• Olga (7/5): - The entrance was quite a maze. The keys were easy to collect. The flat felt dusty, several aspects of the flat (e.g., super dark and long corridors) were not shown. The place was quite run-down and it was hard to let any air in.

• Liam (10/5): Incredible Value for Money - This property was incredible value for the price. The apartment was large and comfortable, and was spotless on arrival. It was a short walk from here into Brixton, or to Oval station. The host was very communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying in the area.

Stairs to - Location and convenience to transport links Severe noise issues from neighbour playing loud music at all hours and arguments every day. Could hear every word the soundproofing was so poor. Poor glazing in windows, constant drone from cars and ambulances going on all day/night. Could do with a ‘deep clean’ also. Think the host should be having a word with neighbours about unacceptable noise instead of warning people staying in property. Narrow stairs to apartment are not made clear also when booking.

• Amanda (8/5): - Εξαιρετικη τοποθεσία μπροστα σε σταση λεωφορειου με 24ωρη γραμμη και διπλα σε σουπερ μαρκετ και πολλα μαγαζια καφετεριες. Ανετο απο άποψη χώρου με ωραιο ηλιολουστο σαλονι και εξοπλισμενη κουζινα. Ειχε πολλη φασαρια απο τα γυρω διαμερισματα καλως ακουγοντουσαν ολα τα βηματα και οι πορτες που ανοιγοκλειναν. Επίσης τα εσωτερικα των ντουλαπιων ηταν καπως βρωμικα και το ιδιο και το μπανιο. Το νερο δεν ειχε πιεση.

• ambre (6/5): rapport qualité prix ok pour un très court séjour - le rapport qualité prix est OK, l’appart est grand et le lit est confortable ! ce n’est pas mentionné, mais c’est tellement mal isolé que tu as vraiment l’impression d’être les voisins du dessus :/ tu es réveillé par leur énorme bruit de pas, tu entends la télé comme si tu la regardais avec eux c’est pour moi un très gros mauvais point, surtout si vous passez un long séjour chez eux, vous pouvez dire adieu au sommeil.

A felső lakó léptei olyanok voltak, mintha egy szobában lettünk volna, ez nagyon zavaró volt. Emellett a barátnőmmel érkeztem és csak 1 takaró volt a franciaágyhoz, így egy pokróccal takaróztam.

• Tarkan (7/5): Everything was fine except for the music and noise. - The landlord helped with early access. The house was clean and tidy The upstairs neighbour was very disturbing. They played loud music late at night, and around 5 a.m. loud laughter and conversations woke us up. This issue was entirely related to the neighbour

• VASILEIOS (7/5): Καλή - Ήταν αρκετά ευρύχωρο για τα δεδομένα του Λονδίνου. Είχε όλα τα βασικά που χρειάζεται ένα ζευγάρι σε διακοπές σε ένα διαμέρισμα. Είχε φωτεινό σαλόνι και φωτεινό υπνοδωμάτιο. Όταν μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά κρύο και η θέρμανση ήταν πολύ αργή έκανε σχεδόν μία ολόκληρη μέρα για να ανεβάσει θερμοκρασία το σπίτι. Η ηχομόνωση δεν είναι καλή. Στο σαλόνι ακούγονται τα αυτοκίνητα που περνάνε τον δρόμο και στο υπνοδωμάτιο ακούγονται οι ένοικοι από πάνω σχεδόν όλη την ώρα. Υπήρχαν αρκετές ατέλειες σε τοίχους και σε ξύλα. Αρκετά ξύλινα κομμάτια του σπιτιού ήταν χτυπημένα και παραμελημένα χωρίς να έχουν συντηρηθεί σχεδόν σε όλους τους χώρους. Κομμάτια στον τοίχο που έλειπε μπογιά ή σοβάς. Η μοκέτα κάτω δεν ήταν αρκετά καθαρή, αν περπατούσες με λευκές κάλτσες γινόταν αρκετά γρήγορα μαύρες. Αρκετά σημεία του σπιτιού χρειάζονται συντήρηση.

• Martin (10/5): Great location and value for money. It has all you need for a few nice days in London. - This place has a great location and is very clean. It has everything you need for a few comfortable days in London. I would definitely recommend it and will be back. Nothing it was all perfect.

