• Adaze (1/5): - Nothing, I didn’t have the chance to experience the property, I was SCAMMED. The host cancelled my booking, and refuse to refund me my money, because the booking says non- refundable, listen it’s a scam tactics, you book to stay in this property they will deliberately cancel ur reservation, if you do not pay extra money when requested to do so, if you have a guest they will ask you to pay extra money for each guests, even though you have booked the whole apartment, if you don’t pay ur reservation will be cancelled, the host will then block your calls and no more contact will be established. ITS A SCAM. done by a man and a woman pretending to be the property managers.

• Ieva (5/5): Comfortable if you ignore the problems, but definitely not worth the money. - The apartment was very spacious, it was really easy to control heating/the temperature in the apartment, and the neighbourhood was very peaceful. The apartment was quite far from London centre, but it was easy to access the closest metro station. The communication with staff was nice and they were helpful. There was a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The living room had a TV were we could use our Netflix and it was comfortable. We were unpleasantly surprised that some of the furniture was broken. The apartment wasn’t nearly as beautiful and clean as shown in the pictures. One closet was so broken that we were afraid it will fall on us if we touch it. The same was with one of the bed headboards. We initially booked 3 bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms but were “upgraded” to an apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms because we asked for an earlier check in. The second bathroom turned out to be a tiny toilet. The kitchen had some useful utensils, but there were only butter knives which made it very difficult for us to cook the food that we wanted to prepare. Overall, considering that we paid quite a lot for this apartment, we were not satisfied. The polite communication from the staff did not make up for all the flaws.
• Muhammad (2/5): It wasn’t worth the money we paid. - Beds sheets needs to be washed properly and clean them. They need improve cleaning and bed quality
• Mary (5/5): Although relieved to find accomodation with parking at very short notice, overall disappointed. - Parking The 3 bedrooms are not integrated into one complete apartment. The kitchen was over equipped with washing machines etc. The staff used the washing machines on 2 days of our stay, coming and going whilst the apartment was occupied and with no prior warnings. The kitchen was under equipped with things like, bread knife, chopping board, kitchen roll, cling film, tin foil etc etc. The bins had not been emptied on arrival. Tiny shower rooms. “The 2nd apartment” was very poorly equipped eg a kettle but no mugs or tea/coffee; a toaster but not plates or cutlery. The whole setup was just odd.
