• Robert (1/5): Avoid - It was not possible to enter the apartment as the owner did not show up and was not contactable for 3 hours after the designated meeting time. The owner then cancelled the reservation without any notice even though we could see the same apartment being advertised for the same days as we had the booking that was fully paid for. After 3 hours on the phone with booking.com, luckily we got our money back. We warn against booking this apartment.
• KONSTANTINOS (7/5): Καλή τοποθεσία. Μέτριο κατάλημα ενώ θα μπορούσε να είναι εκπληκτικό. - Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική σε μία πολύ ασφαλή περιοχή, ακριβώς δίπλα στο Κέντρο της Αθήνας. Το παρκινγκ ειναι αρκετά κοντά ενώ απο τη μεριά του Παγκρατίου υπάρχουν πολύ ωραία μαγαζιά τα οποία αξίζει να επισκεφτεις. Το σίδερο για τα ρούχα ήταν χαλασμένο με αποτέλεσμα να χαλάσει τα ρούχα. Το μπάνιο θα μπορούσε να είναι πολύ πιο καθαρό Το κρεβάτι και τα μαξιλάρια σίγουρα πρέπει να αλλάξουν και να παρέχονται καλύτερα. Δεν υπήρχε ούτε στιγμιαίος καφές.

• Kaptan (8/5): It was a nice stay with some minor issues. - The location of the apartment was great. It was hard to find the switch to turn on the water heater. My Greek friend helped us to contact the landlord and to find the switch, which took some time. The landlord was helpful but not available every time we called.

• Florian (3/5): Cockroaches - Location : the neighbour is safe and you can walk to the city center within 20 min We faced a severed cock roach infestation and needed to break up the stay. The refund process was very time consuming and cumbersome . However, in the end we received a refund for the lost night.

• WENXIANG XUAN (6/5): Great location yet bad maintenance - Great location, cozy neighborhood. Air conditioners are functional. All ceiling lights in kitchen and entrance area are not working. Poor street-sound insulation in bedroom because window in room cannot be closed tightly. The washing machine is also not functional.

• Mariano (10/5): - Viajamos con nuestros 2 hijos, el piso es perfecto para 4 personas. Muy cómodo, práctico y muy bien situado. La zona es muy segura y se llega caminando bien a todos los sitios de interés. El trato del dueño Petros inmejorable, estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Muy recomendable.

• Idalija (1/5): Not recommended - location If you don’t want cockroaches and broken appliances, then avoid this place. I stayed here with my kids — the only good thing was the location. The Booking.com listing claims there’s a dishwasher and a washing machine, but that’s not true, it is, but dont work. The kitchen had cockroaches. The host’s communication gradually decreased as I kept sending messages about the issues. Very poor experience — we only came back to sleep as we didn’t have time to deal with this during our tri

• Enkhbilguun (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed with our family for only one night, unfortunately. We really liked the location. The linens and towels seemed a little old. Otherwise, the apartment was very clean.
• Brahammar (8/5): Great! I'd go again! - Beautiful apartment! It needs some basic servicing - all halogen lightbulbs in the ceiling are broken, and there is no working light in the kitchen.

• Mazen (8/5): Nice spacious apartment in a good location. - The apartment is in an old elegant building very close to Metro and a 15 minutes walk from Syntagma square. Many supermarkets and restaurants close by. Host was waiting for me on arrival and explained everything. I would stay there again. Everything was good.

• Minnette (7/5): Good - Very spacious. Located very central walking distance from attractions, restaurants, bus stop and train station Small shower - general issue in Europe. Drain was blocked on our arrival. Host sorted it out as soon as he could and did his best.
• Maria (6/5): Pleasant - Big apartment. Really well located (you can go walking everywhere), in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There is an old washing machine. We tried to wash our clothes but after one hour in the drying mode they were still really wet and one of ours shirts was rusty. We finally went to a laundromat.

