• Edoardo (1/5): - L'appartamento era completamente differente dalle immagini dell'annuncio. Non ottimale la pulizia. Abbiamo trovato una trappola per topi oin un armadio della camera da letto. Nel.soggiorno un lampadario a soffitto era pericolante e dallo stesso è scesa abbondante acqua quando abbiamo utilizzato la doccia del bagno posta al piano di sopra . Il.divano letto non era propriamente un divano letto.
• Gavin (1/5): MICE INFESTED - DO NOT BOOK - Not a single thing First of all, the photos on this listing are fake and the property you will arrive at is NOTHING like the photos. Dirty, MICE INFESTED, rundown is what to expect. The shower leaked into the resturaunt below and we imediatley contacted the host about this They have threatening posters up in each room detailing an itinery of items in that room and their associated cost, not a very welcoming site. Then there were MICE running around and we contacted the host again with video evidence. They refused to refund us or provide alternative accomodation in one of their other properties so were forced to book elsewhere. Then we were refused a refund and they employ several agencies to make it as difficult as possible as they all say 'not our responsibility for refunds'. Disgrace of a service and property, shame on you. Booking.com only provided a 15% refund even though we never stayed at the place!! Shame on them as well, never using their services again. Note that the mice happened on our first nights stay. Keep in mind this is for my mums 60th birthday.
• Tony (8/5): Excellent location and facilities - We had initially booked a hotel room for the same price, but that had no facilities such as a fridge. This apartment was twice the hotel room size, was easy to separate rooms for sleeping, excellent location to get anywhere from, modern updated facilities, two toilets and separate bathroom with a tub and quiet, even with two pubs within 20m. The local restaurants provided good meals and it's an easy walk to mini supermarkets for everyday necessities. Inside was very clean and all linen supplied was clean as well. The key pickup was only 5 minutes away as well, so was very convenient. The only thing to change is to get better pillows.
• Davis (10/5): Great locations and comfortable! - Great location and space, very clean and comfortable.
• Tracy (8/5): Apartment and location perfect, key collecting and return of deposit an absolute faff. - The location was literally across the road from where my training was being held, so this was ideal! I felt very safe in the area and thoroughly enjoyed wandering around taking in the sights. Somewhere on the Booking.com site there is a sentence which states that the £300 deposit may not be that much if you are a single reservation, I queried this with them and they stated that was a mistake and so they took £300 as a pending payment on my bank card. They do also state that the deposit can be made in cash, but I would beware of this, especially when having my deposit returned was a real hassle. I had to chase them continually (I left the property on Wednesday morning and did not get my money back until Friday morning) and found that part to be very frustrating and stressful, especially as I ensured I left the apartment in the expected manner. So how would I have got my cash back without going to their offices which were a 30-min drive away from the location I stayed in???
• Erdem (3/5): There are generators in front of the window and they are too noisy, we couldn’t sleep. And the heating was bad, the hous - Noisy place, couldn’t sleep.
• Adam (1/5): Loud , no sleep at all. - Good location We spent there 5 nights, we didn’t slept in this time. The bedroom is located near the “ventilation” system from a restaurant , it’s on all day and all night long , it’s super loud .. The second bed in the living room is located on the street side , there was loud because of the pubs.
• Graham (9/5): property was excellent - issues were key collection at remote location and single key/no keybox - having to get taxis/tubes to pick up from a completely different location was un-necessary - a simple keybox would be much better. Also only 1 key with no key box was a real problem having to go to different location to pick up keys and provide refundable deposit Refundable deposit could have been done remotely as part of booking
• Ronald (4/5): Very dissatisfied - Property location is good. Property is tired and poorly furnished. Furniture is old and needs renewing. Soiled clothing on the floor of one of the bedrooms. Blocked shower drain, shower on the top floor never had hot water while we were there. A temporary repair to a desk in the lower floor bedroom had the point of a screw protruding.
• Laura (7/5): Good - Place was nice as when we got through to staff eventually they were nice. No aircon and fan did not work, the address on booking.com is not the address of the apartment and was not clear that you need to pick the keys up in another place then get the address of the appartment, it was 35 degrees outside and we were not happy with this arrangement. Had to spend additional money on taxi cabs.
• Amer (7/5): After some earlier issues, we had a very good stay at the apartment. It was clean and comfortable . - Spacious clean apartment in a very good location. The hosts were very responsive and helpful It wasnt the same apartment that were confirmed according to the email. The apartment we were allocated was a three storey apartment and had a lot of stairs. And we had to pick up the keys at an office some 10 minutes away from the apartment.
