• Mitzi (9/5): - No full length mirrors. No way to do your hair and makeup with easy plugins to a Mirror.
• fam klee (9/5): Fijn apartement centraal. - De ligging van het appartement is ideaal. De indeling is praktisch en biedt veel privacy doordat het bestaat uit twee samengevoegde delen: aan de ene kant een slaapkamer met eigen bad en toilet, en aan de andere kant een slaapkamer met apart toilet en keuken. De badkamer/douche en keuken worden gedeeld. Het was even uitzoeken hoe het bad omgezet kon worden naar een douche, maar dit was snel geregeld. Daarnaast beschikt het appartement over een groot balkon met zitgelegenheid en een prachtig uitzicht op de Acropolisheuvel, het Parthenon en het observatorium. Winkels voor dagelijkse boodschappen en een bakker bevinden zich direct in de buurt. mooie buurt met veel eetgelegenheden en de ingang van de oude agora meteen op het plein. alle bezienswaardigheden op lopend te doen. metro bevind zich op 5 min lopen. De hygiëne was slecht: haren in het tapijt, vlekken op tafels, vieze randen bij het toilet, smerige badkamerkastjes/spiegels en bestek met etensresten dat we eerst zelf moesten afwassen. Ook waren er geen theedoeken en rook de bank naar hond. Veel regels voor huurders, terwijl de bewoners zelf het meeste lawaai maakten. De lift was ’s ochtends erg goed hoorbaar, zeer irritant gelukkig hadden we oordopjes. Communicatie via het verhuurbedrijf verliep slecht; ze reageerden alleen als zij iets nodig hadden. Er mist alles van persoonlijk contact. Op de laatste dag kregen we ineens een bericht dat we om 10.00 uur moesten vertrekken, terwijl op Booking een latere tijd stond. Een late check-out vanwege onze vlucht was eerder “niet mogelijk” vanwege nieuwe huurders, maar de schoonmaakploeg hing de sleutel pas om 16.30 uur terug.
• Davidson (10/5): Excellent apartment in my favourite part of Athens - I have stayed in many apartments but this is the first one that I felt I could actually live there. Instructions for getting in were clear & the elevator was appreciated as the apartment is on the 4th floor. The 2 bedrooms are each near a loo (useful) & the beds comfortable (lots of pillows which some places don't provide). The kitchen is well laid out but best of all had knives that actually cut :). The balcony was a joy as we Didn't expect it to be so big. Location is good & there is a small supermarket nearly opposite, with a bigger one just a few metres down the street. All told it is definitely somewhere I would book again
• Daniela (7/5): Good - The place was very well located, making it easy to get around and explore Athens. It had a lovely balcony with a beautiful view of Filopappou Hill and even the Acropolis, which was a real highlight. The place was also well equipped, with a washing machine, coffee maker, and all the essentials you might need for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was comfortable and made for a pleasant stay. On the downside, the shower was not very easy to use and the hot water did not last long, which can be inconvenient, especially when traveling in a group. There are also stairs before reaching the elevator, which can make access difficult if you have large luggage or any mobility issues. The place could benefit from some upgrades and fixes. (e.g., some chairs had holes, some cushions were missing). That said, overall it was a fair stay — we were comfortable, and I even ended up extending our stay.
• Adammsa (10/5): - Ogólnie dobre wrażenie. Przestronny obiekt. Osobne sypialnie. Duża kuchnia,z pralką. Spalony kabel opiekacza, tłuste garnki. Brak zasłonki do prysznica to niewątpliwie minus.

• James (7/5): Excellent base for Athens visit, just needs a bit of TLC !! ( Tender Loving Care ) - Great location . Huge outdoor area with Acropolis in the background. Washing machine. Good kitchen and fridge. Did not accommodate 4 adults and 3 children as promised . The lounge did not fold out as was expected ( crickets when referred to owner ) .The shower was handheld , seriously, how hard is it to extend height for fixed position? The beds were seriously stained and linen odorous ( not a hit with the females ).A few euros spent / invested would make the place FABULOUS , put the fees up a bit to help.

• Roula (5/5): Great position but not a comfortable stay for 7 - The family room and balcony Fold out beds given instead of proper beds for adults , misled on the sleeping configurations . Was very disappointing
• Bita (1/5): Horrible - Location was the only correct information.i had booked for 7 adults, there were 2 bedrooms with 2 full sized beds. The rest had to sleep on a broken sofa bed and 2 broken folding beds were 5 panels were broken. We had to look for bed sheets. There was no warm water, one bathtub with no shower curtain. It was awful experience. The pictures lie. The balcony was great but it was too hot to enjoy it. The air conditioner was dripping all over the floor. I emailed the host multiple times, not a single response. My sister was going to leave since she was so disappointed. Dripping air conditioner , broken dining chairs, broken bed planks on the foldable beds, cold water, no shower curtain to be able to stand and take a cold shower! No response from the host after multiple attempts. If there was a bottom to turn on warm water, put a sign. It was Aweful!

• Panagiota (6/5): Perfect location and overall good for 4 people though needs more ammenities. - Plenty of room. Good space. No ammenities, like soap, washing detergent for dishes, hardly no toilet paper, l no locks on the toilets, no shower heads, low ceiling and no ventilation in the main bathroom.
• JohnnyNxD (6/5): - The location, the view, the space Wifi wasn't covering the entire flat and slightly slow but acceptable (as we were not there for surfing the internet). Bed was slightly too soft. The bathroom was an experience for itself. Toilet flush was broken and the faucet leaking. Kitchen doesn't have a cutting board.

