• Anastasia (10/5): Υπέροχη διαμονή - Ηταν άνετο διαμέρισμα με όλα τα απαραίτητα, από τηγάνια, κατσαρόλες μέχρι ασεσουαρ, πλυντήριο κτλ ιδανικό αν κάτσει κανείς πολλές μέρες! Εχει πόρτα ασφαλείας, ενώ το κτίριο διαθέτει συναγερμό κάμερες. Οι ένοικοι της πολυκατοικίας ήταν ευγενέστατοι. Το αγαπημένο σημείο μας ήταν ο κήπος :)

• Sofia (10/5): Ανετη και ευχαριστη διαμονη στη Γλυφαδα σε ενα ευρυχωρο καταλυμα - Ο κος Πέτρος και η γυναικα του ηταν πολύ ευγενικοι και επαγγελματιες. Μας εκαναν να αισθανθουμε ανετα απο την πρωτη στιγμη. Η διαδικασια της αφιξης και αναχωρησης μας ηταν λειτουργική και γρηγορη. Το σπιτι παρειχε τα παντα για μια ανετη διαμονη, ηταν ευρυχωρο, ευχαριστο, σε εξαιρετικη τοποθεσια σε σχεση με τα μεσα δημοσια μεσα μεταφορας και ευηλιο. Θα ξαναμεινουμε σιγουρα στο 'Anna's relaxing dream house οσες φορες επισκεφτουμε την Αθηνα και θα το προτεινουμε σε οσους χρειαστουν διαμονη στην Γλυφαδα! Ευχαριστουμε πολυ και παλι! Ηταν ολα εξαιρετικα!

• Eric (5/5): As long as you keep the rules of the unit, you will be fine. - Didn’t have to go up stairs as it was ground level. Compact unit. Modest price. Lack of clear communication with host. Host was kind when we told them about the break-in but it was jarring to have happen to my parents who have not traveled much. We were not made aware that the reason we needed to close our blinds was for burglary. We thought it was for climate control. My father is hard of hearing so the host may have mentioned to him to close it, but it was not posted anywhere inside the unit. Several hundred dollars of items were stolen. The host didn’t ask us to pay for the broken glass door, but neither did he offer a Refund for our stay or for the items stolen.

• Siobhan (9/5): Superb - Apartment was very clean. Amazing comfortable bed! Kitchen was well equipped. Shower was good too. Good location, supermarket and chemist less than 5min walk away. When I booked, I asked for late check out because I had a night flight, I was told yes then when I messaged the evening before I was due to check out, I was told I could no longer avail of a late check out. If I didn't message that evening I would have not been told. Because of the notice I could not arrange other accommodation for a night. It also cost me more money on transport to airport because I wasn't able to give 24hr notice for cancelling my pre-booked taxi for that evening. I went to the airport that morning instead.

There was no toaster to toast the bread although there was a sandwich maker. Clean bathroom, clean bedroom, clean living room. All good. I don’t think there is anything negative to say about the property.

• Manolakos (8/5): Pleasant Stay With Comfortable Accommodations - The property was updated and had a modern feel to it. It was clean and spacious. The staff was helpful with an accommodating check-in/check-out time. It was located a bit further than I expected from Glyfada square, and a short car ride was needed to get there. The A/C didn’t work as effectively or as powerful as I would have expected.

• Agnes (10/5): An apartment that has everything to feel at home. - It's a very nice apartment, cosy and it has everything you can wish. At first glance it is a little bit dark but on a hot and sunny day this is just what you need to relax! There are little shops, cafes and bus stops nearby. The beach is 15 minutes walking distance. I will recommend it to my friends for sure.
• Monique (1/5): Ann’s dream house nightmare Starting Peter I recorded the conversation - Location PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE anyone from America or any other countries do not rent from this man Peter. Me and my husband booked Ann’s dream house from March 5, through March 11, 2024 Peter seemed to be very helpful and pleasant in the beginning to the point my husband and Peter discussed us paying in advance in cash to come back to stay for 7 more days in which my husband agreed and gave this man money in cash. (I didn’t trust him from the beginning) When we returned on the day March 14, 2024 Peter decided to double book and told us that he did so at the very last minute after driving 2 hours back from Nafplion to Glyfada. He then told us he was at work like we’re on his time…and he would return our money on Sunday…..My husband is Greek American so he’s pretty much a very laid back guy and not confrontational. I told PETER I want our money back today I was not on his time or his Money… had I not stuck up for our rights I do believe he would have Kept our Money and gave us the runaround. He then told my husband after we met with him to receive our money back that he didn’t like the way I spoke to him like we are living in medieval times….in which I said Peter doesn’t have a leg to stand on after being dishonest, Greedy and Money hungry. If we didn’t have money to rebook other accommodation’s we would have been screwed… So please don’t

Very comfortable, large bed, a lovely shower room, with a washing machine, Air conditioning, WiFi, kitchen with large fridge and everything you might need as a base for exploring the area. • Fodor (4/5): Disappointing - Location is not safe. My bags and my husband's wallet were thrown on the bed after searching them. Fortunately there was no money or cards in them. The rest of the apartment was not disturbed in the search for the thieves, all the things in the equipment being in place. A strange aspect is that although there were other personal valuables (laptop, fourth watch, etc.) They were not taken. The day after the event, the owner changed the lock at the front door. Unfortunately, the fear we went through compromised our entire stay.... I recommend to this property the purchase of a safety deposit box with cipher, respectively the installation of cameras on the outside for safety, this block being the only one in the area that does not have the entrance to the yard closed with a gate, as all blocks in the area have.

• Elad (10/5): Amazing place to stay - This is an amazing small apartment in a quiet area in Glyfada not far from the Golf course. The owner were super friendly and helpful and waited for us in the apartment. Beds were comfy, shower great and super clean. It is about 10-15 minutes walk from the beach area and the center of town. Highly recommended!
