• Stefan (10/5): - Wir waren mit einer Mädelsgruppe (7 Mädels) und es war perfekt für uns. Wohnzimmer, Bad, Küche, Schlafzimmer, alles in einem Raum kombiniert, genau richtig. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen. Wer es ruhiger mag, vor allem nachts, der sollte sich ein bisschen außerhalb was suchen.

• Emil (10/5): Great and quiet apartment with a great location! - Very comfortable and spacious apartment with a great location - a walking distance from the Athens Agora and Acropol, with 2 metro stations which are also very close. The host was very helpful and caring. The rooftop garden was great for a calm breakfast and dinner. We had a great stay! The beds were too comfy/soft for our taste but nevertheless we had great sleep.

Muy limpio, céntrico, una decoración muy agradable, camas amplias y cómodas y aunque había visto reseñas que se quejaban del ruido, en nuestro caso sólo oímos algun coche pasar. Nos hemos alojado 5 personas y hemos tenido espacio más que suficiente. La cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario y el baño también (tres secadores, geles de baño, champú, toalla...). El apartamento tiene bomba de aire caliente y frío, así que es perfecta para cualquier época y, en general, cuenta con un montón de detalles (incluso zapatillas de estar por casa, por citar alguno). Theo es una anfitrión excelente. El segundo día le cocomunicamos que una de las cafeteras (había dos) no funcionaba y salió inmediatamente a comprar una nueva y nos la instaló, también nos recibió a la llegada y ha estado pendiente de nosotras en todo momento, por si necesitábamos cualquier cosa. Además, la casa cuenta con una terraza compartida, con vistas espectaculares y súper agradable. El apartamento está a 15/20 minutos andando de todos los sitios turísticos, o sea que perfecta la ubicación. En resumen, una estancia 10 y si algún día volvemos a Atenas, repetiremos seguro. nada, todo ha sido perfecto.

• Saga_ban (9/5): - The location and apartment layout gave us a feeling on being on a trip with friends when we were in school From the listing it was not apparent that the apartment layout mean no proper bedrooms. While we managed to make it work, we were a gender mixed group of friends in their 30s so not having privacy or rooms or shower doors was a little inconvenient.

• Karen (9/5): Fabulous hidden gem in ancient Athens - The apartment was really spacious, well laid out, modern, and quite unique. There was plenty of space for our teenage family to coexist without being on top of each other. Although it is almost one room living (except for the bathroom area), there still was some level of privacy. The attention to detail was great, with extra touches such as toothbrushes, toiletries, coffee, wine, and hairdriers. Everything you could need was there. We had booked the hot tub for our first day into the evening. The roof area was awesome, with plenty of seating, shade, and planting, and with a partial view of the Acropolis. We were provided with specific towels to use for this area, which was another great addition. The apartment was so close to all the ancient areas of Athens, along with many choices of places to eat and drink, very pretty area, just ignore the graffiti that just adds to the charm. All in all, it was a fantastic base to start our holiday! The only downside was the air-conditioning wasn't very efficient, but it didn't spoil our mini break.

• Tom (9/5): Great place, good vibes and host is very friendly! - The location is perfect near all the bars in the nicest part of Athens. The jacuzzi with sunset views on the roof terrace is amazing. Its 50 a night and we even got 1 night for free. Everyday cleaning was REALLY nice, thanks for that! Would be nice if the nespresso cups were restocked every day, nothing more to complain!

It's spacious and has a very cool interior with super comfortable Cocomat beds and absolutely everything you need to feel at home. We booked the parking space with an electric charger right in the building and the rooftop hot tub separately and absolutely enjoyed both. Thanks Theo for being a great host and the very friendly communication! We'd love to come back!

Luggage storage was a bit complicated, only because we didn’t receive the code via email (as per the instructions on the storage room), but we were eventually able to get the code via booking messages.

• Markus (10/5): An unique loft in a perfect position - It’s a very special loft apartment, in an amazing position. The hosts are doing anything to make your stay unique. Everything is well equipped, specially the kitchen. They even stored the fridge which water and wine, but also with everything you need for a breakfast, even with a six pack of eggs. Thank you very much for making our stay so special! It’s actually absolutely great for families. If there is anything negative, it’s obviously connected to the great position. It can be a little bit noisy at night. So if you are very noise sensitive, take some earplugs with you.

• Ilka (10/5): A special place in the heart of lively Psyri. - The location is great! Everything is just a few minutes walk away. It’s in the heart of Psyri and little bars and restaurants are all around. The accommodation is decorated with such great love to every little detail and it gives an instant feeling of being home. The hosts do care for the environment, therefore the water is heated with solar energy which lead in our case that the water wasn’t super hot in the shower but we didn’t mind. The mattresses were a dream! Coffeemakers in every shape and size were at hand and the kitchen was so well equipped. We also loved the roof top terrace with the sideway view of the Acropolis. We loved everything! Especially the three cats being around were the stars for the kids. Be aware, the property isn’t easy accessible and you have to carry your bag to the second floor.
