- Lauren (10/5): This was an amazing getaway location that I highly recommend - It is in a lovely area that is quiet. It is a beautiful property that is warm and welcoming and the perfect getaway location. The host is very accommodating and friendly. Such a clean flat. Nothing. I loved every bit of it.
- william (7/5): - Cozy

- Louise Bond (8/5): Dont understand some of the reviews this had everything I needed for a pleasant stay in london - Quiet and comfortable. Though the tube was a bit far I could get buses and access to shops 2 minutes away. small mugs, tv glitched a bit

- Lincoln Giolo (1/5): Unprofessional and rude host, no water, and a very unpleasant experience overall - The only positive point was the affordable price, but in the end it turned out to be expensive considering the bad experience we had and the fact that it was very far from everything. Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. People over 5,9ft cannot fit in the studio. Tiny studio, spiders webs everywhere as sign of no good cleaning, and no big towels. Looks great from the pictures but is small and very very far from everything. We end up spending more than if we were in an expensive hotel near the centre. There was a serious issue with the water, which we understand can happen, but instead of helping us to find a solution, the host was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly. When we tried to calmly discuss the problem and ask for a fair solution or even a refund so we could move to a hotel, she raised her voice, argued with us, and even told us to “go to a hotel next time without any refund.” This is not acceptable behavior from a host. Another couple staying there was also unhappy with the same situation. We felt disrespected and treated without any professionalism, which completely ruined our experience.
- Mary Hopkins (9/5): Very unique and cute studio! - Very unique and cute studio cottage !
Everything worked well & Private terrace was a definite bonus ☺️ it really is very pretty & very thoughtfully furnished with a lovely garden table and chairs so good size to sit outside and take in the sun & read!
Host was really nice & accommodating.
Excellent pricing for Summer season in London. A tad far out ! Fortunately , there is tube 15 to 20 mins walk away ( Northern Line ) Collindale .. depending on how fast you walk …
- Jean (5/5): Nice final days in London after an over 2-month trip in Paris, North east England and Scotland! - Quite tiny studio in what looks like a garden shed at the back of the house. The owner gave very good instructions regarding the codes needed to access the place - 3 codes! He also gave good instructions regarding the transit options. Both the Thameslink and tube Northern line are at a 15 minute walk and buses run 5 minute from the place. There are some restaurants and food and wine stores nearby. Basic kitchen equipment but not very convenient to use for cooking a meal. The place has 3 windows that ensure good ventilation and a sky window that provides daylight. This sure is not a luxury place, just basic. The layout of the kitchen equipment is not practical for cooking. Very little space, minimal equipment and the sink is located awkwardly. At best, a reheat of take out in the microwave. There is a high table with 2 benches but no chair to sit comfortably to read - the place is too small for that. Only by being in the bed can one reads, not very comfortable.
- Mar (6/5): Pleasant -
- John (10/5): Exceptional - Fully self-contained and had everything I needed. There was nothing I didn't like - it was perfect for me.
- Toni (3/5): Poor -
- Gisela (4/5): . - . There is no Wifi connection as it says in the facilities provided by the accomodation. They also didn't help me to solve this problem.
- Danial (6/5): Pleasant -
- Peter (1/5): Not recommended for anyone. - Everything is too small. Stinginess everywhere. Even the ceiling in the bathroom is low. The sink was less than my hands and mounted on the water container for the toilet bowl. Two spoons, two forks, two knives - no knife to cut bread. No room to dry the cutlery.
No towels. Internet did not work. Regarding the manager relation to these complains see the attached answer.
- Anisyak (5/5): Passable -
- Můčka (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was great. The bed was comfortable and for two traveling tourists who are looking only for sleeping and small cooking it is really perfect. We appreciated the private shower with toilet and we were pleasantly surprised by the hair dryer. The accommodation is really one of the cheapest in London and communication with the owner of the property wasn´t problem at all. Location si calm and a few minutes far from bus stop. We enjoyed our stay and we recommend it.
- Matthilda (8/5): Very good - Cosy little apartment, in a peaceful neighborhood. The pillows could have been a bit more comfy.
- Renáta (7/5): Good - The bathroom was clean and the sink above the toilet was a good eco-friendly solution, even though space was tiny. The bed was comfortable, the tv worked well. Location was ok in a quiet neighborhood, but it was a bit far from the city. The wifi did not work at all. The kitchen was too small and the equipment was a bit dirty. We could hear the neighbors through the walls if they were loud. People from the house across could see in through the small window above the toilet.
