• Colin (10/5): I wanted somewhere at a reasonable price with easy access to London’s big attractions. Local shops and restaurants were - Excellent location with easy access to central London. Great accommodation. Everything was fine, no issues.
• Livia (10/5): Lovely wholesome apartment - Really cute little apartment in a lovely little neighbourhood. Plenty of space for three people. One living room, one bedroom with a couch and a tv so we used that pretty much as a living room as well! Little noisy outside but that is what you get from being in London!
• Fredi (8/5): - Die Verkäuferin im Blumenladen unterhalb wär sehr nett und hatte gute Empfehlung für Kaffees und Restaurants. Auch das Gepäck konnte deponiert werden, bevor die Unterkunft ready war. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend, aber die Fenster (schöne, alte englische Schiebefenster) sind nicht sehr dicht, die Strassenlärm relativ gut durchdringen lassen. Aber sonst Top.

• agnes (9/5): Logement confirme aux photos - L’appartement est tŕès bien situé (proche métro et supérette), quelques restaurants à proximité Ligne métro avec un train tous les 10 minutes Logement propre, spacieu et bien équipé Lits avec de bonnes couettes Les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage et ferment mal en haut Nous n’avons pas réussi à mettre le chauffage en route pour palier à la faible température
• Damien (3/5): Bel emplacement pratique pour 4 personnes - L’emplacement et la literie Logement froid et mal isolé. Très difficile de mettre en route soit même la chaudière. Il n’y avait d’ailleurs pas d’explication à ce sujet. La douche est fonctionnelle mais un peu vétuste, pas possible de faire tenir le pommeau de douche.

• Alice (7/5): A great location and lots of good things about the flat. The owner was also so helpful at reuniting my 4 year old with h - Great location. Good sized bedrooms. Comfy beds. Lots of areas looked like they needed painting. The televisions didn’t work The sofa was dirty and uncomfortable and we couldn’t all sit together in the kitchen area.

• Olga (7/5): Great location, friendly host but needs some cleaning and fixes - The location is very good. Nice neighborhood, several good food shops and restaurants, good bus and tube options. The flat is quite big, spacious bedrooms. The host is very quick to reply and help with issues. The flat was cold when we arrived but we switched on the heating and it was fine after that. No good views from the windows but we didn't expect it either. The windows are single so very drafty and old (did not dare opening them) and do not isolate the sounds from outside at all (especially in the main bedroom that faces the street) The flat was cleaned well before our arrival but it needs a lot of deep cleaning, a fresh coat of paint, new wall to wall carpet and definitely new sofas (the current ones looked very dirty).

• Juan Cabrera Mico (1/5): APTO PARA VERANO - la ubicacion estaba muy bien,salias y a pocos metros teniamos la estacion de metro,teniamos muchos comercios por el alrededor con lo que podias comprar lo que quisieras Sinceramente,no he pasado mas frio en un apartamento EN MI VIDA,las ventanas,aparte de viejas,llenas de polvo y telarañas,no cerraban nada bien y entraba un aire frio,que en ese apartamento a pesar de estar la calefaccion encendida todo el dia,entrabas a la cocina y comedor y era una nevera,y ducharse en pleno diciembre ni te cuento.Tuvimos que comernos las uvas en la habitacion por que se estaba mejor que en ese comedor tapados con mantas. El sofa "cama",le podrian haber puesto una funda por lo menos por que estaba sucio no,lo siguiente. Los dueños regentan la floristeria de abajo,con lo cual,cuando sales por la puerta,te han plantado las estanterias de las plantas delante,y te ven saliendo con maletas que no puedes ni pasar y ni se molestan en apartarlas,un horror.Sinceramente,para ir en verano supongo que bien pero en invierno NI DE COÑA,me he vuelto con un buen resfriado a casa.

• Rémi (9/5): - L'emplacement était au top , nous étions en famille avec un chien, très bien situé pour se promener avec le chien avec le grand park de Wimbledon. Une station de métro à 100m de l'appartement pour aller se promener dans Londres. Les photos de l'annonce sont fidèles à la réalité.

• Jukka (10/5): Perfect for family visit to London. - Good for a family. Nice area and no noise in the night. Easy to access also when arriving at night! Tube and shops right next to apartment.
• Deavall (9/5): Very good. - It was a home from home, had everything you could need, clean and presentable. There was no dressing table. No where for me to do my makeup and hair. Also the bed sheets, they were clean but need updating to some nice cotton crisp sheets.

