We chose this apartment mainly for the view it advertised, but unfortunately there was construction work going on that completely blocked the view, we couldn’t see the Acropolis at all. There was also significant noise and dust from the construction, which made it less enjoyable. While the apartment was overall okay, the cleanliness could have been better. The kitchen didn’t seem properly cleaned (there were stains), the bathroom towels were not very clean, and there was noticeable dust in the room. The windows were also very dirty, which was disappointing, especially since we booked the place for the view. Additionally, the WiFi did not work properly at times, which was inconvenient. We also had a flight change and requested a late check-out. Although we informed them two days after check-in, our request was declined due to scheduled cleaning. We felt there could have been a bit more flexibility in this situation.
• Kayleigh (6/5): Great view but needs work - Incredible view of the Acropolis, great location, nice kitchen I fell through the bed when I first sat down on it as the slats weren't long enough for the frame- dangerous for someone more frail as it bloody hurt! The towel rail also fell down during our stay and the entrance is a bit derelict.

• Annelise (5/5): Elendig information om nøgleboks og ingen hjælp fra firmaet - Beliggenheden var fin, ganske vist i en meget urolig gade, og i et uroligt område, men lejligheden vendte ud mod Akropolis, så der var formidabel udsigt og ingen larm fra gaden. Ankomsten gik helt galt. Vi fik at vide, at nøgleboksen var til venstre. Det passede ikke. At der stod 3 på den. Det passede heller ikke, og at der stod Mint. Også forkert. Vi kunne altså ikke komme ind. Før nogle beboere forbarmede sig over os og hjalp. Vi kunne ikke komme i kontakt med firmaet, for der var lukket. En meget frustrerende oplevelse. Et nummer til en nødtelefon havde været godt at have. Der var dobbeltseng og en sovesofa, stod der. Men sofaen var ca 50 cm bred, altså alt for smal.

• William (10/5): A Comfortable Home Away From Home - The apartment is comfortable and well appointed. You very quickly feel very much at home. The location could not be better to see the best of Athens.

The most memorable thing is the million dollar view of the Acropolis. It wasn’t a problem but when we first arrived entering the building on ground floor you may think to yourself. Where have we booked in , as it is not your fancy entry that most people are used to , but once entering the apartment was all good
• Karen (1/5): Don't waste your money - Apart from The Acropolis view, nothing else Dirty, derelict building, no daily service, no spare towels, no water, no coffee, leaking taps and toilet, filthy curtains.
• Simone (8/5): Great location, but lots of improvements - The flst is central, perhaps in the best locations for tourists, between monastiraki and psirri. Lovely view on the acropolis. Couldn't have asked for more The facilities were very poor. The whole flat is in pretty bad conditions, it was pretty dirty when I got In, the couch full of stains (I would put a cover on it or some kind of blanket), the curtains, the puff chairs. Also quite dusty on the floor. The bathroom and kitchen area were very clean though. Also, no soap for the dishes, no towel for the kitchen, nothing to put the soap in the shower. Very little adjustments could make this flat much better and the stay cozier and more comfortable.

• Ana-marija (5/5): Nice apartment but poorly managed - It's a nicely decorated, big apartment in a good area of Athens, and the view of the Acropolis is for sure nice to have. Well equipped overall, even though I didn't use the kitchen you could see there was everything you need. While the bedroom part is only separated by a curtain it wasn't an issue for me and it actually was a nice/interesting touch. Really struggled with the check-in. The instructions were not well-put in the email, extremely confusing- almost seemed that they had copy-pasted the wrong message from a different property. I had written in advance to let the agency know my flight was delayed and they confirmed the changes in check in time, yet no one was vigilant enough to pick up a call when I arrived. Ridiculous that they cannot be reached via whatsapp/viber but instead you have to call a Greek number too. I was trying to get in touch with them for 45 minutes while in front of the building, which is not ok, especially since they should have been expecting me! No answer via booking either, really disappointing. When they finally picked up they were polite and helped solve the issue very quickly, but didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. As if that wasn't enough, the apartment wasn't clean - I found (what was clearly) someone else's hair all over the couch, spider webs, and to top it off - I actually cut my foot stepping on a piece of broken glass!! Even if not necessarily old, half of the things in the apartment are broken or malfunctioning, like the showerhead, a lamp, old AC, etc. I expect a lot more from a place that charges the same as a hotel. Might be worth considering if you're staying for a longer period of time, but I would avoid if it's for a couple of days.
• Rafaelia (1/5): Awful - They sent us an email with all of the information the day before our arrival. We arrived in Athens in the afternoon and we arranged it from the previous day that we will come at 5-6pm. We went there and we searched for the keys but they weren’t in the key box. I called to the phone that was given and we waited for 8-9 minutes in order for them to answer. When they answered we told them that we were waiting for the keys. They talked to the owner and then they told us that we had to go get the keys from their office. Of course we said no because the keys were supposed to be there. After an hour they sent us the keys with a taxi. We went upstairs and we saw this.(photos) We called again and we waited for another 8 minutes for them to answer. We sent them the photos and they told us that the place was clean and they don’t understand what we are saying. They said that they were going to call a cleaning service and call us back. They never called us back! We left the room because it was dirty and there were no clean sheets for us to sleep. We had to pay for a different hotel and we didn’t get our money back. This happened the very first day of our vacations. It was an awful experience and I really think that you shouldn’t stay there. I’m never going back and to the lady that talked to us, we are all humans and we need at least a clean room to stay. We payed for it.
