Die Lage zu Geschäften und Lokalen ist nah und es ist auch einfach, mit der Bahn ins Zentrum nach Athen zu fahren. Wir können das Apartment sehr empfehlen. Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und stets als Ansprechpartner erreichbar. Er gab uns viele Informationen zum Aufenthalt.

The location is straight in the heart of Glyfada with shops and restaurants surrounding you. Additionally, Yiannis gave us a friendly contact for a moped that gave us access to absolutely everything, beaches, Athens itself! We chose Glyfada because we had a wedding in the region, it's a beautiful neighborhood! Thank you Yiannis for making our stay so comfortable!

Pictures you see on booking.com are from two apartments located at the same floor and not one apartment. I personally got a small apartment approx 40sq From pictures I had the expectation of a big apartment

Apartment was clean and there were welcome drinks available in the fridge which was nice. Host was nice to check in with us after the first night to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything. There was also a handy folder with tips on the apartment and activities to do in the area and restaurants to try as well, which we found very helpful. The bed mattress was a bit hard. In saying this, it was still comfortable and completely acceptable.

• Zhaohui (10/5): My sweet little home in Glyfada, I will come back again. - Best location, walking distance to many lovely restaurants and interesting shops, but no noise from the traffic, this is quite rare in Glyfada area which to me is very important. there’s a small grocery shop in two minutes walk which I liked a lot. I also liked the Apollonian Bakery nearby for their delicious vegetable salad and bread with salad, great taste and very good value for money. There are so many choices of food in this area, which I think is too good to be true. Yiannis is vey helpful, he is always happy and polite and ready to help. He organized a very reliable taxi driver at a reasonable price and provided us several free bottled drinks in the fridge , which is really a surprise😊The unit is equipped with everything you need, I especially appreciate the washing machine and the clothes rack, which made our stay very comfortable. • Georgios (10/5): Exceptional - A fantastic experience for all our family. The house was very clean, comfortable, had a huge balcony and all the amenities for a perfect stay. The host was extremely helpful and kind and all the instructions for checking in and out very simple. If you add on all these that house was minute walk to the center of Glyfada and so quit then we are talking about an idyllic place you should choose for your staying. Thank a lot and we will definitely see you in future.
• Roxana1321 (10/5): Exceptional - It is an excellent stay in Glyfada, perfect for visiting Athens or its surroundings. The apartment is located in a wonderful, safe neighborhood with many restaurants, coffee shops, and markets. It is easy to find parking spots and to get to Athens center by car. The apartment is perfect for a couple or a family. It is equipped with everything you need, clean, has a nice large terrace, a living room, and one bedroom. The host is extremely welcoming. We had perfect communication, received the best instructions for check-in, and were given a guide with everything you need to know about the area. It would be nice to have a heating solution for the autumn/winter period. There are radiators in the apartment, but we didn`t manage to make them work, although the overall atmosphere in the apartment was okay.

Extremely good location, plenty of places to eat and go out in surrounding areas and walking distance to the beach. Quiet (cannot hear outside noise). The host, Yiannis, was EXTREMELY accommodating- checking in with us if we needed anything. He also provided us with local tips and recommendations which were extremely helpful. We will definitely stay again if we visit Glyfada! Thank you.
• Michael (9/5): Definitely very comfortable & exceeded expectations. - The whole experience was exceptional which would warrant a 10. However a 10 is perfect suggesting nothing can be improved....that is never the case so marking 9.4 only gives me the option of specifying a 9. Yianiss' communication beforehand was excellent & the instructions for entry were very clear. The apartment was very clean and everything worked well. For my purposes on this visit, there were no other requirements. For a longer visit a washing machine would be a useful facility & Yiannis explained that he does have other apartments with a machine.

Yiannis is great host suggesting great local places to eat and easy instructions for self checkin. He organised a taxi for us to the airport. The apartment is super clean and we would definitely stay here again

• James (10/5): Coffee on the balcony in the sun .. what’s not to like - We spent a week here end of May into start of June , and can’t fault the apartment or the fantastic location that is rather upmarket with several designer shops and lots of restaurant’s. The area feels totally safe. Yiannis , was a perfect host, he offered to book taxi from the airport , met us at the apartment and showed us around, explained how the amenities in the flat worked and also a great overview of the surrounding area , also drink and restaurant recommendations. If you wish to stay in Glyfada or a place to base to tour Greece , then this is a perfect spot. All good.

Yiannis the host was exceptionally helpful in providing information on how to get around Athens as well providing manual. The property was well equipped with all facilities from bathroom to kitchen facilities with complimentary teas, coffee and Honey. The property is also close to mini market and restaurant/ cafes. Very clean and cozy apartment. Yiannis was also helpful in arranging all airport transfers. Extremely hospitable host and very responsive if needing message. I highly recommend and would definitely book again.

• Dejan (10/5): Great hospitality, good location, clean and has everything that is needed for a pleasant stay - The apartment location is good, it's not far from the main localities of Glyfada. Short walk distance from shopping malls, a 5-minute distance from the open market (happening on Thursdays), around 10 minutes distance from a large supermarket, and the sea. Also, public transport stops are nearby so it's very convenient. For the hospitality and don't have a better way to express myself than a great! Yiannis is a great host, he gives a great introduction, and some advice on what places to visit and he was very helpful during our stay. I never experienced better hospitality, and those small gestures gave us that our trip and vacation even more pleasant.
