• ERI (9/5): - とても素敵なお部屋でした。駅からも近くてアクロポリスの観光後、カフェやレストランで休憩しながら歩いて帰って来れました。日曜に開いているスーパーも近くにありました。洗濯乾燥機があって凄くよかったです。ベッドも寝心地がよかったです。 早めにお部屋の用意をしてくださり、チェックイン時間前に入れました。メッセージのやり取りもスムーズでした。 最寄駅から少し上り坂ですが、大きなスーツケースでも問題なくたどり着けました。アパートの入口を入って5段ぐらいは階段を上る必要があります。 窓の外が通り道なので、少し音が気になる人がいるかもしれません。

• Rowan (10/5): Great apartment. - The apartment is clean and well equipped with a great standard of decoration. It's very convenient for the Metro (M3 airport/Syntagma) and is near the park and Lycabettus hill. There are a good selection of shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants nearby if you explore the streets towards the centre of town. Bed is comfortable with plenty of towels provided. All good.
• Joanna (9/5): - The owner Maria and her mother were lovely and super helpful with check in and our questions. They kindly let us store our luggage for longer after checking out. The apartment is pretty large and very comfortable, and the neighbourhood is great for exploring Athens with some very good food options very close by. Great bed, good shower heat and pressure. We would definitely recommend this accommodation! The only issue we had was that water could spray out of the shower (no curtain or door) onto the bathroom floor and the drainage could potentially be a little blocked. We managed this by being more careful.

From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home, something I’ve never experienced in a new place. The apartment was spotless, beautifully elegant, and thoughtfully designed in every detail. It had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made it hard to leave. What truly made the stay exceptional, though, was the host. Such a kind, attentive, and genuinely lovely person. You can really feel when someone puts their heart into what they do, and that was absolutely the case here. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Athens!

A five minute walk to the train station and the area was full of restaurants, shops etc. The only fail for me was no ice cubes - such a simple thing to have ice in the freezer as we had drinks that weren’t cold and it was very hot so a cold drink would have been lovely.

• Anamaria (8/5): Amazing flat in best location, with great host - Very nice apartment in the best area of Athens. Large bedroom with a king size bed, very comfortable. Lots of storage and room to open suitcases. Kitchen is well equipped (we didn’t cook, but there was everything one needed, including spices). The location is perfect for exploring the city, and feeling local. Lots of nice espresso bars/ bakeries/ shops within a few minutes walk or just around the corned. Parking in the area is difficult, but the host helped us with a parking garage recommendation which was at a reasonable price and very close by. We will definitely consider staying here again when coming to Athens. Great value, service and facilities. The shower has a screen on one side only, so there is lots of splashing and it is almost impossible not to get the floor wet.

• Denis (10/5): Very relaxed, comfortable stay in a lovely apartment in a lovely district of a lovely city. - The location was excellent. Great local restaurants, cafes and bars. A very safe area and in the heart of a lovely district of Athens. The centre of Athens was easy to walk to from Kolonaki but there is also the option of taking the Metro which is a mere 5 minute walk away. This also makes it very easy to get to and from the Airport. Maria, the host, was very kind to us as our flight was delayed but waited for us to arrive and was extremely helpful to us as well as facilitating us when we were leaving. The apartment itself is completely self contained and everything you could possibly require for a comfortable stay is provided. We couldn’t have asked for more.

• Claire (9/5): Wonderful stay in Kolonaki, Athens - I had a wonderful 5 day stay in the apartment in Kolonaki. Easy to get to from the Metro (blue line from the airport), only a short walk up the hill. The apartment has a spacious bedroom with comfortable bed, neat bathroom with good water pressure in the shower and incl a washer/dryer, and a small but fully kitted out kitchen with a kettle, microwave, fridge, stove and oven, and utensils etc for 2 people. The area is lovely, as a solo female traveler never felt unsafe, and there are many cafe's, restaurants and bakeries nearby, as well as a few convenience grocery stores for essentials within 10 min walk. I never bothered with cooking, as you are spoilt for choice with food options nearby! The blue line takes you to the historical old town and the vibrant Monastiraki area (more restaurants and shopping), and the other lines are easily accessible as well in a few stops to get around the city. Communication with Maria and her mother Despo was excellent before and during my stay. I was met at the apartment by Despo who explained the set up of the apartment, and again to return the keys, all at my convenience, and the welcome gift was appreciated. Wifi was good and consistent. All in all I would highly recommend this small, but perfect apartment for singles or couples. One small thing to note is due to the proximity of restaurants etc, the area is noisy in the evenings, but if you are noise sensitive earplugs will work. I did not notice at all, but know that some people struggle with noise - my best advice would be to get out there and join the locals in the lovely city of Athens! Nothing at all, but to note for travelers with limited mobility, the area is on the slopes of a hill, so an uphill walk from the Metro, and there are approx 5 steps to get to the apartment door

• Mario (10/5): Exceptional - Great little apartment in a fantastic location (25 min walking away from the main Athens attraction, 3 min from the Metro station that is directly connected to the airport). Facilities are great (kitchen, washing machine, coffee machines, etc.), large bed, A/C and so on. It has everything you need for a few days and more. I would definitely consider going back if I'm back in Athens. It is on an elevated ground floor.