• Mercedes (9/5): Feel at home in Athens! - Apartment is bigger than how it appears on the photos. Cute decor, very nice and secure building. The owner was waiting for me at 11pm to let me in and show me around. The only think I didn’t like is that it’s a bout a 20 min walk from the popular areas and you have to walk across or around a park that’s dark at night. Not the most ideal for solo female travelers. Took a taxi a few times which was not too expensive.
• Paulina (10/5): Perfect - The location is perfect - quiet area, well guarded due to neighborhood of embassies and the presidential palace. 15-20 min to Sintagma or Acropolis Museum. On the other side of the road Pangkrati distric with dozens of cafes, tavernas, minimarkets and pharmacy. Apartment very clean and practically equipped. Everything worked as it should. Very good contact with the staff.
• Emmerick (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location in a really nice neighborhood, with many bars, restaurants and a park nearby. Close to a metro station and a 15 minute walk away from the city center. The house was clean and had good room for 4 people. Our host Antonis was really helpful.

• James (10/5): The apartment was in a really good location it was nicely decorated and very spacious - The apartment was in a nice part of the city, it was very spacious It was advertised as having a coffee machine and there were no coffee pods. I think if you are going to advertise a coffee machine then provide the pods.

• Jhcor (10/5): Quiet Excellent Apartment - This apartment is excellent. Very quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the Plaka and more touristic areas. The owner and his staff are very accomodating. The apartment is quite large and has a kitchen, living room, single bathroom with a washing machine, and a nice size bedroom. The TV has Netflix and cable. I will definitely stay here when I visit Athens again! NA. Everything is excellent.
• Marwan (8/5): Pleasant - Our host Ireen, i hope thats right، was very good. We came earlier that we said we would and so she had to leave other work and come to meet us with the keys and did so with a smile. It would be good if it was a little closer to the shops, though plenty of taxis around.
• Edward (8/5): Good location, comfortable apartment for a short stay in Athens - Apartment located about 15 minutes walk from central Athens (Parliament Building). Area seemed respectable. Very spacious apartment, with kitchen area, sitting area, bathroom, bedroom. Nice furnishings. Met on arrival by a very helpful young man, who handed over the keys and briefed us on procedures, facilities locally, etc. Kitchen quite well equipped with crockery and cutlery, but less so with pots and pans. Bedroom was adjacent to the street, and though the area seemed a relatively quiet one, there was a certain amount of traffic noise at night and in the early morning.
• Zita (10/5): Nice and cosy in a central place. - The host is kind and flexible. The apartment is beautiful and in a very good location, everything is very close, everything interesting was within walking distance. There was no detergent for the washing machine :)

• Joanna (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is nice and charming with large rooms and high ceilings with beautiful floors in the best and safer location in Athens. Needs some tender loving care from the owner, like replace the bed, the towels and bathroom asap. I reserved it for the location and also was rated 10. Although in general the apartment was cleaned I cannot overlook the black mold all over the bathroom tiles. That’s why I rated low in cleanliness. Same with towels. Over used and they were rolled up and still slightly wet! The people I came in contact with were very nice and super friendly! A renovation is a must!
• Alan (8/5): Very good - Excellent location. Safe (as it's so close to the President's palace and embassies there are police and guards everywhere). Walking distance to major sight-seeing. Trams, busses and metro close by. Good restaurants and bars just 10 min walk from apartment. Nice flat with large bedroom and living room with soda bed. Good kitchen. Nice building. 2 large tv's. Not that we watched a lot, but it was good to have BBC as we were there the week the UK Parliament was in turmoil due to Liz Truss etc. There could have been a few more glasses and plates to cover for 4 people eating breakfast and coming home after a long day and evening and wanting to relax with a glass of wine.
• Laima (10/5): From the apartment, we can reach all attractions by foot. - Perfect location. Quiet, nice, clean and cozy place. Attentive hosts. Everything was good.
• Timea (10/5): Definitely worth every cent we spent for this vacation! - The very best thing about this apartment was the location, a kind of diplomatic district, safe, clean, well maintained properties, was no need to use public transport due to the central location. I liked spacious rooms and very well maintained building. Apartment was absolutely suitable for four person. Regarding the appliances it would be useful to keep few tablets/capsules for washing machine and dishwasher
• Swetans (8/5): Very good - Spacious apartment, safe and silent neighborhood and a comfortable bed is a big plus. There is a coffee machine but no coffee/tea available, as well as the same with the washing machine, as hospitality we expect to see at least single-use welcoming goodies.
