• Bendz (5/5): Не рекомендую. - Мы были в марте. Благодарю персонал за наличие обогревателя. 1. Душ сломан. Пользоваться лейкой было невозможно. 2. Вместо хлопкового пододеяльника одеяло было вставлено в мохнатый плед на молнии(!). Совершенно понятно, что его не стирают должным образом каждый раз. Подушки плохие. 3. Полотенце одно на 4 ночёвки. Толстое, застираное , старое, не успевало высыхать . Самое главное для гостя это помыться и поспать. И то, и другое было очень плохо.

• Robert en Ingrid (9/5): Mooie uitvalsbasis voor Athene en de kust - Mooi appartement dichtbij zee, in een rustige buitenwijk van Athene. In de buurt leuke restaurantjes. Meerdere balkons, waardoor je altijd in de zon of schaduw kon zitten. Het was lastig een parkeerplaats te vinden voor de auto. Wel steeds gevonden, soms wat verder weg van het appartement.

Nombreuses possibilités de transport en commun pour rejoindre le centre ville en plus ou moins 35 minutes. Nombreuses possibilités également de restaurants dans les environs de l'hébergement. L'appartement est situé non loin de la mer et est très bien équipé La baignoire/douche mais c'est un détail

• Kirsten (10/5): - Sehr modern und gute Lage zur Marina. Da im Souterrain kein Ausblick, aber für mich nicht relevant. Kindergarten ist nebenan,hat mich nicht gestört. Achtung, die gleiche Straße gibt es in Athen nochmal,also immer Alimos mit eingeben. Efi hat mir telefonisch geholfen bei der Haussuche, ganz herzlichen Dank!

She made the apartment available for early check in, let us know to reach out with any needs and was quick to respond with all communication. The apartment was clean, well furnished and comfortable. It is close to both the bus and tram lines as well as the beach and marina.

It has some great restaurants nearby and the whole area has a relaxing vibe. The host was very nice, accommodating and helpful.

• Helen (9/5): A most enjoyable stay that was close to the beach, shops and tram line! - The property was tastefully decorated, spotless and had everything we needed. It was close to Kalamaki Beach and the tram line. It is a spacious apartment and equipped for those wanting a medium to long stay.

• Mr Haddad (9/5): - Lägenheten var fin och välstädat, det mesta fanns i lägeheten. Bra position och nära till allt inklusiv havet. Ägaren var snäll och hjälpsam och svarar på frågor snabbt.

• Aykut (9/5): It’s right in the center of everything. - First of all, a big thank you to Efi — she has been the best host I’ve ever had! Efi checked in almost every day to see if I needed anything via message. To get here from the airport, you can take the X96 bus to the coast, and the house is just three streets up from the seaside, very close to public transportation. The apartment was very clean and lovely. Since it’s on the ground floor, it stayed cool most of the time, so there was rarely a need to use the air conditioning. The public beach nearby was really beautiful — perfect for those who enjoy swimming in the morning. Also, there are all kinds of shops, pharmacies, restaurants, and cafés in the area.

• Georgios (10/5): Excellent Location close to Athenian Ribiera - I had an absolutely wonderful stay !! The location is stunning—peaceful yet close enough to the heart off Kalamaki / Alimos center and the beautiful beach area! The area offers breathtaking views of the sea, beautiful beach, and charming cafes and restaurants. The accommodation itself was incredibly comfortable. Everything was well thought out, from the cozy bed and modern amenities to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. I especially appreciated the hospitality—our host was gracious, responsive, and went out of their way to make our stay smooth and memorable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic escape with a touch of elegance. I’ll definitely be coming back!

• Qarinah (8/5): Very good - The apartment was in a great location! We went with our daughter and had a great time. Shops, restaurants and a park very close by. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

• Mustafa (2/5): Very poor - The room is stuffy and humid, entrances and exits are problematic, you have to go down one floor with your suitcase, the elevator does not work, the bed sheets and towels are bad, they should be white, there are no spare towels, the bathroom is very narrow and unusable, I would not want to stay in this house again, it is definitely not a suitable house for booking.
• Daiana (10/5): Lovely well situated apartment - Lovely apartment, well situated. Close to the beach. Close to the tramway and bus for downtown. It has terraces and balconies all around the apartment, to eat or drink outside, while admiring a charming and quiet neighborhood. The owner was really nice and helpful. Easy selfcheckin.

