Lokalizacja najlepsza z możliwych. W Centrum wszystkiego a jednocześnie z boku. Wychodząc kilka kroków do metra, wspaniałych restauracji, kawiarni, lodziarni, targu. Nie można wymarzyć sobie lepszego pobytu. Apartament przestronny, dwie łazienki to naprawdę fajna sprawa. Dwa telewizory i dwie klimatyzacje. To wszystko dawało niesamowity komfort, kiedy dwie osoby mogą niezależnie spędzić czas odpoczywając. Kuchnia wyposażona, łazienki czyste tak jak i pokoje. Duży stół. Cóż więcej dodać. Na pewno wrócimy i może z naszymi dorosłymi dziećmi :)

• Tamika (10/5): Perfect location in the Plaka - If you want to be in the thick of things and on the Plaka, this spot cannot be beat. This apartment is located in the heart of shopping, food, and attractions. You easily can walk to the Acropolis or get on the metro/subway to go else where easily. Remember this is not a hotel, this is a 1-bedroom 2 full bath apartment. The Owner even provided us with some snacks & wine. There is a full kitchen if you want to cook at home. This is not a thing we didn't like but we were just surprised how small the elevators where at the property. They were just as small all around town, so it's not unusual.

• mary (5/5): Horrible experience ruined our stay. - The position The apartment Wine and crackers and jam nice touch Arrived with self check in 3 keys with two boxes. For all entry building doors. Front apartment door is one key lock and a keyless latch on front door. We dropped off luggage and within a 10 minutes went to exit the apartment. The keyless lock was jamed and we were locked in. We called owner /manager who kept insisting we didnt know how to get out. After sending her countless videos of us trying to get out she sent a maintenance guy. We felt very uncomfortable as she just wouldn’t accept there was something wrong. Maintenance finaly arrived and said the deadbolt got stuck inside door frame. With a combined effort with us from inside and him from outside we finally got out. I understand these things can happen but her attitude was very distressing, saying we were lucky we didnt get charged as must of been our fault. She said she had a great rating. I told her her attitude was not right all she needed to do was apologise for our inconvenience and not blame us as she did., it ruined our first afternoon And our experience there. On the first night one of the showers was not draining properly so we didn’t use it again or ask for any maintenance for fear we would again be accused. She made it clear to us she had the best rating. Oblivious to what we just went thru. She could not understand she just put blame where it wasnt deserved. So our experience was terrible there.

• Hasan (10/5): Perfect apartment at a perfect location - The location of the apartment is perfect. It is also secluded and protected from the noise in the street, despite being so close to Monastiraki. The elevator is very old.

• Chien-yuan (10/5): Amazing stay! Highly recommended - Absolutely amazing location - walking distance to all the attractions and quite a lot of good restaurants nearby. The host was very helpful as well. A situation we had was the nightclub being too loud in midnight, but the host sorted it out once reflected. Apart from those, good space and two sets of bathrooms really help, and the facilities are well rounded. It was located in a rather old building, and the lifts were a bit dodgy. Need to be aware of the steps when getting in and out of the lifts. There might be occasionally homeless in front of the building, but hard to blame given the central location.
• Jessica (9/5): Great place, fabulous city! - Centrally located, this is an absolute perfect spot to discover central Athens, the flea market, shopping, museums, restaurants and, of course, all the historic sites. Everything is possible on foot. The appartement is spacious and comfortable, two bathrooms were a plus for a family of four! Communication with our host was friendly and smooth and the treats in the kitchen were much appreciated! The neighbourhood is incredibly lively, especially when we were there from Thursday evening to Sunday morning. Even on the sixth floor the music from nearby restaurants reached our ears until late into the night/or early into the morning! All things considered, it wasn't a problem for us but if we were to go again (and we would love to) we might bring ear plugs next time!

Shower heads/area were both odd/not ideal & could use some deep cleaning on the mold. Cigarette smoke seeping in from next door & down the hall. Quite noisy since it was downtown. Saturday night music went oast 2am & church bells in the AM
• Yeva (10/5): The place overall was great. Easy access, great Host, lots of amenities. Great location. - We had an amazing stay! Our host went above and beyond, staying in constant contact and answering any questions within minutes. They even offered an airport transfer option to us and provided a ton of useful information on Athens, including things to do and places to visit. When we extended our stay, they kindly offered us a discount. The apartment itself was fantastic—fully equipped with amenities like a Nespresso machine, sandwich maker, and microwave. It was stocked with some first necessity foods and then some like sugar, coffe , coco, tea, juice, waffles, honey, preserevs etc. which was a lovely touch. The building had an elevator and was in a prime location, close to everything. For light sleepers, it’s worth mentioning that nearby rooftop bars can be noisy until about 3 am. However, this didn't bother us or our toddler at all. A general Athens comment: If you want peace and quiet you should not opt for a stay in the center. For us it was marvelouse. The host also provided games for kids and a cot for our baby, which made our stay extra comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again! Everything was great. For those who are sensitive to noise at night, should tell that it's a bit noisey in the evening due to rooftop bars music. But this wasn't a bit problematic for us and our toddler.
• Irina (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great. The host is super friendly and tries to make the stay às pleaseant as possible. Located at the heart of the city, very close to everything. Acropolis is just at 15-minute walking distance. The only minus I can think of is that there is no terrace.

