• Inês (6/5): Sufficient only due to the location, overalll disappointing - Great location Overall poor cleaning, with special attention to the bed where the bedding had hairs and was poorly done. In addition, curtains and windows really dirty and bad noise isolation.

• Luªna (6/5): Buon soggiorno, ma con alcuni aspetti da migliorare. - Ho apprezzato molto la disponibilità nell’aspettarci per il check-in: siamo arrivati in ritardo e il proprietario è stato davvero gentile sia nell’aspettarci sia nel fornirci tutte le informazioni su dove e come ritirare le chiavi. Ho trovato comodo anche il fatto che la gestione della spazzatura sia organizzata nel seminterrato e che si occupino loro del riciclo. L’appartamento (numero 13) ha un letto nuovo e confortevole, non piccolo come mi aspettavo, e anche il divano è abbastanza spazioso. La posizione è sicuramente un punto di forza: a pochi passi da Harrods, Hyde Park e dal ristorante Crazy Pizza. Inoltre, la strada in cui si trova l’appartamento è molto elegante, bella e ben curata. I really appreciated the host’s willingness to wait for us during check-in. We arrived quite late, and he was very kind both in waiting for us and in giving clear instructions on where and how to collect the keys. I also liked the fact that the garbage disposal is organized in the basement and that recycling is managed by them. Apartment number 13 has a nice, new and comfortable bed, not as small as expected, and the sofa is also quite spacious. The location is definitely a strong point: just a few steps from Harrods, Hyde Park, and the elegant Crazy Pizza restaurant. The street where the apartment is located is also very elegant, and well maintained. Purtroppo, però, la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare: sotto il letto c’era così tanta polvere da sembrare sabbia. Inoltre, il muro è danneggiato, dalle finestre entra molta aria perché non sono ben isolate, e anche tende e lampada risultano rotte, nonostante il riscaldamento sia sempre acceso.However, cleanliness was disappointing: there was so much dust under the bed that it looked like sand. There is no dining table and no proper wardrobe. In addition, one wall is damaged, the windows let in too much air as they are not well sealed, and both the curtains and the lamp are broken, even though the heating is always on.

La habitación presentaba algunos defectos de falta de mantenimiento. Limpieza mejorable y aunque contaba con todo lo imprescindible, el espacio era reducido

Needs renovation or a serious improvement. Also need to change both the mattress and bed pillows.

• Ane (7/5): - Buena ubicación ,junto a boca de metro y literalmente junto a Harrods. Buen WiFi. Pudimos dejar las maletas antes de la hora del check in. Cocina pequeña pero completa. Calidad precio es una buena opción. Cortinas rotas. No hay sitio de almacenamiento para la ropa ya que el único armario está lleno con la aspiradora y otros bártulos. No hay extractor en la cocina y si cocinas algo se queda todo el olor en la habitación.

• smita (9/5): - Location was great! Room was larger than a hotel room. Clean room. Crockery, cutlery all new. Bathroom comfortable. Toiletries. Curtains were torn. Needs urgent repair and a basic paint job will make place look great. More lighting. They should actually state that the rear rooms on the first floor face a car park. Better to set expectations. I wasn’t expecting a view at that price and location but better to know

Dejligt at kunne lave fx morgenmad. Harrods som nabo og god mulighed for indkøb og restauranter. Der er meget, meget slidt.

• Eva (6/5): Buena situación - La localización muy cercana al metro y a los buses y en una calle muy tranquila y segura. El suelo es de madera y no de moqueta. Para los estándares de Londres está bien. La cama no era nada cómoda, hay cocina pero no hay ni una mesa ni unas sillas para sentarse, también hay lavadora pero no hay tendedero, lo que no tiene sentido. Hacía mucho calor en el interior. Por lo demás el apartamento correcto pero deberían de hacer un repaso de cosas que habría que arreglar.

• Christie (9/5): Nice cozy apartment in an excellent location - Excellent location, clean and comfortable, has mini kitchen and laundry on site, smart TV Nothing really, it's just the staff who was responsible for checking us in. She was not pleasant. We felt rushed and stressed out. She wanted us to check in on her time not even considering it was peak hours to travel by underground with heavy LUGGAGES to carry and an infant in a buggy! I dont mind paying £££ if we reached past 8pm coz I know the policy for late check in. I felt pressured to hurry up and check in because she was becoming impatient.

• Lee (4/5): Disappointing - The property was close to everything I needed If you are working nights or would like a lay in this is not the place to be. I was there on nights and the staff were shouting and swears by outside my door at 7.00am most mornings. This went on throughout the day.

• Fay (2/5): Would not recommend - The only good thing was the location Definitely not big enough for 4 people. Not clean and very outdated. Communication was non existent. Linda the building manager was the only help we got as for the contacts for the place didn't respond to our concerns from the moment we arrived. Extremely overpriced for the tiny room we got
