• Ženatá (9/5): - Apartmán byl moc pěkný a voňavý. Hostitel byl moc milý. Pomohl nám užitečnými typy a rady - jak se nenechat okrást u Akropolis. Poradil s dopravou i s opravou defektu na autě. Má přehled a je opravdu nápomocný. Athény nás celkově zklamali. Okolí domu není pěkné. Ale jak jsme zjistily, tak je to v okolních ulicích stejné. Hostitel mě ubezpečil že je tu bezpečno. Apartmán je vedle policejní stanice. V noci byl klid. Nicméně vracet se večer z centra pěšky (protože metro jelo jen na stanicí Omonia) nebylo úplně příjemné. Ale došli jsme bez incidentu.

• Yalcin (7/5): - Oldukça temiz ve metroya 3 dk. yürüme mesafesinde. Etrafta yemek yiyebileceğiniz kafeler bulunuyor. Arabanızı rahatça park edebiliyorsunuz. Konakladığımız tarih itibariyle soğuk bir hava vardı. Radyatör olmasına rağmen klima ile ısınmaya çalıştık. Yeterli olmadığını düşünüyorum. Havanın soğuk olması da etkili bunda tabiki.
• CHRISTINA (10/5): Εξαιρετικό και ασφαλές κατάλυμα - Μείναμε 20 μέρες και νιώσαμε σα στο σπίτι μας. Υπέροχο κατάλυμα, πεντακάθαρο, άνετο, φτιαγμένο με μεράκι, γούστο και αισθητική. Οι ιδιοκτήτες πάντα στη διάθεσή μας, αν και όλα ήταν στην εντέλεια οπότε δε χρειαστήκαμε κάτι επιπλέον. Άνετα έπιπλα στην σαλοτραπεζαρια, καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζινα , πολύ καλό στρώμα και μαξιλάρια στην κρεβατοκάμαρα, πολύ άνετο μπανιο και όλα τα facilities/παροχές όπως περιγράφονται. Πανέμορφο μπαλκόνι και η τοποθεσία, αν και στο κέντρο της Αθήνας ήσυχη και το κυριότερο πολύ ασφαλής. Δίπλα στο μετρό και σε άλλα Μ.Μ.Μ. Εύκολη πρόσβαση οπουδήποτε. Στην γειτονιά βρίσκεις τα πάντα για φαγητό, καφέ, ψώνια.Μεγαλο πλεονέκτημα και η δυνατότητα εξασφάλισης χώρου parking. Θα το προτιμήσουμε και πάλι με την πρώτη ευκαιρία! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

• Alkisti (9/5): Super comfortable stay - This was a really comfortable stay, which is beyond necessary when travelling with kids. - We were able to chill on the sofa which coverts to a bed and watch tv, or sit at the kitchen table where we could have our breakfast, play games and read books. The whole living area was where we spent our time when we stayed indoors. - The bed mattress was extremely comfortable. - The vacuum was a pro. - Air conditioning was really hepful during those cold days of our stay. - Having a parking spot available was a major pro, given it is Athens. - Many appliances to cook or prepare your breakfast if needed. - One-minute walk from the metro station. - Host was very accommodating and helped us a lot, since we arrived in Athens at 07:00 in the morning with not many options given it was Xmas day, and we were allowed an early check-in. We were also allowed a late check-out, so we did not need to figure out what to do the whole day with our stuff until we departed late in the evening. No breakfast available in the room, but tea and coffee options available.

• Walt76 (10/5): Tutto perfetto - Ultimo giorno di un lungo viaggio in Grecia a settembre, avevamo bisogno di un appartamento ad Atene con comodo parcheggio in centro e questo è esattamente ciò che ci serviva. Bell'appartamento spazioso completo di tutto e con terrazza, vicino alla stazione della metro con cui, con poche fermate puoi raggiungere i quartieri di Plaka, Monastiraki, l'Acropoli etc. etc. L'auto la puoi lasciare, con poco sovrapprezzo, proprio sotto in un parcheggio recintato. Host gentilissimo. Efcharistó Dimitris!

The exterior surroundings were a little off from the picture and we had difficulties with locating the units to the point that we just forfeited our cost to find a more suitable place for our family and friends.

• Jennifer (10/5): This apartment is an unexpected gem. - M&D apartment is truly a relaxing place. The decor, layout and architectural interests make this a great haven in a non-touristy part of central Athens. It is spacious, quiet and hosted by a helpful, committed owner. Everything is quality. There's a metro station close by but its also interesting wandering the local streets. This is neighborhood living but with style. No issues.

• Anthony (9/5): Superb - The condo was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. I’m a coffee nut so the only improvement would be a nespresso machine. There are good restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops close by. There is a small parking lot next to the property which is in a residential neighborhood. The metro station is a few minutes walk and only 3 stops from the Acropolis station. The host Demetrio was prompt and helpful. The price was reasonable and we would stay here again!

We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by the host Dimitris who handed over the keys and gave us a tour. He was super helpful and even replaced a faulty hairdryer when I requested. There are many cafes and bakeries around the place and the metro is a few minutes walk. Perfect location to explore Athens! Some mould stains in the bathroom probably due to ventilation by a fan only.

He explain every detail we needed to know about our trip ,everything about public transport, he recommended very nice restaurants and he even parked our car inside the garage 😀. The garage is in the same building ,it's closed and we didn't care about our car safeties. The metro is on the 200 m and is very simple and low price. I Definitely recommend this apartment. There are plenty of mini markets and great food spots nearby, such as Mironi, Bread Factory, and Grill House Central. Dimitris, the host, was incredibly friendly, and the apartment made us feel right at home in Athens. It’s quiet at night, perfect for relaxing, and it even comes with a private parking space.

The apartment was lovely and very comfortable. The location was a little far away from the activities you’ll likely visit in Athens, but a short walk to the metro which is easy to navigate and get to the Acropolis and Parthenon. Nothing, all was great.

Very close to Metro station where with only 4 euro you can buy a tichet for 24 h good for metro, bus, etc- very confortable. Yes, yes we would definitly recomand this appartament. • Elizabeth (9/5): Convenient location, clean and spacious apartment, friendly and accommodating host - Spacious and lovely apartment. Well equipped with amenities. Great host as well! Dimitris was just a text away and had even stocked the cabinets with some pasta sauce and spaghetti as he knew we were coming late from a delayed flight. Short walk from the train station, which was convenient. The alleyway outside the apartment looked a little dodgy at night, though the police station was just a stone’s throw away.
• Sun (10/5): Very comfy and in a good location. - It was perfect place to stay with family, friends or as a couple. Dimitri is very kind and provided everything you could ever need during your stay. There is a local street market that opens every Wednesdays where you can get fresh veg, fruits and sea food. It’s in a good location to go everywhere in Athens. Neighbourhood was slightly run down.
