• WILLIAM (7/5): Tiene un lindo apartamento, no apto para personas con sueño ligero, mucho ruido de los vecinos - La cercania a todo el centro historico de la ciudad lo hace ideal para personas que no tengan el sueño ligero Lamentablemente los bares que estan al respaldo del edificio dificultan mucho el sueño

• Liz (8/5): - El lugar de buen tamaño, con utensilios de cocina para utilizar, dormitorio confortable. Si bien al llegar a la zona parece un poco insegura, está a aproximadamente 6 cuadras del metro omonia y allí las calles ya son más iluminadas y amplías. Un día antes recibí indicaciones del propietario de no arrojar papel al inodoro; nosotros no teníamos esa costumbre en mi país, utilizamos un basurero contenedor en los baños; me insistió con ése punto y probablemente la insistencia estaba relacionada con que la cisterna del baño no funcionaba, no llegaba a cargar siquiera agua al reservorio del inodoro. Escribí contando la situación pero jamás recibí respuesta, y eso fue lo que no me gustó.
• Matteo (10/5): - La casa è ben impostata, vicino al centro e ai posti più turistici. Gli interni della casa sono molto curati e davvero carini, con i loro divani stile futurista rossi e il letto raggiungibile con qualche scalino, davvero grazioso. La cucina è piccola ma facilmente lavabile e attrezzata di tutto quello che serve, ma il bagno è la chicca più interessante: con la vasca e parte con il vetro per la doccia, con il doccino a parte appoggiato sul rubinetto; anche questa stanza attrezzata al meglio possibile, meglio rispetto ad un hotel qualsiasi. Ma altra cosa importante, che ci ha aiutato tanto in una calda settimana di settembre, l'aria condizionata in camera e (la ventola) in soggiorno. A nostro parere ci siamo trovati molto bene e ci tornerei. Grazie ancora!

• Hannah (8/5): - Très bien placé. Lit confortable. Surtout dans un quartier typique de Athènes, plus local et peu touristique, secure (quartier anarchiste étudiant avec des tags et affiches partout), proche des bars Réveil systématique par les camions le matin vers 6h même si on se rendort ensuite

Cerca de bares y restaurantes de gente local. A 20 minutos andando de la zona centro turística y de monumentos. Si volviese a Atenas, volvería al mismo apartamento y al mismo barrio. Nada.

• Chiaping (2/5): Very poor - The place is big and looks cozy and is exactly like the pictures. Was told I could check in early at 10am, via the chat in booking app. They even confirm my check in time as well. Get there and was told that early arrival was not possible. Tried to communicate with staff on why I am assured early check in via chat and staff became unresponsive. Also, funny bites on the leg after second night. I stayed for 4 nights and realized it was bedbugs after checking out and going to pharmacy as the bites have developed to big rashes in a line.

• Viktoria (8/5): Great little gem in the heart of Exarchia, with everything needed for a short stay. - The little artsy apartment in the heart of Exarchia was indeed a really nice place to stay. We loved all the details that made the apartment unique: from cool, bright red sofas, to individual pieces of art, to a bathroom that's uniquely painted, etc.. Also, we enjoyed the fact that the bedroom was a bit elevated from the rest and accessible through a few stairs, making it also a bit higher up, away from the street. The location was ideal, we walked literally everywhere by foot and visited the city and some places around with 5-30 mins distance max. Exarchia itself has a LOT to offer and is very versatile, from food, to cafes, to small shops and supermarkets, there's everything one might want. Although I accidentally broke the handle from the Mokka while making coffee, Nadja was really friendly and forthcoming and accepted our apology and a few Euros in return. In general, the communication with the host was fast, effective and friendly. All in all nice stay! Like in all other places in Athens (and Greece?), it's not common to flush toilet paper down the toilet, which is fairly unusual for us and needed some getting used to. Also, the fact that hot water had to firstly "load" for 30 mins prior to being able to take a shower was not ideal on some of the days - but also unique. While the flat all in all is beautiful and nice, the fact that it was on the first floor and directly at the street, made it a bit loud and we kept the windows shut so people couldn't watch us - a bit sad, but also not deadly :) Finally, this is something very personal though, we as a couple prefer sleeping with our own individual blankets, but had only one to share in this apartment. Which was okay and we didn'T want to bother the owners, but just a heads up for those of you that are like me :)
• Pilo (8/5): Very good - The first night there was an issue with the toilet flush, but it was solved smoothly the next day. We asked for an extra blanket and the next day we quickly got one. Quite good problem solving approach. The flat is comfortable and well located. We had to struggle a little with the key box to open it
• Philip (10/5): Recommend it for a private space in Exarchia - Good little flat with everything you need. Like your own house. The little touches made the kitchen easy to use - 3 ways of making coffee, filter, greek or expresso thing, coffee left is a good example. Pots, knives good with a little oil etc. House felt like a lived in space, cared for that was decluttered to the peferct degree. It had the home feeling, but not like you were in someone elses home. On a backstreet so quiet when we were there.

We were not feeling safe around the house. Around Omonia station there are a lot of abandoned buildings and strange behaving people..

The air conditioning turns off every 30 minutes. So you have to wake up at night to turn on the air conditioning. Finally, the toilet flush leaks all day and night, very bad for the environment.
• Lucrezia (6/5): Clean, central, good value for money. - the house is, indeed, central and close to the Panepistimo metro station (7 minutes). The neighbourhood is noisy and somewhat dirty. It could makes some people uncomfortable.