TV with Netflix use your own connection was a plus. Walking distance to beach and good transport options. Spar supermarket which delivers so that was handy No lift access and u have to walk up 2 floors of windy stairs although the owner takes your luggage up in her indoor lift

• Irma (10/5): Perfect - I really liked this apartment. Since I was alone, I felt safe because all the shutters in the apartment close and are electric. The apartment is fantastic, with three terraces. The location is great, as it’s close to cafes and restaurants, and there is an electric train to get to the city center. Overall, I liked everything, maybe I just had trouble finding a parking spot after 5 PM, but I guess that’s the case everywhere in Athens.

• Ioana (10/5): A very pleasant experience - Cozy, pleasant apartment, fully equipped. The kitchen has almost everything one needs (bigger towels and a dish rack would be useful though). The bed was very comfortable. The apartment has 2 balconies and a nice, big terrace (some sun blinds would make them usable during the day). All in all a very pleasant experience. The bathroom is tiny and needs a little renovation. The apartment is placed at the 2nd floor, a bit difficult to access without a lift (elevator).

• _sim (9/5): Lovely stay - The apartment was big enough, had everything you needed, was clean and the host was really nice and helpful. The location was also good, close to the beach (what we actually wanted) and shps and restaurants. The bathroom was too little. Not that it's a problem, but the undersink cupboad and oversink cupboar were too big, which didn't leave much room. You couldn't sit properly on the toilet and also hit your head when washing your face or brushing your teeth. We are quite tall people, so probably this was the problem. :)

• Brian (10/5): Excellent stay in Alimos - Tastefully furnished apartment in a great neighborhood. Great cafes, bakeries and several supermarkets in walking distance. 5-10 minute walk to Alimos marina. Loved the automatic blinds for blocking out the sun, the three balconies and the small, but well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom is a bit tiny, but you get used to it :) The owner was lovely and super responsive.
• Philip (3/5): Had to check out after the first night as the apartment was in the basement with poor air quality. - WARNING! This apartment is in the basement, there is a lack of fresh air to ventilate it, it can get very humid and dank, although there is an air condition you would need to have it on permanently which is not great. This is the biggest issue with the apartment and for me made me check out after the first night, there is no refund policy and the host did not care that they did not advertise that it was a basement apartment and refused any sort of refund. Very disappointing!

• Ανδριάννα (7/5): Comfortable apartment but the wifi issues didn’t allow us to work - The bed was super comfortable and it had a kitchen and sofa! There was a lot of sunscreen, shampoo and conditioner available too. The wifi didn’t work at all for the whole duration of our stay so be aware of that. Also there was only one toilet roll available at the property so we had to go and get some more. Quite hard to contact the owner.

There is a small express market nearby and a good coffee shop right next to it. Lots of nice restaurants. The owner is very nice and we felt welcomed. She was very caring, polite and friendly. Everything was great!

• Brown (10/5): Peaceful, clean and kindest owner. - Efi, the landlord is one of the kindest owners out there. She was there if you needed anything and was very accommodating. For an basement apartment, it was lovely to relax and do work in. There is not that would make it better. For a holiday accommodation it is perfect. It very close to the beach, as well as the public transport of the bus/tram going into the centre. The plus is at night it is quiet and peaceful, so you would have a peaceful sleep.
• Helene (10/5): Perfect in every way - Fantastic apartment. Very spacious. Very nice decor/ well appointed. Very clean. Plenty of place for clothes. It had everything I needed. It felt very much like a home - it was a pleasure to come back to after a day out. Very comfortable bed (not too hard). 3 fantastic balconies - one mainly for drying clothes, one off the bedroom with a small table and 2 chairs, and one very big one off the living room with a dining table and 4 chairs. Very good location - close to the beach, close to busses, trams, and airport bus, and close to shops/cafees/restaurants. But in a very quiet residential area, so no noise/traffic noise at night; I slept well with the balcony door open. Easy check-in/check-out (in person) and very good communication with owner.

The coffee machine was not cleaned with old coffee left. The AC is placed just above the bed. The studio is in the basement thus almost no light. The TV had poor streaming. There are some ants in the bathroom. There was a lot of dust under the bed.