La posizione, vicina a locali e ristorantini, è ottima per visitare il centro di Atene e l’acropoli a piedi, facile parcheggiare sotto casa, supermercato di fronte La casa era poco pulita e tenuta davvero male. Porta nell’ingresso rotta, con i vetri che si staccavano, camera da letto e anticamera senza lampadine e comodino rotto, uno dei bagni davvero minuscolo, nell’altro la doccia nella vasca, senza tenda, divano letto scomodissimo, davvero pessimo, cucina piccola
• Cristi (1/5): Worst experience in my life - Location Our experience in your apartment was an unpleasant one. Aside from the central location, everything else fell short of our expectations. 1. During our 3-day stay, the Wi-Fi only worked for the last 12 hours – and even then, the speed was extremely low. 2. We had no hot water at all throughout our stay. 3. The shower never worked. I contacted the company managing the apartment, but they didn’t even bother to respond. 4. We clearly stated that we were a group of 7 people, yet we found only 2 bedrooms (suitable for 4 guests), a single sofa bed, and two folding beds – one of which was broken and completely unusable. As a result, some of us had to sleep on the floor. 5. The place was infested with ants and quite dirty – it clearly needs a full renovation. Given what we paid for three nights and what we actually received, it would only be fair to get a full refund. This has been the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. I honestly don’t understand how Booking allows such listings on their platform. I’m extremely upset about this stay and I truly hope Booking will offer some form of compensation

• Janette (8/5): Ok stay- awesome view! - The view was great! The neighborhood was very walkable and fun! We were never able to get the WiFi to work for us for some reason. We reached out to the host the first night but it was late so we got no response. He sent more info but it did not help. Also we never got the air conditioning to work in the main part of the house so our son slept on the roll away bed in our room.
• Natalia (7/5): Good - Apartment is located in perfect neighbourhood, very quiet and close to everything. Nice view from the balcony, fully equipped kitchen. needs some improvements and renovation, is old which is not a problem, but things like balcony door, toilet flush etc should be fixed.
• Priyanka (5/5): We were not given any of instructions with WiFi and tv or hot water. There was no hot water and we did not get contacted - The location was good and the apartment was big and clean. The details mentioned that there are 2 bathrooms. There is only one full bathroom and one powder room. There were no instructions for WiFi and for water heater. The water instructions were given after a few hours and we had to leave for a tour before. Even after the water heater instructions were given the switch kept tripping all the time. There were no shower curtains and the flush in the main bathroom was broken.

Also you have to turn on the hot water and let it heat up for a while - this wasn’t communicated beforehand and we had to search the apartment for the button.

Very spacious private balcony overlooking the acropolis. Great location, even a small passenger lift and so much space in the apartment. A shower bracket would have been useful to hold the shower up when in use and the wifi password being more easily available. Other than that a great place.

• Anthony (8/5): Great apartment, in a great location with great views and easy access to the main sights of Athens - The location could not have been better, fantastic view of the Acropolis from the balcony. Could walk to most places from where the apartment is located. Would book again. Would have been useful to have a chopping board and a bread knife, but these are very small details.

• Neal (3/5): Poor - Location is excellent. Close to eateries and markets, walking distance to the Acropolis. The apartment is showing its age (paint and freshen up is really needed) and could do with some real TLC. If the issues of concern were addressed, it could be a cracking place. One toilet didn't work, no water to the washing machine so it didn't work, blind in main bedroom jammed open, no hot water or instructions on how to turn on the hot water. Communication wasn't good when these things were queried, with little or no response. Heaps of unrealised potential here, but overall, not the best as it is now.

• Sharon (5/5): Good size apartment in great location - but no shower. - This property was in an excellent location, the balcony had a good view of the Acropolis and the apartment was spacious. The hot water was not turned on - we had to turn it on at the main circuit and there was no shower (there was a hand held water tap but it did not work). The host was contacted he responded about the hot water service but no answer was given about the shower.
• Anonymous (3/5): Would not stay here again! - location was wonderful! linens were not very clean, one bathroom had only one functional toilet, only had two beds not 3, elevator broke and we had to bring our baggage up to the 4th floor, no directions how to use hot water. Luckily we didn’t leave because the unit was double booked to another family so I’m not sure what this owner is doing.

• Areti (1/5): very disappointing - the location was exceptional it did not provide basic stuff like kitchen roll . the booking was for 5 people but the extra bed was not set. I had to look for clean sheets myself. the ones I found were not freshly clean and had a lot of stains . the pillow I found was full of possibly blood stains . there was not a single pillow case available. I had to cover the pillow with a sheet. the sofa bed was not comfortable at all. the air condition did not work, it was freezing the whole time. the shower in the bathroom was not working properly , you couldn’t wash your hair because it was dripping from the shower head as well as the tub. the toilet seat in the big bathroom was broken and every time you sat it was moving around . the shutters in at least one of the bedrooms did not work either. the toilet brushes were disgusting and really old. the bathrooms did not look very clean . the bell was not working , we had to go downstairs to open the door every time. there was no toilet paper the first day . we had to call them to send some . the only positive about the property was the balcony and the location
• Jose (1/5): scam. totally not worth it. misleading. - the only thing is that it was close to some good restaurants. it has the same name as another hotel, which we tought we were booking. we had to take the keys from a tree in the middle of the sidewalk. the place is much older than it appears in pictures. cracked doors, old bathroom with no courtains, the doors didn’t have a lock. mini shampoos and the soap was a very tiny bar. everytime the elevator was being used, there was noise in the apartment. and the name was the worst. to see the the acropolis you had to see between buildings just to see it far away. the name is VERY misleading.