- Anna (7/5): Well equiped kitchen studio but wouldn’t be staying again. - Good facilities & near a bus route and plenty of shops and take aways. The room had a hair dryer, TV, small fridge, single hot plate, microwave, a small sauce pan, small frying pan, some plates & cutlery. Very comfy kitchen high chair & table. Enough space for 2 people to enjoy a meal. Ventilation in the room was very poor.
The shower was a bit not up to standard felt like a comping van bathroom with the sink directly located above the toilet flush and the mirror facing our belly instead of our face. The bathroom window had no curtain or cover even though it was facing the shower curtain.
A day before we left the property we received a long message with cleaning instructions which we did not expect. We had to take the trash out as well. Didn’t expect to have to clean the room after paying the complete fee way ahead of time & having already brought our own towels and some other supplies.
- Yvonne (10/5): Quiet studio at a great location, the loveliest of landlords - Pretty studio, indeed, with microwave and other kitchen appliances and refrigerator. Safely shielded by three exterior doors with codes, private terrace, lovely and very patient and helpful landlords. Great, quiet location: 15 minutes walk to Hendon or Colindale station. Arrange for towels at forehand, or bring your own. Nice price/quality ratio, would like to stay there again.
- Eider (7/5): Good - We had a plesant stay Nothing
- Charlize (2/5): This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had whilst travelling. The room itself was fine, nothing fancy but it w - Conveniently located close to shops and transportation Misleading advertisement, host made us buy our own toilet paper and towels
- Thinzar (7/5): Good -
- Muhammad (10/5): Comfort - Very private place. I love the interior wood. Suitable for couple travellers.
- Adesola (7/5): Good -
- Ellen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Óskar (9/5): Superb -
- Knoop (8/5): Great - The price quality balance The height of the shower was too low
- John (8/5): Decent accommodation made very good by price and location - Stayed for 6 nights in July.
Property was clean on arrival. Bed was comfy and the shower was warm. There was a kettle and a good fridge. There was also a single ring hob (not used) and a microwave (not used). Although it’s a fairly compact space (imagine a caravan) there was lots of places to store and hang clothing etc and a table and chairs that you could have eaten at as well as a private balcony. It is a wooden structure along the lines of a well equipped shed rather than a house/flat but this wasn’t an issue.
Brent where it is had plenty of shops etc close by for basic shopping or eating out and at 2 miles from Wembley and 6miles from Hyde park with good access to public transport served our purpose well. You could get better accommodation without a doubt but I don’t think you’d get better at £60 (£65 with a car) per night that close to major sites of interest. Inside felt compact. Not sure anyone over 6ft would be able to move about freely.
Car park is on a slope and if you have a large car and there are 2 guests can be a bit tight but this was a minor issue really.
I’d have preferred to have a toaster rather than a hob but again this is a fairly minor issue of personal taste not really a reason not to book.
- Jazzmin (10/5): Wonderful well worth the money. - The closeness of the local shops and transportation, the whole accommodation layout and size. The host is welcoming very friendly, if you have any questions or just want to chat she’s happy to talk answer any questions. Also loved the way I got my gym work out when I would walk from the shops back to the house up the hills worked off the ice cream I would treat my self to from the shop at the bottom of the road. Nothing at all.
- Paul (8/5): Very good - It had all i needed for the price. Nothing.
- Spyridon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Táňa (6/5): Good price - Nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, close to shops the bathroom was terrible, the sink served as a toilet tank. bad shower, wifi didn't work, tv in spanish
- Gleason (7/5): Good -
- Elizabeth (1/5): BEWARE WOODEN SHACK IN GARDEN - DO NOT BE CAUGHT OUT. BEWARE, this is an uninsulated wooden shack in a garden. There is no insulation and if you are taller than 5"8 you will struggle to stand up. I have tried to claim back my money as we left the property after 45 minutes because it was completely unfit for purpose. DO NOT BE CAUGHT OUT. DO NOT BE CAUGHT OUT.Beware this is an uninsulated wooden shack in a garden. I have tried to claim back my money as we left the property after 45 minutes because it was completely unfit for purpose. Booking.com have been utterly unhelpful and keep passing the buck. Watch out for Booking.com, when it goes well it is fine, but any issues and they abandon you and take your money.
- Larson (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christine (8/5): Cozy, welcoming and clean - As two sisters traveling together we really like the fact that the property was so secure. It required 3 sets of key codes to access the property. We also liked the fact that it was so close to a main road with shops and the bus/tube system.
- Juan (9/5): Superb -
- Francisco (8/5): Very good -