Coffe tea sugar already there to save you having to go out if like us you arrive late. For a 3 day trip to Athens its very good Access to apartment. This is an apartment in a block that has other residences and office/business' Entrance, lift and halls quite grotty and if you were on your own or female, quite scary I would imagine.

Some of the best restaurants are just few minutes away, Acropolis and other major sites are in walkable 10-20 minutes distance. The place itself was very tidy and clean. • Harry (10/5): Monatsiraki is nice, but only for a few days. - Take note to all the other apartment owners in Monastiraki. This apartment should be and is the benchmark for all apartments in Monastiraki. It is close to everything. Well appointed and close to all transport and sites. I highly recommend this place to all, should it not meet your expectations, then I strongly suggest you seek one that is more suited to bovines. I will be recommending this place to all my associates and it will definitely be the first choice when we return, I have nothing to bad to say about this place. I also strongly suggest you use Spiro the taxi service that is recommended, he WON'T!! rip you off. Xenia is always there to help, thank you. For all the tourist that want a safe place to leave your luggage, the safest place is Lockers in Athens about 50 meters away at 7 Pittaki Str. 6976782090 Mr. John and his wife will look after you. I could not fault this place.

• Andrea (9/5): Great location, beautiful, clean, fully furnished apartment, great host - - great communication with the host, always delivering prompt and accurate responses to our questions (this is valuable) - the self checkin procedure is very easy and very well explained in a message when you get there - Excellent location in the centre of Athens : shops, bars, restaurants, touristic attractions and the metro just a minute away. - we had everything we needed, including a washing machine shared with the other apartment the same hosts managed which is the door in front of this apartment. We got to see it and it looks beautiful as well. - everything was perfectly clean and organised - we were welcomed with some coffee, crackers and jelly as well as some local liquors and a bottle of local wine. - Xenia the host was of great help and kindness through all the messages. The apartment is just like the photos and event better the only point to bear in mind is there is noise from the following sources : - currently a construction ongoing in the building next door (the whole building) so there is a lot of noise starting very early in the morning. - also since it is a popular neighbourhood for tourists and locals it can be noisy during the night (this is to be expected) - in the same floor as the apartment there is another apartment getting renovated so there is also a lot of loud noise, we got awakened by the noise on Saturday morning before 8am… we don’t know the local legislature but it should not be allowed when people want to rest. - Our advise is to get some good earplugs (boules quies style) and you can sleep —- in any case we recommend the apartment, we had a very pleasant stay ! The apartment is gorgeous with chic modern design and all new appliances. They have everything we needed: washing machine (at the store room just outside our apartment), cooking and dining utensils, TWO bathrooms with toilet and shower), a big comfy bed, TV with Netflix, free capsule coffee, and refreshments….. The check in/out processes were seamless. The host and staff were AMAZING! Not only were they friendly, hospitable and efficient, they walked the extra mile to make their guests feel welcomed and comfortable. They made my 3-night stay in Athens a most joyful experience. One personal experience to share: I left my bag with passports in the bathroom after checking out without even noticing, then got on the taxi heading to the airport. Lucky enough the cleaning lady spotted it and had the host contacted me in no time. I am truly grateful for their most efficient help which saved me from a big disaster. Thank you very much indeed! I would truly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Athens and I would definitely stay there again in my next visit. nothing indeed

• Elaine (9/5): A home away from home right in the hustle and bustle of everything - The apartment is so fully equipped, makes you’ll feel at home. It has everything you need and so much more. Xenia was extremely helpful and generous with what she supplies. We also appreciate all the detailed step-by-step guide she provided us with. Note that she has 2 units, with the inner door facing each other. So the units share similar common access, save for the last door into your unit. Location wise, it’s just across the road from the metro and everything is walking - all tourist sites and the restaurants and bars we wanted to go to. You are surrounded by so many good food and few small supermarkets too. Just to note, due to such a prime location, the building entrance is facing a very very busy and narrow street. you’ll have to walk a bit further for a cab pick up as it is not possible to stop in front of the building.

• Adele (9/5): Very Convenient Location - The outstanding experience with this property is location. Easy walk to many sites including the vibrant Plaka shopping area. Monastiraki station is within a 1 minute walk. This station also has a train to the Athens Airport, although with fair warning, this is a very crowded station so you may have to fight your way to get on with your luggage. If you are coming from the airport, you should be able to get seats for the ride duration. About a 5-6 minute walk to the AB supermarket which is very convenient. The host of this property is very helpful and always contactable. The 2 bathrooms is very good to have, but the water pressure is too low to be using the 2 available showers at the same time. Homeless people sleep in the area of the lobby entrance but do not bother anyone and leave the entry doorway clear. They also clean up after themselves in the morning so there are no signs of them being there in the morning..
