• Lucinda (7/5): Fabulous unless a light sleeper - It was really clean, looked like the photos, had good touches like espresso pods, shampoo etc. The entry instructions were excellent. The noise until around 3am outside. Earplugs were provided but, if you are a light sleeper, it is still noisy.

• Olivia (6/5): - Great location and easy check in. Great value for money and very spacious. Great kitchen facilities. Very noisy but the renter kindly offers earplugs. The decorations in the studio felt very bare and some things seemed a bit run down. It could do with some TLC and charm!

L'appartement est à Soho au mileu des pubs et bars et très très mal insonorisé donc y aller que si vous voulez faire la fête et ne pas vouloir dormir le weekend au moins jusqu'à 5h du matin car impossible avec le bruit. La douche n'est pas facile à utiliser, pas d'équilibre entre l'eau bouillante et l'eau gelée. Principalement le bruit le weekend et ne pas pouvoir réguler l'eau de la douche.

• Louise (5/5): Bel appartement mais très mal insonorisé - La localisation, la disposition de l’appartement spacieux Le bruit est insupportable, pas les gens de dehors mais les murs sont si fins qu’on entend marcher le locataire du dessus ou même l’appartement vibre si une porte se ferme à l’extérieur

• Megan (4/5): Get what you pay for I suppose. - Location was super central and for London the price was ok. Central location but above bars, on a whole street of bars. It was deafening, the bars didn’t go quiet til 3-4am. Then they start emptying bottle bins about 7-8am. Very little sleep was had. No AC, which in a freak UK heat wave was pretty unbearable, it was hotter in the apartment than the 30° outside. Plug sockets were hanging off the wall, there was holes in the drywall. The toilet seat is broken and falls and hits you when you sit to pee. The communal stair case is in terrible condition, pretty sure some of them are rotten and it’s a matter of time before they fall through. There’s 3 different WiFi and none of them work reliably, just kick your device off every few minutes.
• Amar (7/5): Great location and big clean flat. But be prepared for loud street level noise from bars. - Great location and big flat, very clean and loads of facilities. Loud, street level noise is really bad during the night till around 3am. Could do with double or triple glazing.

• Linda (8/5): Very good - The location is superb! Easy to walk everywhere, yet close to the tube and trains. The location is great, if a little busy, full of amazing pubs and caffés. The Wifi sucks. Like really :D we needed to attend some life webinars while there, and that was impossible with the wifi. It can be quite noisy in the evening as there are so many pubs, restaurants, and bars around. But earplugs were provided by the hosts and a little noise is worth the amazing location!

• Mrs (8/5): Local to everything and would stay again. Very clean!! - Very clean, spacious and close to theatres and places to eat. Would stay here again. It is noisy but totally understandable for the area so knew that was going to be louder. The attention to detail- adding ear plugs for example was a nice touch! The neighbour above was very noisy and seemed to be moving furniture until 1 in the morning. Just a little odd.
• Martin (5/5): I would definitely use the apartment again because it suits...needs attention to details - Perfect location for what i needed The apartment was a really good size and the kitchen would be very useful if needed. Would definitely want to use again. The wi-fi wouldnt connect despite the three passwords given therefore the TV wouldnt work either which wasnt vital this trip but was frustrating. A couple of the plug sockets didnt work The shower was a disaster- very low pressure and very difficult to control the water temperature All small elements of detail which diminished the overall quality

• Gerry (6/5): Great location, property is ok - Location was excellent Shower doesn’t work and goes between freezing cold and very hot intermittently regardless of where the temperature control is pointing. TV also works intermittently, a network connection issue. The property as a whole is in need of a refurb. I was travelling with 2 friends, wouldn’t have stayed with my wife.