• Vera (8/5): A spacious and cozy flat - We liked the interior, the space, the feeling of privacy. And the flat was nicely warm! From the bedroom you have a cozy view into the inner yard. The flat is very clean. We especially appreciated the easy and friendly communication with the hosts. I don't like fitted carpets as they tend to get spotty, and you never know if other guests walk around in their shoes. Open wood floors look and feel much better and cleaner. A bigger duvet would be very handy, or perhaps two duvets. Note that the sound isolation is not fantastic, but we were not bothered by it, especially because the bedroom is on the garden's side.
• Marja (9/5): Fijn appartement op een prima locatie ten opzichte van het centrum. - Het is een ruim en schoon appartement, enigszins gedateerd maar met volledig ingerichte keuken met oven, koelkast, wasmachine en magnetron. De ligging is geweldig, de bushalte is voor de deur, waardoor je gemakkelijk in het centrum kan komen. Het matras van het bed lijkt aan vervanging toe, deze was wel erg zacht.

• Ashini (8/5): Apart from the above the stay in london was great. - It was in a convenient location where two Tesco's and two busstops near by, . Washing machine was a bonus. Hosts were great. The apartment was on the 1st floor and it wasn't mentioned anywhere until you got the message from the host a couple days prior to your stay. The street was very noisy, and the people who were on the upper floor were up until midnight and could hear they were yelling on the phone and walking upstairs as the building wasn't sound proof. The drain in the bathtub was very slow to drain water and was another downfall.
• Jodie Sivier (10/5): Lovely little flat. - Brilliant location. Clean, tidy & warm. Had everything you needed there. Recommend & would stay again. Noise from above residents stomping around on their squeaky floor & road noise is quite loud. But didn't effect our time there.
• SAORI (10/5): ロンドンの住宅地に暮らすような旅！ - 街路樹や住宅の緑があふれる閑静な住宅地で、落ち着いた環境です。 近くにはバス停が複数あるので、どこへ出るのにも便利です。（ちょっと距離はありますが…） お部屋は清潔で、かわいらしいインテリア。広いので、とてものびのびできます。 今回は民泊ということで当然ながらホテルスタッフはおらず、困っても誰にも何も聞けない…と心配していましたが、そんなことはありませんでした！ オーナー様がWEBを通じて、細かい質問にも実に丁寧に応じて下さいます。 アレハンドラ、本当にありがとうございました。 他の方にもここを勧めたいですし、次回ロンドンに旅行する際には、またこちらに伺いたいです！

Clean and comfortable While I was staying by myself, I did plan to have my friends round for some food but while there were 4 chairs at the dining table there weren’t 4 plates or forks

• Irene (8/5): Apartamento funcional e acolhedor para 1 ou 2 pessoa - O apartamento está bem localizado (uns 10-15 min a pé desde a estação de metro Oval e pelo caminho há um supermercado e pequenas lojas e restaurates) e está bem equipado: tem uma cozinha funcional (incluindo máquina de lavar roupa) e bem equipada, a sala tem um sofá e um televisor LCD, no quarto há um roupeiro. É um pequeno apartamento, num edifício antigo, mas acolhedor e prático. A anfitriã foi sempre prestável e simpática. A sala do apartamento é virada para uma rua movimentada, então mesmo à noite, há algum barulho de trânsito. No entanto, quando íamos dormir, fechávamos a porta entre a sala e o corredor e o barulho deixava de se ouvir. O quarto, voltado para um jardim nas traseiras, é muito silencioso.
• Steven (10/5): Lovely Home Away from Home - Clean and well kept apartment with large sash windows for good ventilation. The kitchen is quite small but still adequate. If you were planning on cooking a large meal there it might be a problem, but it wasn't for us.

• Giulia (10/5): Londra da vero insider! - L’arredo confortevole con le finestre sul soggiorno vista strada, la tranquillità dell’edificio, la comodità agli autobus verso la città e l’indipendenza per accedere. Ci è piaciuto così tanto che l’ultima sera abbiamo cenato lì! Tutto perfetto, ma c’era un po’ di polvere nell’asciugacapelli e nella ventola di aerazione in bagno.

• Yudith (9/5): - La ubicación bastante buena. La anfitriona bastante atenta, tuvimos un problema y aunque le hayamos hablado relativamente tarde nos respondió enseguida solucionándonos el problema. El alojamiento es grande y tiene un supermercado cerca. Está bastante limpio y es grande, tiene todo lo necesario para que te sientas cómodo en tu estancia. Todo bien pero por decir algo, todo el rato suena sirenas de policías y ambulancias. Los vecinos son algo ruidosos.
• Carlos (9/5): Private, secure, well located. recommended - Well Located, with bus stop and Tesco store about 1 - 2 minute walking distance, 40 - 60 walking distance to London's main attractions, like the Westminster Bridge, London Eye, House of parliament (Big Ben), Westminster Abbey, museum, Ferry and Uber Dock, etc. place is spacious, clean, comfortable, well decorated, private and Secure. It has everything needed for a comfortable short or long stay. Instructions were precise, easy to find the place and retrieve the keys. we felt really safe during our stay. well recommended! The only possible downside could be the noisy (squeaky)floors. mind your step if you don't want to disturb the neighbors downstairs. you may want to carry earplugs If you are a really light sleeper and aren't used to the city, the flat is close to a main road and some squeaky stairs. otherwise it's fabulous and would stay again!

