• Ursula (8/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit Haken - Die Wohnungen sind gut geschnitten und ideal für eine Einzelperson oder zu zweit. Die Lage ist sehr gut mit vielen Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Praktisch ist die Waschmaschine und das zur Verfügung gestellte Waschpulver für jede Wohneinheit. Ebenso hat es eine gute Heizung für die Wintermonate, was sehr angenehm ist. Die Wohnungen sind im Verhältnis zu anderen Wohneinheiten in der Umgebung günstig. Ich war viele Male da, da meine Schule in der Nähe ist. Leider klappt das Check in nicht immer ohne Probleme. Der Lift ist einmal in der Woche defekt, was mühsam ist, wenn man mit Gepäck in die oberen Wohnungen muss. Die Sauberkeit ist sehr unterschiedlich, sie scheinen viel Wechsel beim Personal zu haben. In der Zwischenzeit stellen sie nicht mal mehr eine Flasche Wasser zur Verfügung, was mühsam sein kann bei Ankunft spät abends. Viele benutzen die Treppe grad beim Haus in den wärmeren Monaten zum Verweilen, was zu grösseren Lärm Emissionen führen kann.

Νιώθαμε μεγάλη ασφάλεια μέσα στο σπίτι. Δυστυχώς μύριζαν άσχημα τα σεντόνια του κρεβατιού και τα ίδια τα μαξιλάρια. Είχαν μεν δεύτερο σετ να αλλάξουμε μόνοι μας, αλλά δυστυχώς και αυτά μύριζαν κάπως άβολα.

• Nahida Rahman (2/5): This was our 5th stay here and unfortunately not one of the best compared to previous stays - 1. Apartments always match photos of the apartment booked, and this is easy to distinguish by the furniture and design. This time we stayed in 401. 2. Climate control system is very good and hot water is always available (which is not always the case with other properties in Athens where you have to pre-heat the water beforehand) 3. When we asked for more coffees, they sent some more the next day (although only a few which didnt last our stay) This was our 5th stay here and unfortunately not one of the best compared to previous stays which were significant better. The level of customer service and care will depend on which Camelia you have. 1. The biggest issue we had with this stay is that the elevator/lift was not working and there were no staff to support with bags whilst the apartment given was on the fourth floor. My husband injured his back bringing up heavy luggage to the 4th floor. This is completely unacceptable and whilst we understand things break down, the elevator also did not work on our 1st stay with the property back in December so this seems to be an ongoing issue rather than an isolated incident. 2. The kitchen roll provided was very light and with a baby we ended up having to go and buy another roll. In the past we have requested new kitchen rolls and it was a bit of an ordeal back and forth to get that particular Camelia to agree to send up another, so we could not be asked for the back and forth argument and bought our own from the store. 3. Some basic things are lacking in the apartment compared to other apartments we have stayed in for example the knife was very blunt and did not cut the food nicely and very small cooking pots. 4. Other hotels we have stayed in offer late check-out service but it's our 5th stay and never available for us even when we message on the morning of check-out. With a baby, it is helpful to have compassionate staff in the properties we stay in not cold staff members who are unwilling to take care of loyal returning customers. 5. Although additional coffees were provided, it was only a few more which did not cover our whole stay so I had to go to AB and buy some more. Previously we have been given enough coffees to cover our full stays.

• Antonina (8/5): Für kurzen Aufenthalt prima, wenn man auch gut zu Fuß ist - Alles sehr modern und sauber und tolle Aussicht auf der Dachterrasse. Alles was man braucht ist da und ist gut ausgestattet Nur dass es recht hellhörig ist und man sowohl das Liebesspiel von nebenan, als auch die kleinen Kinder 2 Appartements weiter sehr gut hört.

