- Hanna (7/5): Hyvä sijainti, hyvä isommalle porukalle - Hyvä sijainti, hyvin varusteltu keittiö. Asunto kaipaisi vähän remonttia, naapurin äänet kuuluivat asuntoon todella hyvin. Varsinkin rappukäytävästä. Kylpyammeen tulppa puuttui.

L'appartement est bien équipé, rue calme.
De quoi se restaurer et boire à moins de 5 min à pieds.

- Christine (5/5): Logement onéreux - Le logement est proche de la station Kings cross et il y a de la restauration à proximité. Il possède tous les équipements nécessaires. L’appartement est très mal isolé, sans volets juste des stores et la literie est souple. Des sacs poubelles sont restés quatre jours sur le palier de l’entrée. Les voisins du dessus ont fait énormément de bruit.

- Fabiano (7/5): Bom custo-benefício - Ótima localização, principalmente se chegar por St. Pancras. A rua é muito calma e tem comércio perto. A cozinha é bem equipada. Não conseguimos usar um dos banheiros da casa porque a ducha estava ruim. Enviamos mensagem, mas ninguém respondeu. Os quartos ficam no nível inferior e têm teias no teto. A casa precisa de manutenção. Os vizinhos de cima são bem barulhentos e as portas do corredor batem o tempo todo, inclusive à noite. Contamos 7 pessoas saindo ao mesmo tempo do apartamento de cima.
- Sandrine (7/5): Séjour très agréable en famille - Le côté douillet, chaleureux et spacieux de l’appartement. Très bien équipé de la cuisine aux 2 salles de bain.
Son emplacement proche de la gare et du métro rendent les déplacements faciles. L’appartement reste bruyant du fait qu’il soit peu voire pas isolé à la fois de la rue et des voisins. À notre arrivée 5 sacs poubelle étaient sur le perron d’entrée et étaient encore présents à notre départ vendredi…
Le carrelage de la marche extérieur méritait d’être refait…

- giuseppe (8/5): Eccellente - Posizione eccellente, appartamento pulito e in ordine, l'unica cosa che mancava erano le coperte e le lenzuola del divano letto, per il resto la location ha soddisfatto pienamente le aspettative. Le lenzuola e le coperte per il divano letto.

Muy fail check in / out. Personal Que siempre respondió ok. La limpieza deja mucho para pensar. Si bien sábanas y toallas limpias pero hay que cambiar y lavar cobertores almohadones alfombra. limpiar pisos y ventanas. La propiedad requiere remodelaciones. Pintura arreglos de cosas ya muy deterioradas como puertas y escalera. Uno de los baños la ducha imposible de usar porque pierde agua. Necesita mantenimiento
- Anna (9/5): Prisvärd lägenhet med bra läge! - Bra läge! 2 toaletter, fräscht! Bra ytor att umgås på! Kallt i ett av källarrummen, en duschslang läckte.
- Pim (6/5): Fijn verblijf maar wel enkele verbeterpunten om het perfect te maken - De accommodatie ligt op een fijne locatie, dicht bij metrostations en met een supermarkt en gezellige eet- en drinkgelegenheden op loopafstand. De communicatie vooraf verliep vlot en prettig.
Het in- en uitchecken verliep verder soepel en zonder problemen. Helaas konden we niet op het afgesproken tijdstip van 15:00 uur inchecken, omdat de schoonmaak pas rond 16:30 uur klaar was. Daarnaast waren er enkele aandachtspunten: de douche bleef niet goed op temperatuur en de doucheslang lekte, wat zorgde voor minder waterdruk. Ook zat de vaatwasser los in de kast, stond de wasmachine op storing en was de eettafel wat klein voor vier personen. Als laatste was de trapleuning in slechte staat.

- Morris (5/5): Lovely area but needs work - The location is fantastic, lovely restaurants and bars very close, St Pancras and Kings Cross is a 5 minute walk. The apartment was large enough and spacious for 4 travellers with 2 bathrooms. The apartment is in serious need of maintenance, the photos are not an accurate depiction of how it looks, we 4 guests stayed for 4nights / 5days and shared 3 drinking glasses, 1 teatowel, no cups so we couldn't use the coffee machine as mugs wouldn't fit, no plug for the kitchen sink, windows were filthy and rubbish in the bin when we arrived. We had a mouldy shower curtain in the shower / bath with no air ventilation. The verandah door wouldn't open so no emergency access or just outdoor access. Pots of paint stored in the bathroom, overall the apartment was shabby and considering the cost not good enough.

