• Val (10/5): Wonderful apartment! - Very clean, comfortable and attractive apartment in a great location. 14 minute walk to the National Archaeological Museum and the hop on hop off busses. The host was so helpful when I checked in and was confused about how to get into the apartment, even though it was very late at night. Lots of grocery stores nearby, shopping, restaurants. Highly recommend. Can't think of anything

Parcheggi liberi a bordo strada lungo tutto il viale sotto casa, é stato semplice trovare parcheggio. Posizione poco distante dal centro ma quartiere un po’ malfamato. Bisogna fare un po attenzione a girare a piedi, sopratutto la sera.

• Yana (10/5): The best accommodation ever! - Our accommodation was, probably, the best thing about our stay in Athens. • The location is very good. There are two big supermarkets in 5 minutes walk, also many cafes. It took us only 30 minutes on foot to get straight to Acropolis, which is very close for such a big city. • Kitchen is very well equipped, too. It was possible to cook by ourselves. • I’ve seen many negative feedback about the hot water and boiler, and I honestly couldn’t understand why. It was very easy to use, the water heated pretty fast. Host has sent clear instructions about it beforehand. • Communication with host was also great. He was polite and ready to answer all the questions.

• Alina (8/5): Nice Apartment - Nice and big apartment with a balcony. Well equipped kitchen.There was also things like salt, rice and washing powder. Close to Larissa Station and a supermarket. Please note that you have to turn on the boiler for 30 minutes before showering. A better explanation of which switch to turn on would have been helpful. The communication could be a little better. A chair on the balcony was a bit broken.
• Bashir (7/5): Great stay, thanks for the hospitality, will definitely use again if in Athens! - Great location a short walk to central Athens and with convenient stores close by. Overall it was good, just some details were missing to be a great place: broken kitchen sink handle, dirty/dusty dishes and washing machine. Otherwise comfortable and great value for money.

• Andreea (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is in a good location for visiting the main tourist sites as it is close to Larissa station. It has air conditioning. The electrical hob and water heater did not work (and we do know how to use an electrical panel), but we only staid for 2 days so it was bearable in the end, although with a small child not ideal. The location is good visiting-wise, but rather shady, especially in the evenings when the neighbours come out for fresh air.
• Chris (2/5): A really unpleasant experience for me and my wife. - Clean and comfortable for our one night stay. Electricity board inside flat was labelled in Greek only. Impossible to understand. Had to use hob to heat water as could activate cooker but not kettle. Instructions needed to say that magnetic card was attached to keys to make it simpler. Had a problem when re-entering the flat after we had been out. When using the key to the flat itself a lever sprang up preventing entry (see photo). In brief, the host, when contacted (he didn’t speak much English and asked us to message him several times rather than try and explain) said that he wasn’t nearby and couldn’t come and assist but would call a technician but that we would have to pay as it wasn’t his responsibility. He would not accept that it was not our fault. If we did not have a friend nearby who had an Allen key that let us get access we would have been stuck. I was not prepared to pay for his technician if he was not going to pay (60 euros) but by the time about an hour later) we were in the flat the technician arrived and demanded to be paid for turning up. The technician did not speak any English and I explained (Google translate) that he needed to get payment from the host. We remained in stand off for up to an hour, the technician refusing to leave our property with his foot in the door, despite being asked to leave. He even got the keys to the flat and refused to return them demanding 60 euros. He later left and indicated he would be back as well as deactivating the lift (5th floor). His manner was bullying. He subsequently returned the keys and left. Feeling threatened and unclear what he might do later (though suspecting it was merely threatening behaviour) I went to the local police station to report the incident in case we should need to refer to it later in any capacity. The whole episode was upsetting and marred the stay as well as took time to sort out ( including the wait at the police station.
• Ninoslav (6/5): Pleasant - The stay was okay and the apartment was located collies to metro and railroad which was what we were looking for. We are a family of 6 persons (2 adults and 4 kids) and there were only one bed and one fold out sofa , so the 4 kids needed to share a sofa which is not optimal at all. Definitely consider not accepting bookings for 6 persons.

• Sidorela (10/5): Exceptional - It was a renovated and clean apartment close to the underground station! Everything was great! The landlord was very helpful!
• Ivana (7/5): Good - The apartment itself was clean and very good for its price. The location, although near city centre, was in a very dirty and not-safe area, especially when coming home at nights.
• Gabriela (8/5): Worth the money - Really good apartment, it has two AC, both working! Super easy and flexible check in, which is great cause we could check in around 3 hours before the specific time, which was amazing, and also easy check out. We never saw the responsible person, but always had all needed information sent to us, which was great. Nice decoration and good amount of space, not perfect but good overall considering the price, I recommend! To take a hot shower, the switch needs to be turn on like 30 min before hand (so if you want to arrive and take a nice shower straight away it's not possible) It's a clean apartment overall, but I did find hairs that weren't mine on the bed sheet and concerned me a little about if the bed sheet had been changed. The sink of the kitchen smells not really good, but nothing crazy