• Oleksii (9/5): Загалом все сподобалось, але є що вдосконавлювати - Для тих, хто прагне вражень, подорожей та насолодитись місцевим урбаністичним колоритом цього чудового міста - локація проживання супер! Поруч багато локальних продуктових магазинів (з різним графіком роботи), безліч ресторанів та кафе з різним ціновим діапазоном, сервісом та різноманітністю меню, близкість до зупинок громадського транспорту (5-12 хвилин пішки), який рухається за розкладом. Не настільки шумно, як в локаціях, наближених до історичних пам'яток. Приємна ціна за проживання. Окрім одноразових тапочок все є: побутова хімія для миття посуду та прання, достатня кількість рушників та посуду, кава, чай, цукор та спеції тощо. Є доступ до тераси на даху з місцями для відпочинку. Достатньо ретельно прибрано. Надзвичайно незручні подушки, але це індивідуально та, можливо, це було лише в наших апартаментах. Відсутні одноразові тапочки. Є труднощі із користуванням ліфтом при підйомі з нульового поверху. Напіввідкрита душова кабіна. Відсутність можливості комунікації з адміністрацією у звиклих месенджерах.
• Nahida Rahman (4/5): Fourth stay here - the first one that has been an extremely disappointing experience. - This is our 4th stay at this property, this time staying in Room 203. 1. The photos they show on Booking.com when selecting the apartment is accurate, and having stayed in 4 different rooms I can honestly say each room has matched the photos (can be confirmed by wall art and wall paper and structure of apartment). 2. Heating and AC as always works brilliantly, and you can use as you please with no extra costs. Other apartments in Athens have leaky heaters and AC Units but each stay at Strefi has shown excellent climate control facilities. 3. Hot water is available all the time - this is another plus point as a lot of properties in Athens require water tank to be heated for some time before we can use. 4. The apartment itself was very spacious and we managed to lay down play mats for our baby to crawl and practice her physio exercises. 5. When we requested more coffees, the host kindly sent us more. Plus olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar is all available for use in the kitchen. Unfortunately, this was the first stay where we were extremely dissapointed with the service from the host and the value for money. 1. The kettle was broken so on the first day we had no kettle at all. Bearing in mind we came for a short 2 day trip and we have a baby (which we told the host) this was unacceptable as it meant that whole first day we had to use the stove to heat our baby's milk. Although the host did send a new kettle the next morning, we were only there for 2 days so did not have a kettle for half our stay. 2. The stove/cooker in apartment 203 was not good at all. Out of 4 stays, this is the first time we encountered a poorly working electric cooker with only 2 hobs, both of which took a significantly long time just to heat up a small pot of water. Every other apartment had electric cooker that were bigger with 4 working hobs and they worked brilliantly but this particular apartment's cooker was extremely slow and poor working condition. 3. We requested a late check-out around 1PM because our flight was at 4PM, so the extra comfort with a baby would have been so valuable. The host claimed the room was booked and so she needed us to leave at 11AM for cleaning. The same room was available to book on Booking.com so was really dissapointing to find the host in a blatant lie. When I questioned this she said she was happy to give a free late check-out but she had a reservation but I noted Booking.com showed the room as available. A bit of honesty and compassion to your loyal returning guests would go a long way to keeping a good relationship, especially as due to the lack of value staying on this occassion with things like no kettle for half our stay. Camelia M from our first stay is excellent, every other Camelia I have encountered during my stays requires extensive training in customer service.

Όσες φορές χρειάστηκαμε κάτι από το προσωπικό ήταν όλοι πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Ίσως δεν λειτουργεί πάντα σωστά το ασανσέρ. Αλλά όχι κάτι τρομερό.