• Lisa (10/5): Clean, welcoming, warm and well located - The apartment was clean, welcoming and warm and provided all that we needed for a brief stay in London. Despite being on the Brixton Road it was very quiet once inside and with a security gate it felt secure. We found very reasonable parking just a 3 mins walk away (in Hillyard Road via Just Park) and grocery shopping (Tesco Express), Transport (Oval Tube station and multiple bus stops) are all within a short distance from the property. The host is helpful and quickly responded to any queries. Thoroughly recommend
• Hayley (10/5): Beautiful flat in a fab location for Brixton Acadmey! - Location was great. It’s about a 11 minute walk from Oval tube station. And 17 mins walk to Brixton Academy. A Tesco Express literally over the road. Plenty of places to eat and drink all within walking distance of the flat. Flat was huge and beautifully decorated. Staff were very friendly. All done over message but was told any problems we could contact them. But it wasn’t needed. The shower did drain a little slow. But nothing of major concern. The neighbours upstairs were very loud. They had their music blaring very early. But not the properties fault. Just inconsiderate neighbours.
• Jonathan (8/5): Recommend for future travelers - The apartment was nice and spacious for a solo or couple travelers. The bus stop and underground were both a short distance walk away. The washing machine was amazing so helped with packing light. Overall would highly stay there again. The shower drain was kind of slow. Water would gather up after each use. The street is a little busy but the bedroom had a calmer and more quiet atmosphere.

• Mark (8/5): The apartment was exactly as described and quite comfortable. We were able to walk to Brixton for dinner in about 25 min - Comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. There was some noise from the guests on the floor above that kept us awake late in the evenings. Very creaky floors and we could hear them talking.
• Nicola (8/5): Would definitely stay again. Great value for money, free parking at weekends and very clean. There is an overhead shower - Spacious and clean. A little bit noisy. You can hear the neighbours walking around and some background noise such as TV and doors closing upstairs.

• Julia (7/5): Good find in a great location - Great location, useful little kitchen, easy to find, hosts very responsive and easy to communicate with, nice comfy living room with room to eat in. Decor a little tired, mould at shower end of bath, towels could have been bigger, no soap in shower soap dispenser, just a few little things that means this doesn't get an excellent from us. Great value for money tho'.

• Greg (8/5): Comfortable and perfectly located in a nice area. - Location of this flat was excellent. Vary accessible from Heathrow by train (Oval Tube station) and all other points of interest were very easily accessable using the Bus system which was basically outside the front door, with a choice of buses routes that can take you almost anywhere that you need to go. A small Tesco Express supermarket is 100m away which is extremely handy to buy basic supplies. Overall a very good choice of accomodation situated on the first floor up very narrow stairs. Host, Alejandra was extremely attentive and fixed a couple of minor issues VERY quickly when contacted. Flat had basic amenities. Would have liked to have some written instruction on how to use the heating system - not to be advised as to how to turn off the heating the day prior to check out. Also, how to use the TV correctly - seemed to have a lot of Apps - but no "free to air" chanels (If I understood it correctly). Would have been beneficial to have some extra crockery - not just two of everything. However, plenty of glassware and cutlery. A sharp knife would also have been useful not just a bread knife. The body wash container in the shower was not operational, plenty of shampoo and conditioner.

• Joshua (4/5): Great Location But a Bit Tired - The location of the apartment is fantastic, with a bus stop literally across the road (and 50 m away in the other direction). There is also a Tesco Local within a 1 minute walk. The Oval underground station is 10 minutes away and The Oval cricket ground a couple of minutes further. Communication from the host was also very good from the time we booked until the time we left. The three main reasons we booked the property were because of the location, comfort and cleanliness ratings it had received. The location was great, but we didn’t feel the comfort and cleanliness lived up to expectations. We are a family of 4 adults and we found the sofa bed was too small for 2 adults. We had an extended stay and it wasn’t great to sleep in. It might be time for an upgrade. Also, there wasn’t comfortable seating for 4 people. Just the 2 seater couch. The apartment would be fine for 2 people. A number of other reviews commented on the cleanliness of the apartment. Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience. The kitchen bench and appliances were dirty and a number of plates, cutlery and pans had remnants of food on them. This is something that could easily be rectified with more attention placed on the post stay cleaning.

• Vishal (8/5): Beautiful and nice place - Location was very nice. Apartment was very cosy. It’s located on 2nd floor. The steps are narrow and though this may not be a problem for many, it can be some concern for people having bigger bags.
