• Stephanie (8/5): Great apartment in good location and quiet neighbourhood. - Well positioned for tram or underground with a few mins walk. Had the whole apartment to myself. Lovely courtyard. The bed was not overly comfortable and all the pillows smell a bit old. The shower head has nothing to attach to on the wall so you have to hold it.
• christina (10/5): - Μόλις τελείωσαν οι διακοπές μας και θα θέλαμε να μοιραστούμε λίγα λόγια για την υπέροχη εμπειρία διαμονής που είχαμε! Αρχικά, θέλουμε να ευχαριστήσουμε πάρα πολύ την ιδιοκτήτρια, τη Μαρία, η οποία ήταν εξαιρετικά βοηθητική και ευγενική σε όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Το σπίτι μάς άρεσε πάρα πολύ και, ως οικογένεια με μωράκι, ήταν πραγματικά ό,τι καλύτερο για εμάς. Η περιοχή ήταν εξαιρετική, μόλις 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το Σύνταγμα και πολύ κοντά σε πολλά γνωστά αξιοθέατα, κάτι που έκανε τις μετακινήσεις μας πολύ εύκολες και ευχάριστες. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα και σίγουρα θα το προτείναμε! Όλα ήταν υπέροχα 🩷

• Ioana (8/5): - Location is great and there is a terrace where you can have coffee in the morning. Host is helpful as well. The apartment is big enough and is located on the ground floor so easy to access. The iron and hairdryer should be immediately replaced as they are not functioning properly and could be a hazard.

• Anne (8/5): - La proximité du parc et celle de l'Acropole à pied. L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé (avec une cuisine fonctionnelle) et la terrasse très sympa et vraiment un plus, particulièrement en ville.
• Kristina (9/5): Schöne große und ruhige Ferienwohnung mitten in Athen - Die Wohnung ist groß, mit einer schönen grossen Terrasse. Obwohl eine sechsspurige Straße nicht weit weg ist, ist es in der Wohnung und auf der Terrasse selbst sehr ruhig, die Gegend ist schön. Die U-Bahn ist etwas weit weg (15 Min Fußweg), es gibt aber Busse.

Az elnöki palota és egy hatalmas nagy park 5 perc sétára vannak a szállástól!Nagyon csendes helyen van a szállás!!! A tisztasággal vannak bajok!A kávé szűrőben benne volt az előző ott alvó kávé zacca! Elhasznált mosogató szivacs,ami nem túl guszta!Nincsen kávé főző,csak kávé áztató van!A tányérok repedzettek!Az előszobában a kanapé koszos,foltos!A fürdőszobában kellemetlen szag van!A zuhanyzóban a függöny nem előnyös megoldás!A plafon omladozik!A hálószobában hideg volt,a fűtés este kapcsol be és hajnalban ki kapcsol!A klíma régi és nagyon hangos!Az ágy nagyon elhasználat,nyikorog!A legroszabb élmény a szivacs volt!Kényelmetlen és minden reggel hátfájásra és nyakfájásra ébredtünk!A pár na is régi és ki van feküdve!A rossz és kányalmetlen alvás miatt,egész nap fájt a hátunk!Ez sajnos elrontotta az ott tartózkodás élményét!Azonnal cserélni kellene a matracot és a párnákat!

• Kristina (7/5): Cool location, ok-ish apartment - We liked the location, size of the apartment, easy communication with the host and easy check in and check out. As mentioned, bathroom is rather small. Since we travelled in January, it was a little bit cold in the apartment taken into consideration that air condition in the bedroom was struggling. With a bit of renovation and a bit more care this could be great apartment, currently it is only functional and good for sleepover for few days of touristic look around.

• Antigoni (8/5): Ευχάριστη - Καθαρό, πειποιημένο και ευχάριστο το σπίτι. Δυσκολεύτηκε να ζεσταθεί το σπίτι με το A/C. Η εξώπορτα της πολυκατοικίας ήταν ξεκλείδωτη και το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο.

• Serhii (9/5): - Good location with shops and cafes. The apartment has stunning private terrace available. AC in each room is a big plus in summer. The host was responsive and easy going. It was hard to take a shower without making a mess in the bathroom, the shower itself is just a platform with a curtain, so it was always humid in there. The wifi speed was extremely low, however, I believe it could be an exception as the host contacted the network provider, but they didn't help.

• Noelene (10/5): We had a lovely positive stay at this apartment - The property was very spacious and comfortable. The courtyard was lovely to eat breakfast or have a drink in the evening. The kitchen, which was a seperate room, had everything you need including a full size fridge. The apartment had a very calm and authentic vibe. Close to the stadium and hop on hop off bus. The bathroom was a bit small but did contain a washing machine with washing liquid. A bit of a walk to the metro.

Location is actually quiet, as 1 street away from the main road. Very close to many of the famous sites and dining and shopping. And Maria is very easy to communicate with, thank you Maria for out stay. We will definitely choose the same apartment for another stay in Athens in the future.

• Alessandra (8/5): Very good - The apartment is adorable and very cozy, it has all the things that you need if you want to stay with an infant, and it’s ground floor so you won’t have problem with the stroller and it also has a very big terrace, perfect for spring/summer. The host is the sweetest! And was available for everything that we needed. It’s pretty central but you’ll need to walk a bit if you want to visit some famous spots (Monastiraki square ecc.) Would absolutely recommend!

• Thanos (3/5): I survived.. - central location The appartment was cold. The building didn't opperate the central heating because "it was relatively warm for this time of the year". Dude, it's January! Relative warm dosn't mean warm, furthermore if we are talking for an apartment with no direct sunlight at any given time. There are two A/C which have been proved inadequate to warm the apartment. I slept with my jacket on and the first morning I wake up sick. I brought in my electric heater. The homeowner just claimed that she spoke to the quy who is responsible for the central heating, but the radiators didn't operate at any time during my 4-day stay. I asked her for a refund so as to find sth else but she refused and never appeared to check the situation. So, keep that if you are unlucky enough to get sick during your stay, or if you have kids you rely upon the mercy of the building managment. In addition, the house was dirty. Just the basic cleaning. Light switch-filfthy. Cooker comb-filfthy. A/C telecontrol-filfthy. and so on Update: I kept the e-mails of my communication with the lady if anyone want to check who is the liar.. :) . Nice behavour by you Maria, don't you agree?

• Linda (7/5): We truly got what we paid for. - In a quiet neighborhood. Lots of room. Inexpensive. Had a courtyard which was lovely. Had a clothes washer. Dried clothes in the courtyard. Maria very helpful. Apartment was equipped with coffee, detergent, olive oil, towels, (no washcloths?, dish washing detergent, dish towels, etc. Relatively clean except for corners. Had to turn on hot water heater 15 minutes ahead of use. Bathroom was extremely small. A lot of renovations going on in basement apartment during the day.

Good internet and a nice selection of movies for a rainy day. Fairly close to the tube station, easy travel to the airport.

Great communication from host and walking distance to great restaurants. Parking my rented car. Of course, it was Central Athens. Paid parking was close by, but I managed.

• Renata (10/5): Great place to stay - The apartment is in great location, comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is spotless clean. Plenty of very nice cafes and tavernas almost next door. Also very close to a supermarket and a great bakery. The host sent us informative message before arrival, organised a taxi for us and was very responsive to our few questions. The bathroom was very small but it was a relatively minor matter and it was compensated by all the great things I mentioned.

The apartment is clean and has a nice courtyard. The entry key to the apartment itself is difficult to use. Fiddled a bit with it each time. The bathroom is very small and with some small inconveniences.