• Naomi (9/5): Ein tolles Apartment für mehrere Tage in einem coolen Viertel - Das Apartment hatte einen schönen Balkon, auf dem man toll die Sonne genießen konnte. Auch die Dachterrasse hatte einen tollen Blick über die Stadt. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und das Apartment war für zwei Leute schön groß und hell. Das Viertel hat uns auch gut gefallen. Es haben nur Lappen und Handtücher für die Küche gefehlt, um die Oberflächen abzuwischen und Waschmittel wär auch super gewesen.
• BAYA (6/5): Sejour agreable à Athenes - Appartement agreable, rénové, une belle terrasse, des commerces (boulangerie ) au pied de l’immeuble. Bon accueil de Camelia. Il n’y avait pas de vestiaire ni de ceintres. Un seul meuble à étageres ouvertes dans la chambre insuffisante pour ranger les affaires de 2 personnes. Aucune armoire pour ranger les vetements pour 2 personnes . Aucun meuble pour ranger les valises. Pas d’armoire. Pas de chiffon pour essuyer la vaisselle. Tres peu de vaisselle pour cuisiner ( 1 casserole , 1 poele) Le logement N° 100 est situé au niveau de la route et le bruit fait vibrer les fenêtres . Le bruit de la circulation des motos gêne pour se reposer , surtout en soirée et la nuit jusqu’à minuit.

• Lars (1/5): - When we booked the accommodation, the pictures showed a balcony. When we arrived, it turned out there wasn’t a balcony. Even worse, when you open the windows, you are actually at street level, meaning people can just look inside, even though the apartment is on the second floor of the building. In addition, the neighbourhood is very busy and noisy. We tried to cancel the accommodation for free, but the owner did not approve the request. Therefore, we cancelled the booking and went to another location.

Ayrıca evin çok yakınına park ettiyseniz Cumartesi günleri pazar kuruluyor. Arabanız orada kalabilir buna dikkat. Bir de ev genel olarak temiz olmasına rağmen , yastıkların durumu hiç hoş değildi.

В номері чисто й затишно, обладнанο всіма потрібними приладами, продумано до дрібниць. Єдине побажання - щоб душ закривався склом повністю, проте це не створило якоїсь проблеми. Відпустка пройшла просто чудово, дякую власникам! Нехай все вдається, ще повернусь до вас обов'язково!

• Nahida Rahman (8/5): 3rd time staying... wonderful apartment... we will stay again for our next business trip - This our 3rd time staying. The property itself was wonderful. We stayed in 101 this time. I've listed the positives: 1. Climate control in bedroom and lounge - this is a massive pro for us because we travel a lot for business and our baby was born premature and often travels with us so being able to keep the room cool enough or warm enough for her comfort is so important for us. Strefi Suites have excellent facilities with regards to this. 2. We have used the self-check in 3 times now and have no had any issues at all. Clear instructions are provided and codes are easy to use. 3. The property was clean. 4. There are streaming services available. 5. Extra pillows, blankets and towels are provided in the laundry cupboard which is brilliant for longer stays. 6. When booking, the apartment selected matches the photos exactly. We have seen this all 3 times of staying and have been very happy. 7. Whilst there was an issue convincing the staff member straight away, we were able to get more coffees when requested. 8. A baby cot was provided even though our request was last minute and we did not expect it could happen, Camelia managed to work some magic and provide this. Thank you so much. This would have been a list with suggestions as opposed to anything negative to say, but unfortunately when we requested more coffees and a kitchen roll, "Camelia" was quite rude and dismissive at first and said there should be enough for our stay and tissues under the sink. First of all, there were only 4 capsules provided (same as all our other stays) but secondly, we didnt have any issues with "Camelia M or D" when we requested more the first two stays. When I replied and told Camelia I had no issues my first two stays with getting more coffee capsules and if it was an issue I would happily go out and buy some of our own, she reluctantly send someone up with another 4 capsules and a new kitchen roll. This experience should not happen. That being said, the other two Camelia puts their heart and soul into the work and they should not be judged badly based on the actions of another with the same name. To improve: 1. Staff need to be trained to be as friendly, efficient and kind as Camelia M. This would push to 9/10. 2. This was NOT an issue for us as a lack of dishwasher is clearly stated when booking but as guests are required to wash dishes this additional item would give 10/10.