• Ivelina (9/5): Perfect place for a London trip! - The apartment has great location super close to the metro station and bus stops, you can get to the city center for ~30 min. There is a Tesco express store super close for groceries and I really recommend the Bose restaurant downstairs. Communication with Sam was great! I'm general we loved how well kept it was - it had everything you might need for a vacation, was very clean and warm, we found it in a perfect condition. The floors are carpeted in the rooms which felt cosy and I was surprised how they managed to keep them clean. Small details I wish were better (but didn't impact our stay in a negative way) - the sink in the bathroom was tiny, but fine for a few days. The towels that were provided for the body were also super small could barely wrap around. The windows are old and it could get a bit noisy in the morings but otherwise they were okay! Wi-Fi was not very fast and with 4 people on it, it was very difficult to use at times.

• Larcombe (7/5): Best location for visiting family in Southfields and good value for money. - great location, friendly host, good space for a family of 4. We missed the fact that the radiators had to be configured ourselves due to translations. The instructions sheet read "boiler instructions", arguably using something such as "heating instructions" would have been more understandable. We ended up having a very cold apartment at nighttime and morning with two small kids - it wasn't fun and quite uncomfortable because of that. We understand it was our "fault" because we didn't understand the instructions, but arguably it was very strange we had to configure the heating ourselves from the boiler and even sending the instructions digitally would have been more useful.

• Reese (10/5): Exceptional - This property was very clean throughout the whole apartment. The rooms were perfect. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets. We were less than 5 minutes from the train station which made traveling very easy. There are several places to eat, drink, and get coffee around this. We absolutely loved this place! The only complaint would be the noise of the radiators in each room. When we didn’t have the radiator on it got pretty chilly but the host was so helpful in telling us how to turn it on.

We took both the Tube and the Bus. Beds were very comfortable and whole apartment was updated and modern. nothing to suggest- a great place.
• Gustavo (9/5): Large apartment, ideal for families - It is a large and complete 2 bedrooms apartment, ideal for a family with kids. The region where it is located is residential, very pleasant and near to a metro station. Not a major issue but some curtains are not working 100% and there are no blackouts, so the rooms gets bright very early in the morning. Also, there wasn' t a cofee machine or extra toilet papers.

• Stanley (9/5): Hosts (in first flr shop) are very warm and friendly, would come back again. - Location is great, about 30 minutes from the city by underground train. But close to Wimbledon, so we were able to make an unplanned visit! Bathroom sink is small, like a child's toy. Shower stall is pretty but no place to put soap, etc. Small (no need to be big) but the shower stream aims to the side (not adjustable).

We had a very good night sleeps after a very busy days touring in Central London. It has everything we needed and more. Having Tesco and the Southfield tube station so near make the staying in London so easy and the price was reasonable too.
• Wicklen (10/5): Perfect! - Perfect location, very convenient for the district line (Southfields is only 2 minutes walk away), and in a lovely, quiet area. Tesco local is a 1 minute walk, with lots of other shops and facilities. Unrestricted free parking on Victoria Road (past the station and continue up the hill). Very clean, tidy apartment, and the shower is beautiful. It was everything we wanted, and we weren't disappointed. At a fantastic, price, too!! Thanks, Sam 😊 The only thing it was lacking was a coffee filter, but I took my own anyway, just in case!🤣🤣

A small detail but the ironing board was not great and the resurfacing of the road on the second night, which couldn't be avoided, was not ideal but otherwise a great location.

• Juliet (10/5): it’s a flat to return to. we loved it and Sam was very pleaset and communicative. We stared our luggage for a few hours - it was very clean and tidy, quiet and local. just as we like it. the only thing we missed was curtains to take the light coming in despite of blinds. we like to sleep in complete darkness but with that said, we slept very well.

• Melanie (9/5): Superb - Apartment was about 2 mins walk from Southfields tube station which is approximately 30/40mins tube ride from main attractions of London ( didn't feel a long journey) , the area was quiet and felt safe walking around there. Tesco express, nisa and boots on the door step m&s, pub, restaurants and coffee shops all within 2 minutes. The apartment itself had everything you needed, towels, toilet roll, fully equipped kitchen,cooking equipment and some cooking essentials, iron, ironing board, hair dryer. The bedrooms were very spacious and beds comfy (tv in front bedroom) would stay again and recommend to others.
• Niamh (10/5): Beautiful apartment, great location and easy access to London on the tube. - Central location, on a quiet street and 2 mins from tube stop. Restaurants and shops nearby. Apartment was freshly decorated and spotless. Sofa bed was really comfortable too which is rare! A lovely warm welcome and friendly chat from host on arrival. Would definitely recommend a stay! I can't think of anything...loved the apartment
