• margaux (8/5): Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet appartement confortable. La localisation est idéale. - Localisation idéale à quelques pas des ruelles commerçantes. Logement frais et bien équipé. Literie confortable. Hôte très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Quelques éléments vieillissants qui mériteraient d'être remplacés dans la salle de bain.
• OLGA (9/5): - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Πλήρεις παροχές. Είναι κουρασμένο και κάποια πράγματα χρειάζονται ανανέωση γιατί ακόμα και αν δεν τα χρησιμοποιείς η κατάσταση τους χαλάει την εντύπωση και την εικόνα του διαμερίσματος (πχ πλυντήριο, πόρτα του μπάνιου κτλ)
• Kariina (10/5): A great option near the main sights - The location was great - it was on a quiet street yet it was close to everything. The metro station was within a walking distance. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. A big plus was the balcony, where we could eat our breakfast (bought from the amazing bakery that was right across the street, we highly recommend).

• Deasún (3/5): Poor value for money.... - Apartment is poorly maintained, there was mould in the bathroom and at the bedroom window. The walls are very thin and conversations from adjoining apartments heard clearly; the apartment appears never to be heated (except when occupied) and was very cold on check-in. The balcony awning (metal) is tied in place which reduced the natural light, there is a distinct lack of clothes storage (the majority of cupboards are locked). The washing machine in the bathroom is badly rusted...The pictures of the apartment on the website are old and reflect a position when the property had been renovated and not the current situation. The log effect wall fire is intermittent in operation..... All in-all a disappointing experience.

• nezwanka (10/5): Тихая квартира для отличного сна и отдыха - Заселялись самостоятельно по присланной инструкции, в номере очень тихо и чисто. Мне вообще нравится этот район с узкими улочками, где минимум автомобилей и шума. Задернули шторы и оказались в тишине и темноте, спали, как младенцы. Всё, что нужно в квартире имеется: плита, микроволновка, балкончик, рабочий стол. Отдельно порадовало наличие книг, почитала пару страниц Одиссеи на греческом. Добираться удобно, акрополь и метро в шаговой доступности. немного не поняли, что делать, если утром заперта входная дверь, боялись, что не сможем выйти. Но в наш отъезд было открыто, так что решать проблему не пришлось. Еще не очень хорошо работал wifi, но для отдыха это даже лучше)
• Pantelis (6/5): Ευχάριστο αλλά.... - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Ευχάριστο για 2 άτομα. Ανακαινισμένο, αρκετά όμορφο και πολύ καθαρό. Πολύ καλό και άνετο στρώμα (έτσι όπως το ήθελα). Άμεση επικοινωνία και ανταπόκριση με το κατάλυμα για μικροπροβλήματα μέσω μηνυμάτων chat. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον 3ο όροφο οικοδομής χωρίς ασανσέρ κάτι το οποίο δεν γνώριζα. Ήδη ανεβαίνεις αρκετά σκαλοπάτια για να βρεθείς στο ισόγειο. Ζήτησα αν ήταν δυνατόν να κάνω check-in νωρίτερα από τις 15:00. Φτάνοντας εκεί στις 15:10 δεν βρήκα κλειδιά και αφού περίμενα στις σκάλες μή γνωρίζοντας τι συμβαίνει βρήκα το δωμάτιο να καθαρίζεται (ευγενέστατη η κοπέλα που καθάριζε) και το δωμάτιο τελικά ήταν έτοιμο στις 18:00!! Οι οδηγίες για check-in είναι πλήρεις αλλά μόνο στα αγγλικά. Όχι πολύ καλή τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με το κατάλυμα για το check-in.
• Nadja (8/5): Zentral gelegene Wohnung mit Balkon - Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon, super Lage und eine hervorragende Bäckerei direkt vor der Tür. Bei Problemen hat das Personal sich immer direkt und zuverlässig bei uns gemeldet. Der Transfer nachts von der Unterkunft zum Flughafen mit dem Fahrer Chris verlief reibungslos und war sehr angenehm. Von der Wohnung aus konnte bequem zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln Athen erkunden. Das einzige Manko war das Bad, da der Rest der Wohnung in einem neueren Zustand zu sein scheint und das Bad dann doch abgenutzter wirkte bzw. am ehesten da Probleme auftraten. Bei Anmerkung kümmert sich das Personal aber bei Bedarf sofort darum.