• Elias (4/5): Disappointing stay! - The apartment itself was good, though it appeared larger in the images. Still, it was sufficient for us as a family with two kids. The location is nice, with many supermarkets, restaurants, and bars nearby, and it's about a 20-minute walk to the center of Monastiraki and Ermo Street. If you have a car, be aware that finding street parking can be a bit challenging. We did encounter several issues during our stay. On the first night, we didn't have hot water, which the owner fixed by the next evening. The sink was also clogged, causing water to back up until it was fixed. There was also a drain that dripped water onto the floor. The apartment had a balcony, but we discovered it was shared with the adjacent apartment. When we contacted the owner, she claimed she didn't know and had to check with the building to verify this information, which we found weird. The bedroom wasn't particularly clean, and the bed was, in my opinion, the worst I've ever slept on—not comfortable at all. The walls aren't soundproof, so we could hear the neighbors and the water flowing during showers. The apartment was on the third floor, and on two separate occasions, the elevator was out of order. When you have kids and a stroller, it's incredibly difficult to deal with after a long, tiring day. Despite all these challenges, the owner promised us a discount, but nothing materialized even after we contacted her several times. She blamed Booking, and after some difficulty reaching Booking, they, in turn, blamed her for not responding. After several days, the issue was escalated to a supervisor, and we finally received a refund of €10 for our five-night stay, despite all the problems we faced. Honestly, I don't recommend either the apartment or the booking process!

• Aikaterini (7/5): - Το κατάλυμα είχε πολύ καλές παροχές. Δεν συναντήσαμε ποτέ κανέναν απο το προσωπικο στο κατάλυμα. Αυτό μας δημιουργούσε μια ανασφάλεια και έκανε το χώρο απρόσωπο και αφιλόξενο. Η τοποθεσία είναι ακατάλληλη για οικογένεια. Στο σκαλιά δίπλα στο κατάλυμα μαζεύονται τα βραδια παρέες που προκαλούν ένα σχετικό φόβο όταν περνάς.

• Nahida Rahman (8/5): 2nd time staying - good stay, not as excellent as first time but would stay again - 1. Property looks exactly like photos. 2. Very clean especially bathroom. 3. Self check-in makes it very easy and hassle free 4. When I requested additional coffees from Camelia, she kindly provided more. 5. There was a delay with communication before checking in which Camelia said was the fault of Booking.com but when checking out Camelia M kindly allowed us an extra half hour which made up for the time missed and allowed our baby to sleep in without being disturbed for that extra 30 minutes. This was our second stay in this property, this time in apartment 201. Much better than apartment 102 because it was quieter and the bathroom was better designed so the toilet did not get splashed while showering which was great. 1. The wooden bed slats kept falling so my husband had to keep fixing them every morning. This did not happen in the first property we stayed in. 2. There is no dishwasher like the other properties (whether there is or isnt is clearly outlined before booking so this wasnt an issue) but considering we have to wash the dishes before leaving the property, dishwashers should ideally be provided. 3. In this particular apartment (201) Amazon Prime, Disney and Netflix did not work. We did not mind too much because it was a short business trip but if we stay longer we would have called the host to fix it.

• Mateusz (10/5): Wszystko było ok. - Piękny apartament w samym sercu fajnej dzielnicy. W sobotę odbywa się lokalny targ dosłownie pod oknami co jest świetną okazją na kupienie świeżych smacznych rzeczy. Apartament czysty i posiada wszystko co jest potrzebne. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem / osobą opiekującą się mieszkaniem. Zawszę byli pomocni w kontakcie. Bardzo blisko centrum i blisko komunikacji. Mieliśmy inny apartament zarezerwowany ale niestety wystąpiły problemy z zalaniem i rezerwacja została odwołana ale zaproponowano nam inny apartament z tej samej firmy w tej samej cenie co poprzedni co było bardzo miłe i pomocne. Dziękujemy za pobyt. Wszystko było ok.
