• adel (2/5): We would not book this place again. - The flat had no water at all. We contacted the responsible person, who supposed to arrange water for the flat, but he could not do it. We stayed for one entire day without water (no shower, no flash in the toilet etc). On the second day we needed to book another hotel. It was Eastern long weekend, so it was quite expensive the new last minute booked hotel.

• Monica (6/5): Mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio - Tidy and clean Very noisy; rooms are on an important street and even at night you can hear the traffic noise ; the flat is probably close to a disco or to a music pub and there was music till 3 am.
• Carolyn (8/5): It was comfortable and host made you feel confident everything would go to plan and assisted with transfers. - The size and facilities were great for 3 people. Communication was clear and always quick responses. The area was not quite were I expected. Would have some concerns if staying alone or if we had to walk out at night.

• Niki (10/5): Fabulous apartment - spacious and spotless and close to everything - The flat is lovely and spacious - 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, a living room, kitchen and dining area. The beds are comfortable and everything was spotless. There are great restaurants nearby and 15 minute walk to centre. The host is fabulously helpful Really nothing - it’s amazing place to stay, although the immediate area is a little urban it’s close to some very “posh” hotels and we felt very safe

• Elena (8/5): Θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε με καλύτερη προετοιμασία την άλλη φορά! - Ήταν πολύ άνετο και καθαρό. Το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό και η πρόσβαση εύκολη! Είναι κοντά σε στάση μετρό και κοντά σε μαγαζιά για φαγητό και πρωινό. Η περιοχή δεν ήταν πολύ καλή! Έκαναν χρήση στο δρόμο και υπήρχαν πολλοί οίκοι ανοχής δίπλα στο κατάλυμα. Ωστόσο δεν φοβηθήκαμε να γυρίσουμε με τα πόδια και πολύ αργά τα βράδια. Στην κουζίνα έλειπαν βασικά πράγματα, όπως κάτι για να βάζουμε τα πιάτα να στεγνώσουν και αλάτι, πιπέρι, λάδι, χαρτί κουζίνας, κάψουλες για την καφετιέρα (δεν είχε ούτε μία), ενώ υπήρχαν μέσα στον κάδο της εσπρεσιέρας χρησιμοποιημένες. Ο φούρνος μικροκυμάτων ήταν πολύ βρόμικος, χρειάστηκε να τον καθαρίσουμε πριν τον χρησιμοποιήσουμε. Στο ένα δωμάτιο έχει εντοιχισμένη ντουλάπα αλλά δεν είχε χώρο για να βάλουμε πράγματα και έτσι χρειάστηκε να μεταφέρουμε μια ανοιχτή κρεμάστρα από το ένα δωμάτιο στο άλλο. Το χαρτί υγείας δεν μας έφτασε.

• Matthaios (9/5): Good value for money - Πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα, φιλοξενούνται έως πέντε άτομα ! Ο διαχειριστής πολύ εξυπηρετικός απάντησε άμεσα σε ο,τι χρειαστηκαμε.Παρολο που η γειτονιά είναι λίγο "δύσκολη", δεν συναντήσαμε κάποιο πρόβλημα. Πολύ κοντά, στη γειτονιά του Ψυρρή, έχει κάποια ωραία εστιατόρια. Θα μπορούσε να έχει κάποιες βασικές παροχές για υποδοχή όπως νερό στο ψυγείο ή και φρούτα γιατί δεν έχει πολύ κοντά Μαρκετ. Αυτό που λείπει από την κουζίνα είναι ένα μπρίκι για ελληνικό καφέ, το οποίο κατόπιν της παρατήρησης μας μάλλον θα λυθεί άμεσα.

Les 2 toilettes et les 2 douches bien pratiques Il est proche du métro ( 5 minutes à pied), des restaurants et d’une boulangerie L’une des chambres donne sur la rue qui est bruyante. Le lit dans cette chambre n’avait pas de drap du dessus ni de couverture. Le lavabo de l’une des salles de bain est trop petit

• claire (10/5): A lovely quiet Athens apartment - We loved the location and the comfort of the apartment. It was very modern and we loved having a washing machine! Our host was fantastic and arranged a car transfer for us to the ferry on our departure- thank you!
• Lissen (8/5): Lækker og ren lejlighed med gode faciliteter. - Meget lækker lejlighed med gode faciliteter, og kun 5 minutters gang fra morgenmadscafé og metrostation som tager en til centrum på kun 7-8 minutter. Vi var to mennesker, som havde hvert sit soveværelse med dobbeltsenge og hvert sit badeværelse. Lejligheden ligger lige udenfor et pænt område, og vi var ikke trygge ved at færdes der om aftenen. Heldigvis er der taxier til en god pris.
• E Leni (10/5): Perfect stay - We had a great stay at Urban Apartment Athens! The apartment is spacious, spotless, and has super comfortable beds. The kitchen is clean and well equipped, which made everything very convenient. The location is excellent – perfect for exploring Athens on foot. Contact with the owner was completely hassle-free, and he responded to every question within seconds, always friendly and helpful. All in all, a really good place to stay in Athens. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back! -

• Marianne (8/5): We enjoyed so much! - Very helpful and accommodating host, answering very fast at any inquiry. Check in and out was hustlefree. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the 10-15 min walk into Athens senter. Area seems safe and clean. The area is a bit remote, but it didn’t bother us. It’s also convenient to take the metro.

