Although I didn’t use it there is a kitchen and most items you’d need for cooking. Pillows were either paper thin or high and rock hard. Gave me shoulder and neck pain after a night. Als man den Hoteldirektor darauf ansprach war dieser überhaupt nicht kooperationsbereit und unverschämt mit seinen Aussagen. Kann dieses Hotel definitiv keinem weiterempfehlen!!!!

Die Unterkunft war für mich perfekt gelegen, alle für mich wichtigen Orte befanden sich in Gehdistanz. Auch ein Lebensmittelgeschäft befand sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, so dass der Kühlschrank bequem gefüllt werden konnte. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolut nichts. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen oder zu reklamieren.

• Dóri (3/5): - Az elhelyezkedés Mi nagyon elégedetlenek voltunk. Nincs légkondi, nagyon meleg volt a szobában. Az ágy kényelmetlen, a matrac ki van feküdve. Kicsi gyerekekkel utaztunk és ágyneműcserére lett volna szükség, kaptunk egy szetttet, hogy cseréljük ki magunknak. A többi napon sem volt takarítás. Ez nem egy 3 csillagos hotelhez méltó színvonal.

• pauli (5/5): - Die Lage war gut. Das Apartment auf den ersten Blick ansprechend. Bei ein wenig genauerem Hinsehen bemerkten wir viele Schäden und fehlende Sauberkeit. Die Böden klebten, Lichter flackerten, Lichtschalter hatten Wackelkontakte, die Armaturen in den Bädern waren verkalkt und teilweise mit Grünspan befallen. Was aber wirklich schlimm war, war die Tatsache, dass am 4. Tag die Abflüsse in der Badewanne, der Toilette und dem BD plötzlich so überquollen, dass die Toilette fast überlief, das BD überlief und aus dem Abfluss der Badewanne Fekalien und Klopapier der anderen Apartmentbewohner austraten! Wir meldeten dies, woraufhin ein Mitarbeiter versuchte, das Problem mit einem Pimpel zu beheben, aber es nicht schaffte. Daraufhin wurde uns einfach ins Gesicht gesagt, er könne jetzt nicht helfen, wir sollen einfach die Türe schließen und das Bad nicht mehr benutzen. Es wurde nicht einmal das übergelaufene Wasser aufgewischt, noch dafür gesorgt, dass der Gestankt aufhört oder übertüncht wird. Uns wurde keine Entschädigung angeboten! Diese wollten wir nach dem Urlaub bei booking.com geltend machen. booking setzte sich daraufhin mit Arlington in Verbindung, doch Arlington leugnete alles. Trotz zugeschickter Beweisbilder stritt Arlington alles ab, lenkte nicht ein und zahlte keinen Cent!!! Booking schaltete sich dann als Streitschlichter ein ließ uns eine sehr kleine Entschädigung auf ihre Kosten zukommen. Eine erneute Buchung wird von unserer Seite aus nie wieder stattfinden.
