Construction works on-going on the same floor renovating the building. This was not advertised and was very noisy early in the morning. Would benefit from safe being installed.

Thought it had everything we needed for our stay! Only one minor thing, having a fan in the bathroom would stop the slight growth of mould above the shower
• Mary (5/5): Once I got inside the apartment, it was fine. - Clean, clear instructions from host. There are 2 addresses in Athens with the same street and number: 8 Leocharous. Both Uber drivers (evening and morning) had a great deal of difficulty finding the correct location. The apartment is located on floor one, and the hallway was dark and scary.

• Kassandra (8/5): Very good - The location is really perfect! Airconditioning works great. Safe area with friendly people. Overall price-quality is correct. The bed and pillows are not so great.
• Liandra (9/5): Enjoyable and close to attractions - The apartment was very modern on the inside and secure, it had lots of storage and was very clean and tidy. It’s also close to lots of restaurants, shops and attractions. It was a little hard to communicate with the owner and we were given the wrong code for the lockbox containing the key. Other than that, we would stay here again!
• Daniëlle (2/5): Don't stay here, even if the location is good. - The location The water pump turning on every 67 seconds. During the day and night, this caused us to sleep awful. When we contacted the owner he said he would fix it next week somewhere. He was aware beforehand that this was a problem but didnt bother to soften the noise in any way. Not helpful at all, just pretends he is. Also the mold in the bathroom and living room is bad. But thats not weird because there s no ventilation.
• Willem (9/5): Perfect location, modern apartment and value for money. - Beautiful new apartment in the middle of the old town. The location is perfect for walking everywhere... There was a constant noise during the day, sounded like a washing machine or a printing machine..so no siesta. :-( The little patio was flooded with water from the air-conditioning and it was dirty, including the outside furniture was full of dust. There were also two loose covers on the patio supposing to cover the water system. The bed was very soft and woke up with a sore back......

• Elif (1/5): It was so dissappointing. - There is no breakfeast included. I would like to express my deep disappointment regarding the accommodation experience during my recent stay. From the very beginning, our check-in process was marred by significant delays as the room had not been adequately cleaned, forcing us to wait for over half an hour. Once we gained access to our room, we encountered multiple issues. The climate control system was inoperable, and the absence of blankets left us shivering during the first two nights. The only bedding provided was an insufficiently thin bedsheet. The situation improved only on the final day of our stay when a technician arrived to fix the climate control unit, albeit at the cost of further waiting. Moreover, despite the hotel's claim, there was no iron available, which inconvenienced our plans. The one redeeming aspect of our stay was the room's location, which, unfortunately, could not overshadow the numerous inconveniences and discomfort we endured throughout our visit.

The corridor to the apartment is pitch black and the sensor lights very poor at recognising you, in addition they do not sense you until you are well along the corridor. The shower is quite grubby, needs a good scrub. We messaged the host asking to use the washing machine and never received a reply. You cannot use it without asking as we did not know where it was. The sheets and towels were still damp on our arrival, and the bed was not made up, with no duvet cover for the duvet.

• Edward (8/5): Great location for a quick trip in Athens - No need for a key, all the locks were number generated which made it very simple. The owner was quick with responses and provided all the necessary information. The room was clean and location was excellent near all the busy areas. The bed wasn't the most comfortable option and the air conditioning was slightly noisy at times but both were very minor inconveniences.
• Katja (10/5): Where you feel at home in Athens - The apartment is exactly as on the pictures and everything looks new. It is very clean, modern and tasteful furnitured and decorated. It's located very central so you can do everything on walk. The Metro to the airport is also in a walking distance. I really enjoyed the time in Athens. The host was there for me even at midnight when I had a problem and called me back! Wlan works fast and with no issues. The only negative if you can call it that way is that the balkony is more like a backyard with no view and not very cosy. But you can see that from the picture and description.
