is OK- not the best in town, but there's a nice palace with gardens within a short walking distance (right after the old church cemetery). There are many restaurants and supermarkets across the bridge, a 10 minutes walk from the apt. Tube station is also very close. Owner Annie is very nice and welcoming. This is a subterranean flat, located under the owners' home. I missed that fact in the description, and since I prefer higher floors I wasn't very happy with the choice. The garden is in the back (you need to climb several stairs to get there) but it mostly serves the owners (and their dog) so I didn't feel comfortable to really stay there. Note that the area is just under the aviation routes to Heathrow airport, so you can expect a lot of airplanes noise.

• Ross (10/5): Lovely place. I'd definitely stay again. - Lovely flat. Very quiet, which was surprising for the location. Great location, close to the Thames, transport, pubs and restaurants. Felt like a home. The host was very thoughtful and welcoming and everything was easy to access and use. The bed was a bit soft, but still comfortable. The mixer taps in the bathroom and WC sinks both need tightening as they are wobbly.

• Eftychia (10/5): Exceptional - An amazing property with all the amenities you need and very nearby to public transports. Annie and her husband are wonderful!! Very organised and have everything you will need at their place, even a list of recommended nearby restaurants and marmalade for your bread (bread also included!) It felt like you were living in your home rather than a stranger's apartment. Definitely recommend it and would choose this property again for my next trip to London. Thank you so much for everything!! Absolutely nothing!

This was so much better than a hotel room! Lovely lounge, spacious fully equipped kitchen with cereals, bread, orange juice and milk provided. Lovely bedroom and bathroom. There was a very small outdoor space which was great for enjoying a drink in the evening. You can be in the grounds of Fulham Palace in less than two minutes. The flat is just off Fulham road but down a small no through road so very quiet. Annie arranged for us to rent a garage for our car at £10 per night. The accommodation was just perfect.....we will be back!! Absolutely nothing!
