• shorena (10/5): - We were 10 friends vacationing in Athens in April and stayed in this apartment for 3 nights. Everything was perfect for our group. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host's attention and care were especially noteworthy - it felt like everything was done to ensure that the guests had the best time. The location was also great - in the central area, which made it very easy to get around. Thank you very much for such pleasant hospitality. We would gladly come back again.
• Rafi (10/5): Die Wohnung hat uns den Aufenthalt in Athen richtig versüsst! Viel Platz und grosser Balkon. Einfach toll! Danke - Die Unterkunft war riesig, es sind zwei komplette Wohnungen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Eingangsbereich vom Haus könnte noch etwas freundlicher gestaltet sein. Aber das ist kein Problem, es wäre einfach schön.

Une belle terrasse pour les petits dej, un très bon équipement, des chambres confortables Un emplacement idéal pour visiter Athènes, métro à proximité (parfait pour l’aéroport) et principaux sites accessibles à pied, Quartier vivant, bars, restos Enfin le personnel était très accueillant, à l’écoute et d’excellents conseils. Un grand merci à eux notamment à Giannis. Pour visité Athènes, cette location est l’idéale, nous le recommandons.

• Sophie (9/5): Excellent apartment near to Omonia, good for big groups - Excellent location very close to Omonia station. Really good communal spaces and plenty of beds for the 9 of us that stayed there for 4 nights. Good extra touches included the washing machines and dishwasher, made staying there for several nights feel more like home. Although in an old building, has a really nice rustic charm which we enjoyed. The owner is really responsive to messages and made staying there very easy. Lots of cool bars and restaurants nearby Some of the shower heads weren’t in full working order and dribbled a bit.
• Charnpreet (10/5): Wonderful - Property was lovely I stayed with my family and young children - we had plenty of space. Rooms were spacious. Main attraction less than 10mins in car:taxi - bus trips are only a walk away. The town itself is literally a 15mins walk with a lovely couple of bakeries along the way. Host were so helpful - only a text message away and helped me with a lot of recommendations of places to visit/eat. We would stay here again for sure The property from outside looks tiny bit off - but once inside it’s stunning. But most of Athens has graffiti on walls.

• Emp (7/5): For keeping a large group together while visiting Athens, this apartment has much to offer. - The property manager was wonderfully accommodating, allowing us to access the unit well before normal check-in time. He was also very responsive and very thorough in providing instructions for entry into the unit, operation of the elevator, etc. We contacted him via WhatsApp and never waited more than a minute to receive his response. The the unit had 2 kitchens and two sitting areas, so plenty of room for 12 people (including a 12 year old). The 2 sitting areas included a couch that folded into a bed plus a twin size lounger that can be used as a bed. The unit offered lots of extra towels and bedding. Each bedroom had its own air conditioner so folks could adjust their rooms to their liking, as well as air conditioners in the common areas, so it was easy for everyone to be at a comfortable temperature despite the high heat outside. The rooms included plenty of windows for natural lighting as well as floor to ceiling shades that enabled blocking out light at night and complete privacy. Several grocery markets were within a few minutes walk, so it was easy to purchase fresh fruit, snacks, and milk for tea. Both the coffee maker and tea maker got a lot of use, and the unit included a variety of coffees. Graffiti was prominent but no mater where we walked (to include the 2km to the Acropolis), felt completely safe. Wonderful cafes, bakeries and restaurants were all are within a short walk. A special bonus...one of the apartment units includes a piano and the occupant is wonderfully talented. Several times we paused on the stairs (the only place the piano could be heard) to listen to the expressive music being practiced by the occupant. Unfortunately, the lighting for the stairs was intermittent so there were times we had to use our cell phone lights to walk up and down the stairs. The elevator only has room for 3 people or 1 person and luggage, which is why we wanted to use the stairs.
• Marcin (9/5): A comfortable apartment for two families in a bit troubled surroundings - I was travelling with my friends and family. In total we were 4 adults and 4 kids. We loved the appartment for space, lots of rooms (in case anyone needed some lonely time), 3 bathrooms, spacious terrace and all amenities one might need on a city break. Everything was clean, nothing was missing. The host was very kind and nice. It is a great flat in a not-so-great neighbourhood. During the day we felt safe, but I would not recommend this place to women travelling alone or anyone who plans late evening strolls. It is in the central Athens, but the streets are covered in graffiti, there are numerous homeless and drug addicts on the streets around.
• May (10/5): Spacious and clean apartment , very comfortable and convenient - Plenty of space for our group of 8, 5 double beds, all with air conditioning. The host was very kind, let us leave our luggages at the apartment before the check-in time. The lift was quite small but very unique, the kids love to get in it. The flat is on the top floor (4th floor), manageable to walk up and down. There is also a very good size balcony. All rooms are clean, comfortable. Less than 10 mins walk to the closest Metro. We really enjoyed our stay there. We like the graffiti on the front door and the neighbourhood too! N/A

Only 1 tv remote which didn’t work very well which was annoying. Shower in one bathroom didn’t drain very well.

• Dan (9/5): Nice stay near Omonia Square / Perfect option for 4 adults and 4 kids / great value for moneyi - + proximity to center + nice terrace for breakfast or dinner + perfect comunication with the host + large enough for 2 families with 2 kids each + nice restaurants and coffee options within 4-5 minutes as well as supermarkets + perfect value for money - the neighbourhood might make you feel a little bit unconfortable the first evening , but in reality you get used with it and you are in NO danger

• S (7/5): Good for large families who require a central location. - The actual apartments were clean and tidy, there were two apartments next to each other with a joint private entrance, this was useful as we were a large family of 7! The host was friendly and helpful. The location can look and seem quite sketchy, the lifts were way too small and the general building maintenance needs to improve. As it's an older building you cannot flush toilet paper down the toilet which was annoying considering we were a large family.

Central location to everything. Secure apartment. Communication with owner was good thank you. Overall was good value for our size group. Street area was dodgy as per other guest reviews so just need to be aware of surroundings. But not a major negative for experienced travelers. Bed in master bed room was soft spongey but you can't win em all.

Somethings in the apartment are either old/dirty. The neighbourhood isn't so great and the apartment is on the 4th floor with a small lift that can carry 2 people.
• Jo (10/5): Well positioned apartment - It was a great find being in such a good position for the centre and local museums. All the bedrooms are big and comfortable. Extra pillows and blankets were provided. A nice big balcony to sit outside. Good secure doors for extra safety. Lots of eating and drinking places near by. From the outside it looks a bit sketchy but once inside, it's fine.

He also gives lots of very nice advises for a touristic stay, as well as being very sympathic in offering another 4-hours awaiting place while the cleaning service could not clean the expected flat on time. The equipement is very nice in term of bed comfort. Perfect place to stay with an excellent value price/quality!! As we were 9 people to stay in the flat we missed a bit some glassware. The localization is great as it is close to the metro even if some streets around are a bit dodgy to walk throught during the evening. Well, we found a safer itinerary to reach the flat through convenient and more friendly streets.
