• Theod (10/5): Θα ξαναμεναμε αν βρισκόμασταν ξανά στην περιοχή . - Τίποτα λιγότερο από αυτά που αναμέναμε να δούμε . Άνετα στρώματα ευρύχωρες ντουζιέρες ζεστό νερό και θέρμανση όση χρειαζόμασταν .

• Kenneth (10/5): Great place to stay in Athens - Very nice apartment with ample space and all amenities. There’s a pleasant seating area right outside and a gated parking area. Within a few feet are a nice restaurant, a coffee shop, a fruit store, a pharmacy etc. The hosts also left candies, wine, water and a few breakfast items along with coffee and tea. I drove into Plaka from here to see the Acropolis and it took about 20 mins during the morning rush hour. Very convenient. I’d definitely stay here again. Everything was great, no complaints.

• Σπυριδουλα (10/5): - Τα παντα ηταν εξαιρετικα. Ηταν σα να ειμασταν σπιτι μας πραγματικα. Μας παρειχαν τα παντα, ηταν πεντακαθαρα. Ο ιδιοκτητης εξαιρετικος κι ευγενεστατος. Σιγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεφτουμε στην επομενη παραμονη μας στην Αθηνα.

• Luigi (9/5): - Assolutamente al primo posto le docce ceomatiche direttamente in camera, che hanno reso il soggiorno estremamente piacevole. La casa era accessoriata in tutti i dettagli con serrande elettriche, aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti e veranda con tavolo privato per le cene. La posizione è un pò decentrata, dove lo stile dell' un'appartamento cozza un pò con l'ambiente circostante. La colazione è stata predisposta solo il primo giorno e non rinnovata nei seguenti.

• Serge (10/5): Een aanrader voor een kort verblijf - Niets ontbreekt, kort bij de haven en het centrum, maar toch rustig gelegen in de drukke stad, gemakkelijk bereikbaar en parkeren Niets
• Sven (9/5): Appartement mit gehobenem Standard - Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Küche und Waschmaschine. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Es gibt sogar eine kleine Terrasse. Das Auto kann sicher geparkt werden. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder mieten. Supermarkt und Kaffeebar sind direkt um die Ecke. Der Appartementkomplex liegt in einer kleinen, unscheinbaren Sackgasse und kann von der Straße aus leicht übersehen werden, insbesondere bei einer Ankunft in der Dunkelheit.

• ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΙΝΟΣ (10/5): ΥΠΕΡΟΧΗ! - Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά σε κεντρικό δρόμο αλλά παρόλα αυτά επειδή είναι μέσα σε στενό, είχε πολύ ησυχία και ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ! Ο αύλειος χώρος εξαιρετικός! Η οικοδέσποινα φανταστική! Μας καλοδέχτηκε, μας έδωσε τα κλειδιά και πληροφορίες για όλα τα σχετικά με το διαμέρισμα! Ο εσωτερικός χώρος ήταν άνετος, πεντακάθαρος και με προσωπικό στυλ διακοσμημένος, γεγονός που δεν έμεινε ασχολίαστο από μικρούς και μεγάλους! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και με πολλά καλούδια για όλους (κρουασάν, μαρμελάδα, καφέ, λάδι...κρασί), κάνοντας τη διαμονή μας ακόμη πιο εύκολη! Οι δυο κρεβατοκάμερες είχαν προσωπικές ντουζιέρες, γεγονός που μας εξυπηρέτησε ιδιαίτερα με τα μικρά παιδάκια μας! Αν κ μείναμε μόνο ένα βράδυ, σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!

• Stanley (10/5): As good as it gets. - Truly luxurious. One example - the electric kettle is ceramic and not plastic. Most highly rated apartments in Greece that we stayed at had spring mattresses with not enough padding. This place had comfortable foam mattresses. You get a dedicated parking spot. Everything at this place is of the highest quality. We will miss this wonderful apartment.

• Bianca (10/5): Marvellous stay with a great host! - The apartment is fabulous and the hosts are exceptional. The host have contacted us by phone to check our estimated time of arrival and greeted us in a very friendly manner. The apartment is recently renovated, modern, tastefully decorated and with all amenities you might need. As a bonus there is free parking at the front and a nice balcony overlooking the garden. The host is extremely kind and left us breakfast and a nice bottle of wine. The location is great with many shops and cafes/restaurants nearby. WIFI was fast and reliable. We only stayed 1 night to take the ferry to the Greek Islands but I wish we had more time at this beautiful and luxurious property. It's a great price for all it offers. I strongly recommend this property for your stay in Athens. Everything was superb. Nothing to fault at.

• Dimitrios (10/5): A hidden little gem - We were greeted by the very polite and welcoming host. Showed us the premises and explained all the amenities. The place, a newly renovated apartment, was spotless clean. It is in an alley thus the has is really quiet. A wine welcome was waiting for us on the table plus a tray full of stuff for breakfast. Tea, coffee, juices and bottled water were also available as were all the house appliances, that looked in great working condition. Plenty of towels and bed covers. Good communication prior to arriving and after leaving the apartment. What more is there to ask. I couldn’t find anything that bothered or restricted me in any way.

• Manuele (10/5): Great place to stay in Athens - Tomas our host was very kind and welcoming. Especially because we arrived late in the evening and hè was very understanding. The apartment is modern, clean, comfortable and in a good location.It has everything you need. It is just like the photos. We had a car that we parked in front of the apartment and that we drove to the metro station Agios Marina (about 5/6 km from Phoenix gardens) parked in the parking lot and then took the metro into the city centre. Easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Athens. Thank you Tomas. Nothing
• Piotr (9/5): Superb - Friendly and helpfull owner. We received welcome water, wine and snacks :) Apartment perfect for four people (2 separate bedrooms). Interesting solution for bathroom: there is shower in both bedrooms and one separated common toilet - usefull because you don't have to wait to take shower. Location is near busy street but its in second line so its not annoying. Decent parking spot in front of the building. Close to markets and some nice restaurants. Quite easy to get to the city center 1 bus + M3 metro line (about 35 min) same metro line goes to airport.