• Andrew (8/5): Great location, lovely apartment, clean and helpful staff. - Good location, within walking distance of a metro station and a square with good restaurants and bars. Spacious, really nicely decorated and modern, really clean and having two bathrooms was good. Marios was very helpful when we had problems using the access code to get in. Would have been nice to have a few small things on arrival - couple of bottles of water, tablets for the dishwasher. A table for breakfast would have helped us (two kids). Front bedroom suffered from traffic noise - not the apartment’s fault, just Athens!
• Katharina (9/5): Wonderful Apartment - The location is great, just 15 minute walk to the centre of Athens, apartment is spacious, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. It was easy to collect the keys, there is a small lift so our pram could fit it. Liked the design of the furniture, aesthetically definitely pleasing. The host was great, we were writing via WhatsApp & he could answer every question prompt. Could store our luggage on the next day in his other property in the city centre. Few remarks: there is a dishwasher but no tabs, coffee machine Nespresso but no coffee tabs. Would be great to have things like that + oil for cooking if you stay just few nights. The oven is smelly, hasn't been cleaned for a while. Check out at 10 was for us personally too early especially if you travel with kids. Used to check out at 11 at least.

• Michał (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful Apartment in the very center of Athens. Very close to all monuments and attractions. The apartment is very large, nice, clean, with very comfortable beds and two bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. The owner is a very nice and helpful man, he described everything to us and gave us a list of entertainment and restaurants. I highly recommend! :)
• Linnell (6/5): The place was adequate.- just spartan , We got what we paid for I guess. Just disappointed that it w - The place was for us, a little far from tourist locations. Also you need to know it is an apartment & that you MUST arrange well in advance, arrange with host to meet there to get into the building & apartment. Lots of graffiti around but didnt feel dangerous in the neighborhood inspite of this. The apartment had not been cleaned in advance & there were no pillow cases for the pillows. This wasnt acceptable but we stayed anyway as the hotels were booked up. For the price it was adequate . Taxis daily to get into the heart of tourist sites. The owner was very nice & helped us with many of our issues however. Cleanliness, the place should have been checked out by owner, owner should have contacted us well in advance to see that we would be met to get into the apartment & not while we in plane all day 7 not able to get informatio ( I checked my email & could find no evidence that he had sent details. We simply did not know that there would be issues to get into the apartment Naievely thought it was a hotel ( us).
• Axel (9/5): Had a wonderful week in Athens. The apartment is exactly as it is shown in the pictures. - Good location, very easy to reach via Metro from airport and not far from the attractions. Bought a five day Metro ticket for Athens but only used it for Piraeus, the rest of the attractions we just walked from the apartment (Psirri restaurants, Monastiraki rooftop bars, Plaka, Akropolis, Syntagma, museums, etc.). Very helpful landlord, adaptation to last minute change in number of people. Second bathroom with toilet and shower very useful. Preparation for handover of key and obtaining ID copy could have been done a little earlier, done during travel.

• Efrat (1/5): Terrible experience! - We left our luggage and went out for three hours, we locked the door but when we came back we found that the apartment had been broken into and expensive items were taken from our bags such as 3 AirPods and an expensive running watch. The host didn't help us at all Just sent us to the police but we didn't have time to do that, He promised not to charge us for the accommodation but did not keep his promise. The area of the apartment and the building itself are very unpleasant and the street is full of unpleasant people. Not recommended at all! See attached photos Terrible experience! A very unsympathetic street and building, The children were afraid to sleep there...

• Jean (8/5): A great location, clean and modern 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom apartment, with a very helpful host. - The location was perfect for our 6 days to explore Athens. It was centrally located. Having the space with two bathrooms and two bedrooms worked well. Our host was very helpful and answered our enquiries immediately and gave good recommendations for restaurants and sites. Air conditioners worked well and were quiet in the bedrooms and main living area. We were able to easily walk to major attractions such as the Acropolis and felt safe in our neighbourhood and throughout Athens. Restaurants and a full grocery store were within easy walking distance. The location and overall facilities are more than very good. The showers are partially open, like many european bathrooms, and do not have a shower curtain so water does spay and gets on the floor and around the bathrooms. It wasn't a major concern for us. The pillows were more firm than we usually like. The street traffic on Saturday was quiet noisy in the front bedroom, exterior roller shutters helped with the noise. Other nights were less noisy and we got use to the traffic noise which is hard to get away from in busy Athens. The neighbourhood does have a lot of graffiti, but we noticed it in many areas of Athens.

• Lucy (8/5): A beautiful apartment - The apartment is beautifully decorated and spacious. Very comfortable beds also! Marios, our host, was very helpful and the communication was great. The area isn't the nicest but as another reviewer pointed out, a lot of the city is like this once you're outside the touristy areas. However, the location is still convenient.

• Lufox (9/5): ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS, LARGE, CLEAN APARTMENT (just not the nicest part of the city) - Our host was a fantastic communicator, making it very easy. The apartment is perfect - it has everything you need, it's spacious, clean and really comfortable. The only thing that wasn't so great is that the location in Athens isn't the nicest. It's quite a dirty part of the city. But then again, much of Athens is like this once you're out of the main tourist area in the centre.