- Daniëlle (8/5): Prima verblijf met een groep voor een weekend. - Accommodatie was netjes en ruim. 5 slaapkamers met tweepersoonsbedden. Het appartement was verdeeld over 3 verdiepingen met de slaapkamers op de bovenste verdiepingen. Het appartement zelf lag op de 1e verdieping, 3 slaapkamers en een badkamer op de 2e verdieping en 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers op de 3e verdieping. Geen lift aanwezig. De badkamers waren heel klein, weinig bewegingsruimte en de straal beperkt. Douchen in bad is voor langere mensen geen optie met een schuine muur. We verbleven in het weekend en er was ‘s avonds wel geluidsoverlast van de straat en de pub op de hoek.

- Richard (7/5): Improvements required but still an enjoyable stay. - Great location for King’s Cross and venturing into the city. Liked that it had two bathrooms, and the bedrooms were spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. But tired around the edges, no plugs for sink in kitchen, bath or sink in en-suite. Broken window in the bedroom meant it had to be left open. Mantelpiece hanging off the wall. No lighting in the bathroom. Underground noise heard through the night and adjoining flat noises very loud when they are accessing their property.

- Catherine (10/5): Ideal London location for a short or long trip - One of the best locations I’ve stayed in London - great area, minutes to the train / tube, great facilities and very clean. It was very warm but fans in each room were great

- Douglas (8/5): Great location - The staff were helpful during our stay, promptly providing all the support we need; replacing a broken washing machine, dealing with other noisy guests and providing extra living supply. There was enough room for 6 of us to comfortably stay for a week. The location was great with only 10min walk from St Pancras/King's Cross stations. We would recommend the payment to be sorted at least a few days before check-in date. It can get stressful on the same day, especially when we are travelling from overseas and have trouble with card payment or phone connection.

- Jonathan (9/5): A comfortable and spacious stay for a family. - Very spacious, two floors. Ground floor was the kitchen and lounge+round dining table. The basement floor had the two rooms and two bathrooms. Basement floor wasn’t really below ground as there are still window o the outside. The door for the master bedroom going to the ‘basement garden’ isn’t well sealed, so cold air can seep through slightly (used a tower to block and its aok)
- Jeremy (6/5): Good location and size, but pity about the people in the flat above. - The flat is well located with shops and eateries nearby including an excellent tapas pub / restaurant and near two different underground stations. It was a good size and the kitchen was very well equipped (save for oven gloves or equivalent). Given size and location it is good value for a genuinely two-bed flat. There were three issues. First, I was unhappy that I was contacted at the last moment to make payment and with different arrangements for entering the property -- as I was travelling that morning and I am not a regular mobile user I might easily have missed this. I also initially thought it was a scam. Why the payment could not have been collected earlier I know not. Second, we visited in February. The property was cold on arrival and it took some time to resolve the heating issues. Even after that the bedrooms on the lower floor were permanently cold. The main front bedroom had an external door that was very drafty, though I was partially able to resolve this with toilet tissue. The third issue were the people in the flat above who had complete contempt for their neighbours. The absurdly loud party on Wednesday evening was apparently a regular event as a neighbour angrily pointed out shouting up from the street having several times hammered very loudly on the door sometime after 11 p.m.
The complete absence of instructions for any equipment was a pain.
- Afrianny (8/5): great location! Will keep in mind for next time!! - The location is excellent!! 5 mins walk from St. Pancras / King’s Cross.. 5-6 bus stops away from Totenham Court/Oxford. Waitrose supermarket is 2 blocks away & there are many halal restaurants in the area!! The split level made us lazy to go upstairs in the living area so we were mostly in the bedrooms downstairs. The heating could be better. There is an extra portable heater in the main ensuite room which was very helpful! The rest of the home could be better heated.. and also the shared toilet..
didn’t like that payment had to be made through another online web gateway when cc details were given to booking.com during reservation. Also lost some through the exchange when the deposit was refunded back to cc around 4-5 days after we checked out.

- Eric (2/5): poorly managed and maintained - location No body spoke adequate English.Not interested in customer complaints.Did not turn up when they said they would.They did not even open my messages.Property needed a good Deep clean , windows even dirty inside .Both outside areas filthy . Regarding health and safety,a vacuum was blocking the entrance hallway and rubbish was dumped and left at the front door.Lots of shabby and chipped paintwork,one light in lounge not working and centered ceiling light dangerously loose. Empty or squint pictures showing the lack of care .TV not even tuned in .Once we did it no BBC and other channels very poor signal.

- Kwok (3/5): do not recommend it - nothing we didn't know it's a 2 level apartment. We're on the 1st level and half basement. location is not quite convenient. Before the host handed us the key, we were asked to let another group of guests (tenants) look at the apartment before we went inside. It's ridiculous! The cooking utensils were dirty. Beds were not comfy. cold wind came from the door and windows. The pictures on the website are deceiving. very unpleasant to stay. It's not safe at night. We were followed by 2 suspicious guys at night around 9.
