Guest Reviews
- Arnold (8/5): - The location being near the metro connecting you fast to the attractions. Convenience stores, restaurants, parks around is a great plus too. The owner is also very accommodating and constantly checking on you before, during and after your stay. That's really a rare find these days. Some noise at night, tolerable and occasionally.
- Taylor (10/5): Had a fab time! Great location and lovely - Loved location and layout

- Jonathan (9/5): Great apartment close to Kilburn station. - Very close to a subway station and enough room for 2 people. Supermarket across the street snd eome nice restaurants in the area We had chosen the neighborhood because a friend lives in west Hampstead and this listing was advertised as being in that area. In reality the listing is more in kilburn and brondesbury than in west Hampstead. Thankfully we can both walk with ease so it wasnt a big deal, but it would be nice to have a bit more accuracy especially so we knew which train/ subway to take the first evening we arrived. Further we received instructions for garbage and how to separate , but there were no seperate trash bags provided in order to follow the recycle instructions.

- Arsenii (5/5): Definitely not worth the price - Good transport links near, and a nice pub nearby 1. The location on the map suggests the apartment is closer to West Hampstead, but in reality, it is on the corner between Iverson Road and Kilburn High Road.
2. The flat was very poorly cleaned. When I entered the apartment, I saw pillows scattered all over the sofa and the table. The sofa was unfolded. The stove had a huge crack, and all the surfaces were very poorly cleaned. It felt like there had been a big party before me, and the place had been tidied up in a rush.
3. The bed had a broken headboard.
4. The apartment looks much more worn-out than in the photos and seems poorly maintained.
5. The apartment has poor sound insulation, and since it’s located at the intersection with Kilburn High Road, you can hear everything. I would also prefer not to stay in Kilburn next time.
6. The shared hallway is also not clean, and sometimes there are people there who clearly don’t live in the building.
- Helen (5/5): - Location was good. The sheets were clean but there were some old stains on them. Wifi information was incorrect and correct information was not given for a day.
- ghirelli (5/5): - Per essere Londra Pulizia più che sufficiente Abbiamo pagato il terzo letto che non c'era ed essendo in tre è stato un grosso problema
- Chloe (10/5): Exceptional - The photos don’t do it justice it’s even nicer in real life!
- Jev (10/5): Exceptional -
- Farah (8/5): Very good - Clean place, value for money and location is great Didn't get the right location, address and instructions to go in as promised. Had to ask few times and it was raining heavily outside and all passwords didn't work at the time. Manage to go in after almost 40 mins which was horrible I wish it didn't have to be that way
- Oxana28 (5/5): Passable - I liked the location and the layout of the flat. It could be a good accommodation if they would pay attention to the above mentioned things. I could feel all the spirals in the bed. It's very uncomfortable to sleep on that old bed. Pillows are a disaster. The cheapest one from the shop. No toilet brush holder only the brush. 😱 No detergents or mop and bucket. Only one refuse bag for 8 days. Only one roll of toilet paper. The water pressure is so bad in the kitchen. It's barely dripping. The shower is a bit better. The flat is very noisy as it's on the corner of a main road and the windows are single glazed. I didn't sleep well not even one night. The sofa is a very used one. On the landing the light has a motion sensor. We couldn't find the switch. It was coming up quite often during the night blinding us with bright light.
- Mark (9/5): Superb -
- Linda (6/5): Nice space. Liked layout of the apartment. Close to amenities. Was sufficient for my needs. - Host responded quickly when I was unable to access the building with code previously provided
Bathroom: good size. Shower only, which I didn't mind
Plenty of wardrobe / drawer space. Kitchen nice and clean. Have to echo an earlier review, I chose the apartment as I assumed the location was much close to West Hampstead Thameslink Station, where I needed to go to commute to work. However the location is close to Kilburn High Rd. (Around 10-15min walk to Thameslink station.) Gets noisy as there are a set of traffic lights on the corner, so when there’s alot of traffic it's not great. Not good when you have to leave early (6am) for work.
Bathroom: need to pay attention when cleaning. Dirt accumulating where the shower panels meet the shower tray.
I booked to stay for x4 weeks, As stated in the Host Info details, the property is a ‘serviced apartment’. I would have hoped a cleaner/housekeeping would have been round at some point during my stay. There was a build-up of dust after 2 weeks. I ended up purchasing some cleaning products, using the broom provided was not suffice.
- Stefan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cjr (9/5): Superb -
- Seema (8/5): All in all it was good place to stay when alone .. comfy bed and working kitchen - Spacious ,centrally located . Station and grocery stores and eating places next door Traffic noise