• ALBERTO (6/5): Posizione ok , il resto no - Posizione centrale, vicino alla metro. Molto piccolo per 4 persone, non era stato fornito le lenzuola per il secondo letto ( che ci sono state portate il giorno dopo ), vespe che entravano dalle finestre di bagno e cucina chiuse, male informazione per quanto riguarda la chiave del portone principale, che come segnalato via mail e con foglio appeso in camera, avrebbe dovuto essere chiuso durante la notte, ma non ci era stata fornita la chiave, causando preoccupazione in quanto dovevamo lasciare l'appartamento in orario notturno per prendere l'aereo.

• Eric (8/5): Very convenient location in quiet residential area - Very conveniently located in the heart of Athens but in a pleasant, quiet, residential area with local restaurants and shops. The bakery across the road is exceptional! Athens sites are within walking distance and so is the metro, markets and the more touristy entertainment areas. Property management is extremely fast to respond and helpful. Not really a huge problem but be aware that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. Heavy suitcases need to be hauled up the stairs.

• S (6/5): OK for budget - There's a good and fast radiator.  There's a clothing hanger outside. The mattress was alright, not the most comfortable I've slept on but not bad.  It's a new kind of individual springs and topper kind.  The owner was responsive and nice. You can hear motorcycles from the street because the kitchen window is facing the street, luckily I had a white noise machine to drown that, that might not bother others.  They have neighbors that like to sing loudly at 00:00 and you can clearly hear them. There's no soundproofing, also the next door neighbor comes home at about the same time and bangs his door and you can very clearly hear that in the apartment because there's no door to the bedroom.  The apartment is on the third floor and there's no elevator, this used to not bother me but I guess I got older, this might not bother younger people.  The bathroom is very small and there's not enough places to hang the towels, I would've liked to have a wiper to be able to wipe the floor from water because it's unavoidable to make the whole bathroom floor wet.  The apartment had a slight smell but it wasn't a big deal. It's not possible to make the bedroom 100% dark because of the kitchen window but it was dark enough for me and I'm a very sensitive person.
• Cyprian (10/5): pleasant stay in a suitable location - The facility fully met our expectations. Everything was seamless. Even when, through our own carelessness, we could not get to the balcony because we had closed the window door incorrectly, we received immediate help. Frankly, quicker than I would have expected. The owners are very nice and friendly in communication. Highly recommended!
• Shirin (8/5): Comfortable stay - Great location, comfortable stay. Was great having a washing machine. We requested a second key as we had separate plans in Athens one of the days and the host was very responsive and organised this quickly which was great.
• Rachel (9/5): Centrally located - Centrally located large apartment with an outside balcony to sit or dry clothes. Check in and out was easy. The room was clean and kitchen facilities were excellent The air con didn't get very cold, though it was 38 degrees outside

• Carissa (9/5): A perfect place to stay to explore Athens! - This property was perfectly located to walk around to restaurants, markets and the museums/archeological sites of the city. There is a lovely local bakery just across the street. The property owners were very helpful and easy to reach - they organized a driver to pick us up and drop us off at the airport. The apartment is well stocked if you would like to cook there and even has a washing machine for laundry.

• Inge (7/5): cosy apartment in Thisio - The location of the apartment is perfect! So close to Apostoulou Pavlou and Thisio metro station but in a very quiet area. The cleaning was okay, and the bed was new and clean. However the bathroom needs renovation since it is very humid. The communication with the team was fast and they could arrange a taxi from and to the airport! If you are looking for a affordable apartment in the city center I would recommend it!

The operators of the place respond very quickly to any questions you might have. The apartment it self was great for our 8 day stay, being very clean comfortable and had everything needed for our visit to Athens. N/A
• Katalin (10/5): Best place to stay in Athen - Perfect location, we could reach everything by walk. The Acropolis area, the Theseio metro station is about 5 min far walk from here. There is a super bakery opposite to the house, where the flat is. In the sorround there are more restaurant and bar. The apartment is silent, the bed is comfy. We were really satisfied with everything!
