• Aleksandar (9/5): Pleasant stay - Everything was in order. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was clean and tidy and it is 10 minutes walk from a metro station.

• Justin.sav (7/5): Can't complain much but could've been better - Quiet at night, appartment had alot of useful things inside, pretty clean, spacious, reasonably priced. Very clear instructions from the owner. It looks better in pictures. Everythings old and not in a "authentic" way. The apartment located in a poor area of Athens which doesnt feel very safe. Good luck in finding parking during evening hours but thats more of whole Athens thing. The renovation in the apartment above starts at 9.00 AM sharp with the sound of hammer drill which makes hard to communicate inside (2025 10 01).
• D.s. (8/5): An apartment that suited our stay well - The apartment was located very conveniently for buses. The metro station was further away but readily walkable. The interior was suitable for a group of 1-4 adults, less so if there are children. It was very reasonably priced. I would be happy to stay here again if I visted Athens again. There were limited dining options nearby. I didn't hire a car but if you did, parking will be very hard to find around here.

• Merian (4/5): Don’t trust the owner! - Location The owner was spying us. He claimed that there were more than two people staying apart from myself and my husband. He made this conclusion after seeing my daughter and our friend entered the property only for few minutes. Our friend helped us dropped off our things (6 suitcases) as we were travelling a lot from London, to Paros, to Kefalonia and just stayed in the place during our stay in Athens. This was clearly an insult to our integrity. We had no choice and checked out after a night stay. In fact, we only stayed for a few hours sleep as we were out of the property all day.
• Muca (10/5): Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση - When I saw the 5 rating given by the last guest before me (Pavlos), I wondered whether I should proceed with a reservation or not. But due to the low price and the convenient area, I decided to risk it. Finally, the house was perfect in everything and we were more than satisfied. So, I asked the owner why there was such a rating for, which was unfair to the house. The reason was that Pavlos had paid for 3 people, but came 5 instead and because the owner asked him to pay €30 for the extra people for three days of stay, Pavlos took revenge on him in the rating.

• Victoria (10/5): Exceptional - Great location lots of shops and cafes nearby. Quiet building u dont really hear anything apart from cars passing by but thats only if you have balcony doors open. The house has everything u need to cook a meal, wardrobe to put your belongings, a good sized dining table and most importantly for us the beds they are so comfortable. Any questions i had were answered quickly by the owner and we even got to check in early. We were met by Dimitri when we arrived who gave us the keys and told us what we needed to know ,he then returned when we were leaving to collect the keys again. Easy and quick handover, we like the fact we can do as we please and you dont have anyone coming in to clean but there is a brush, pan , bucket and mop so you can clean up any spills and give the place a quick clean.
