Biz sadece uyumak için kullandık fakat mutfağında her türlü araç gereç yeterli miktarda vardı ve temizdi. Tesis sahibi oldukça yardımseverdi. Ivanna’s dedication truly shows in every little detail throughout the home – everything has been thoughtfully prepared to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. She was incredibly responsive from the moment we booked, always quick to reply and happy to help with any questions. The house itself was spotless and maintained in excellent condition, with everything we needed readily available, which made our stay completely stress-free. The location was also a big plus, with convenient transport links that made getting around very easy. We would absolutely recommend

• Heidi (7/5): - Sijainti ihan ok. Nopeasti päästiin keskustaan ja metrolla liikkuminen oli helppoa. Ensimmäisenä iltana näimme torakan keittiössä. Naapuri ei tykkää vieraista, pienestäkin äänestä oli hakkaamassa seiniä. Aika paljon välttämättömiä tarvikkeita jouduimme käydä ostamassa (patterit kaukosäätimeen, pyykinpesuaine, WC paperi) Isommista kaupoista vain Lidl lähellä.

• Lorenzo (7/5): Bell'appartamento - Bella casa con 2 camere da letto e 4 letti. Molto vicino alla metro, 5 minuti a piedi. Grande balcone. Non abbiamo avuto problemi anche se il quartiere non è il massimo. La proprietaria non l'abbiamo incontrata ma gentile e veloce nelle risposte. Quinto letto in corridoio dove non c'è aria condizionata ma tenendo la porta aperta di una camera si riesce a dormire. Bagno troppo piccolo senza finestra (c'è piccola finestra ma non da sull'esterno), molto caldo. Cucina calda, finestra che non da sull'esterno.

• michelacci (10/5): Appartamento consigliato! - Buona posizione con la metro a 5 minuti a piedi, l’appartamento è bello e nuovo, molto pulito e ordinato, due belle stanze spaziose, un bel bagno nuovo, e una cucina molto spaziosa. La proprietaria è molto disponibile e veloce nella risposta, davvero gentile e pronta per qualsiasi esigenza. Siamo stati benissimo. Tutto perfetto, l’unica pecca il quartiere che non è proprio il massimo, ma non abbiamo avuto problemi. E la mancanza del bidet.

Unfortunately balcony looks onto street with derelict building directly opposite and a lot of men not showing any concern of Commentary in behaviour when with our teenage girls . Never experienced this but was very upsetting . Apartment is fine but would not recommend to anyone family with teenage girls due to area .

• Nowotniak (8/5): Overall, the stay at Ivanna’s dream house was “like a dream. We do recommend to the next people! - Ivanna made the house really cozy. There were sheets prepared, shower supplies and kitchen utensils all available there. It was warm, there was a cute balcony and the house was clean. She was always available online to help in any way. She and her family also recommended a taxi service, as well as things to visit in Athens with directions. The only thing I would say that made the stay worse was when we lost hot water for part of the stay. Nevertheless, it was out of anyone’s control and Ivanna came and she tried to solve the issue as best as she could but it required a technician. We had to wait until the next day after that to get hot water back. Ivanna was very apologetic with the situation and she even brought a compensatory cake as an apology.

• Schwartz (7/5): Good - Great location with easy access to the subway station so good leaping point for exploring the city. Clean, kind and prompt communication, host scheduled transportation from airport for us. Lovely people at the little bakery across the street was a great place to grab a small bite to eat on way to the subway. We felt bad because a neighbor to this apartment sleeps during the afternoon/evening hours and we woke her up multiple times not trying to be loud but the walls must be thin so be prepared to be quiet if you visit here. Also, be prepared for a lot of stairs to get to the unit or use of a very tight elevator (if you are claustrophobic and can’t do stairs). AC and wifi took a little while to figure out but Evanna helped clarify anytime we asked questions. Unit uses solar energy so we often ran out of hot water in the evenings with five ladies running super quick through the shower so last 1-2 people had ice cold water. There is a washer but have to hang dry clothes (or we just didn’t know how to use properly or it was supposed to be a combined unit or ran out of electricity and turned off? Not sure). Overall the unit met our needs, we had a great trip in Athens, and the price point was perfect so no big complaints. Just want others to be prepared in case any of these inconveniences would be a deal breaker for you but it was not for us.
• Wouter (7/5): Loved the little terrace - Beautiful apartment with little terrace. The host was very helpfull, and I could enter in the apartment easily. There is everything you would need for a short stay. The neighbourhood is not the nicest of Athens. Figuring out the shower situation was also not the easiest.

• Zsuzsanna (10/5): Perfect apartment for a family - Ivanna's apartment was a perfect choice for our multigeneration family - 4 adults and 2 children. The apartment was clean, nicely furbished and absolutely equipped with everything we need from the kitchen equipment to a sewing kit. Ivanna was a very kind host: she was very helpful, gave all the information we need. It was easy and fast to communicate with her, and at arrival she were waiting us with a lovely home-made pie. :) We would definitely recommend Ivanna's dream house everybody who wants to discover Athens, but don't prefer the bustling city center. The flat was close to Attiki metro station, and everything we need for self-catering was available very close to the apartment. Nothing. The apartment was a bit far from the city centre, but very close to Attiki metro station, so we could easily reach the centre in 20 minutes by metro. The environment was a bit shabby, but the house and the apartment was clean and tidy.

• Ethan (10/5): Exceptional - Probably one of the best overseas stays I've ever had. Ivanna was a spectacular host, arranging the taxi pickup from the airport and meeting us on arrival. We were greeted with uzo and cake; spectacular! Individual aircon units are in each room that provides an icebox to sleep in the high temperatures of the greek summer. Kitchen is very well stocked for cooking up a storm and apartment has a nice balcony with shade along with elevator access to the unit. Don't let the streets rough aesthetics put you off, there is a couple of kebab shops within 2 minutes of the property along with a supermarket and bakery within a 5 minute walk. Neighbourhood is english friendly. Nothing! This place is great value for money and Ivanna is an amazing host. Will always stay here whenever in Athens!