• Alex (5/5): EXTREMELY noisy, didn't sleep - Bed was very comfy and it was convenient to have a kitchen whilst working away The apartment was INCREDIBLY noisy, it's directly opposite and above the noisiest bars on Greek street and even has bars behind it. I used the ear plugs provided (which were really appreciated) but they didn't make a dent in the noise. You can hear every step the people above are making. The blinds let in ALL daylight, the entire room was lit up by 6am

• Chris (1/5): avoid this apartment if you like to sleep in the night - it was clean....... Next door is a brothel and the noise was crazy..... whoever lived in the apartment above was up all night moving furniture, the overall noise throughout the night was crazy, i've stayed at a different apartment just around the corner with no issues. We could not stay the second night and booked somewhere else. This would have been perfect if we were taking narcotics and staying up partying all night. When i stated the issues to the host via booking .com app they chose not to respond.

Noisy at night but as to be expected being on such a busy street. Perfect if you plan to stay up late and sleep in, much quieter in the morning.
• Flora (3/5): Not recommended. - Location. The host was neither friendly nor helpful during our stay. He refused to provide extra bed sheet for us. The microwave oven was very old and dirty. No one collects garbage. No instructions on how to use the washer and dryer and I had to search online for manuals. Wifi was super slow. There is no AC in the room. It's on a busy street (bars, restaurants etc) so prepare for laud noise till 2 am EVERY night Monday to Sunday. Mattresses are old and cheap that they are not even.

They send all info in a very organised way, but they don;t want any contact with the travelers. However, the appartment was in an excellent location, very confortable and pleasant

• Andreas (8/5): Very good - It was at the center of London. It was big apartment. Clean Many and narrow stairs. Lot of noise. It needs plugs near to the mirrows
• Peir (5/5): Location is very good to excess everywhere. - Location is very convinience to everywhere. Chinatown, Piccadilly Circus and Oxford street very near from the apartment. A lot of pubs, bar, discotheque and restaurants around this apartment. Apartment isolation was very bad. We stayed in this apartment over a weekend and it was very noisy downstairs because all the pubs and discotheques are surrounding this apartment even behind the toilet from this apartment can hear very clearly everyone speaking. I personally cannot got a good sleep at night until around 3am morning.

The staff whom we talk to was not that accommodating to extend his help when we’re trying to locate the location of the apartment.It’s too noisy at night and it’s in third floor with only stairs to access it.

• Valeria (4/5): disapointing - very clean, tidy, central location the shower is very dispointing, no water presure , very low stream, cannot wash the hair and to doit in the kitchen sink- cannot arrange for hot water with a high presure stream without getting freezing cold water or very hot. it is not stated any where that there is no elevator in the aprtment and had ti climg yhe 3 floor stairs with luggage
• Richard (8/5): Comfort and style in the heart of Soho. - Great location, good information upfront about the property from the owners and clear instructions on access. Very comfortable beds and an attractively decorated apartment. Batteries in the TV remote were dead and it turned out the TV had no aerial, only streaming channels. Wi-Fi couldn't really cope with HD TV and kept buffering. Upstairs neighbours were a little noisy, and there was a lot of street noise, but this is an old property right in the middle of Soho so couldn't really expect much better. Toilet seat needed fixing.

• Qais (2/5): Uncomfortable - close to work locations and underground station the stairs up to the room felt broken/wonky and nearly fell a few times carrying luggage too. Room had broken flooring, a lot of tlc/diy required. Bathroom shower wasn’t powerful and floor again in the bathroom needs to be done up. TV remote didn’t work with TV. So much noise from outside, saw earbuds on the bed to try and help noise from outside not even close to helping with the situation. Sound proof windows is what you need. The money made for this property isn’t worth at all, the amount of money made, surely can be used on DIY etc. Drunk girl at the door trying to get in the property, feels a lot like a hostel than an apart hotel. Left a day before checkout, because I couldn’t really spend another night there. Travelodge would have been better.

Need to go to little italy at n8ght dancing to great music for all ages Stairs were challenging being on 3rd floor. But only big complaint was very very poor shower . Need to have replaced as more of a trickle but maybe it cant be changed due to water pressure for building . But so handy location
