Guest Reviews

- Roslyn (8/5): Fantastic location, well appointed but needs a refresh with the bedding and towels. - Brilliant location close to the underground circle line and buses and a short walk to V & A and Natural History Museums. Decent cafes, supermarket nearby. Bedding and towels were not properly dry. Blankets need replacing (worn out and holes in one). Courtyard dirty and needed tidying.
- Stephanie (9/5): Wonderful accommodation, great location for exploring London & super close access to the Undergroun -
- Janice (7/5): Great location, compact stay for 4 but clean and has all amenities - Location and ground floor Very small towels, Not ideal set up for a family of 4 with 2 grown up kids!
Not very quick at answering booking.com messages. Very late on giving instructions as to how and when to get in.
- Tomas (10/5): Highly recommend!! - Everything was perfect. Clean, well equiped, the neughbourhood, the service, easy to get to from the airport, etc. All positives.
- Laura (10/5): Perfect - Perfect holidays in this apartment. The location was fantastic, so close to subway. Perfect
- Jacinta (9/5): Fabulous location! - Location was amazing, so close to South Kensington tube on the District, Circle and Picadilly lines. Cute shops and restaurants close by as well. The place itself was as expected, perfect for singles or couples. Pull out couch in lounge was uncomfortable to sit on however, and I would not recommend having extra people sleep on it. I was expecting a washing machine which I didn't find. Overall, I had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again.
- Karen (8/5): Comfortable appartment in an excellent location - It is just a stones throw from South Kensington underground where you can get access to major stations. Also 2 minute walk from museums. Very warm and comfortable and had everything you needed for your stay. The shower was a hit or miss with no hot water at times.
- Allyson (9/5): Superb -
- Katherine (8/5): Great location! Nice unit. Too small for four but adequate for three people. - Location was great; good bakery (Paul's) very close plus restaurants and pubs and public transportation (1 min walk to So Kensington tube). Heat worked fine! It was nice to have a ground floor unit (few steps up to front door). Kitchen was nice. There were three of us and space was fine. We would stay here again. The front of the unit definitely needs sprucing up! Bit disappointing when we arrived. Almost everyplace I have stayed (many trips to Europe), coffees, teas, sugar and creamers are provided, but not here. Not a game changer, but this is an inexpensive thing to provide for guests.
- Caroline (7/5): Good - Quick response and flexibility
- Dace (10/5): Would recommend for stay with family! - Perfect location for stay with small kids - close to metro, bus stations, Nature History & science museums. Also neigborhood was enjoyable - felt safe, food and small shops in 2 min walk distance. The apartment itself was all how presented on advertisement. Enough space for family. was also quiet - did not hear street sounds (closed from inside those wooden things in front of window and was also total blackout :))
- Mostafasaadi (7/5): Good - Location, near by metro sop, Restaurant, sightseeing
- Tarvin (10/5): Will surely love to stay back here in our next visit . - Beautiful location and safe neighbourhood . The apartment is on the ground floor with big bright windows, well lit and easy to take luggage in . Everything we needed for our stay was provided like shampoo , clean towels , basic kitchen supplies . Kristine was very sweet and she welcomed us to the apartment when we arrived . Loved our stay . The most convenient was its only a minute walk from south Kensington station which directly links to the airport .
- Rachel (7/5): small apartment, excellent location, ideal for one person. - Excellent location near restaurants, supermarket, other stores.
"Meters from underground station "South Kensington
Clean and refurbished bathroom.
Kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator Apartment is small, less than 35 square meters, as published.
Convenient for one person, not for a couple.
- Judy (9/5): Great Location - The location is fantastic, yards from South Kensington Tube Station & shops and bars, but tucked round a corner for peace & quiet.
- Anthony (9/5): Perfect base from which to explore London - We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable apartment in the heart of South Kensington . Perfectly located around the corner from the tube station and within a few minutes walk of the Natural history museum and the V&A. There's also a great selection of restaurants and coffee shops in the locality.
- Anne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matthew (8/5): A convenient family accommodation right beside the Natural History Museum. - The apartment was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was straightforward. The location is superb. When our youngest woke early in the morning we were able to go for a scenic stroll through South Kensington and Hyde Park just outside our door. The bathroom needs electrical repairs to the lights. Only one of the four spotlights worked, and it was rather dim.
- Muhanad (9/5): Superb -
- Valentina (10/5): Great stay and location - Property is in a great location. 1 minute walk from the underground station and linked with yellow, green and blue lines.
There is plenty of cafe, restaurant, take away and pubs and it’s walking distance to many London attractions It can be a little small for a group of four, and sofa bed is not the most comfortable, but it’s more than ok if you are staying in 4 for just a couple of nights
- Loreen (3/5): Poor - Location close to metro and museums. Well equipped kitchen. The rubbish in the front yard could have been cleaned up (it was there for all 4 days of our stay). Bed was lumpy, low and old. No blind on the front window so no privacy at night when wanted to turn lights on. Host did not know we were arriving and had to wait 30 minutes before let in and then wait for apartment to be tidied for our arrival. No answer to my phone calls when arrived. No answer to ringing doorbell. Email sent while standing at front door trying to get in answered about 2 hours later. Eventually check in lady was told by other occupants we were outside and came to let us in. Very very disappointed when paid
- James (9/5): Superb -
- Dianne (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location for the museums and very close tube station to explore what London has to offer. Lovely cafés and restaurants very near by. Accommodation was very clean with up to date decor..... Overall a lovely apartment situated in a beautiful part of London.
- Gabriel (7/5): Good - - perfect location
- the tube is next to the apartment
- many restaurants in this area - this is a very nice apartment and could be more luxury after a small reconstruction e.g. new furniture, carpet and curtains…. little painting…
- Cristina (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful place, perfectly located. Walking
distance from V&A and natural history museum,
10 min walk from Hyde park. The apartment is on the second floor. The flat and building is very quiet. Helpful, friendly
staff who go above and beyond to make sure
you have the best time. I will definetely come
back with friends and I would highly recommend
this lovely place.
