• Chrysoula (4/5): - Η επιλογή έγινε βάση τοποθεσίας. Οπότε από αυτή τη σκοπιά ήταν όλα καλά. Η πολυκατοικία ήταν παλιά, χωρίς ηχομόνωση και με αρκετή φασαρία. Καταλαβαίνω ότι για αυτό δεν ευθύνεται ο/η ιδιοκτήτης και δεν μπορεί να το αλλάξει. Αλλά η καθαριότητα, η παλιά κουβέρτα, τα πιάτα κλπ που ήταν ακουμπισμένα κάτω απτό νεροχύτη με έκαναν να μη θέλω να τα χρησιμοποιήσω.

Ανακαινισμένο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα, με το βασικό εξοπλισμό (σίδερο, πιστολάκι για μαλλιά, καφετιέρα, βραστήρα, αερόθερμο) και πλήρη αξιοποίηση του χώρου. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ ευγενικός και κατατοπιστικός. Μικρό διαμέρισμα (ειδικά η κουζίνα και το μπάνιο. Στο μπάνιο και στο νιπτήρα δεν υπάρχει καθόλου χώρος για να αφήσει κάποιος ούτε την οδοντόβουρτσα..

• Apostolos (9/5): - Σε πολύ καλό σημείο με εύκολο σχετικά πάρκινγκ. Καθαρό και περιποιημένο. Πολύ μικρό μπάνιο και κουζίνα που δεν είναι όμως πρόβλημα για διαμονή για δυο τρεις ημέρες.
• Katerina (6/5): Did not meet our expectations. - Good location, close to the centre and the metro station. The price is ok. Good communication with the host. The flat definitely needs renovation and some furniture amendments. The kitchen and bathroom are very small and do not provide any amenities. The furniture needs changing and the overall experience was not very enjoyable. There is no coffee and you definitely cannot cook anything in that size of a kitchen. The bathroom is tiny.

• MATINA (10/5): Ότι καλύτερο για διαμονή στο κέντρο - Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική,πολύ κοντά στο νοσοκομείο Λευκός Σταυρός .Το δωμάτιο είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες.Μικρο αλλά έχει όλα όσα χρειάζεται κάποιος για να έχει άνετη διαμονή .Πεντακάθαρα και ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ φιλικός .Θα το επισκεφτώ ξανά ! Φασαρία από τους υπόλοιπους ενοίκους της πολυκατοικίας και προσοχή στον ανελκυστήρα.

• Yro (10/5): Πολύ καλή περιοχή, όμορφο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα - Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή περιοχή και είναι δίπλα στο μετρό, γεγονός που καθιστά τις μετακινήσεις ιδιαίτερα εύκολες. Περιείχε όλες τις παροχές, ήταν καθαρό και όμορφο. Οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι πολύ ευγενικοί και παρέχουν όλες τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες σχετικά με την είσοδο στο διαμέρισμα και την διαμονή. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Our hosts were amazing, we had some issues with a transport strike and were worried we wouldn’t be able to get the airport. The hosts were so great and organised a car for us. Great spot, great studio and great people!

• Βασίλειος (9/5): A great choice for a short stay in Athens - The location is ideal, just a 2 min walk from the nearest metro station. The house is very well taken after and extremely clean. The communication with the owners was very pleasant. The bathroom is a little smaller than usual.

• Valerio (9/5): A sweet spot to stay for sightseeing in Athens. - The property is located on a great spot with convenient connections to the airport and the main amenities. The hosts were very helpful and responsive, while checking-in and checking-out went smoothly even though we had done it late in night. The air conditioning makes sleeping easier, as it was very warm in the city during the night. The staircase and the hallway in the building had a somewhat non pleasant scent and the sewage system does not allow throwing paper into toilet. However, these are more of building issues. Otherwise, the building looks fabulous and in a great condition.

• Toshiko (10/5): Lovely summer holiday - superb location, nice room - Superb location - very safe (a woman can safely walk late at night), train station and bus stop (can take 24h airport bus X95) within 3 min walk, only several stops by train to main tourist attractions. Also cheap and good restaurants nearby! The room itself is clean and comfortable, with adequate facilities. I loved the double bed, which is soooo comfy. Smooth check-in, responsive and lovely host :) Definitely good value for money. Shower space is a bit small, but you will learn how to use it! If you are a sensitive person, bring a earplug - despite it being a quiet area outside, you would sometimes experience noise inside the apartment block at night (neighbors closing doors, someone upstairs pacing etc.).

• Eva (10/5): A tiny gem on a great location - Very good location, 3min walk from one of the main metro stations (blue line) and also from the bus station with a night bus to the airport (X95). The apartment is clean with a comfortable bed. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Although the apartment is equipped with a kitchen, the whole place is veeeery small, so it's hard to cook anything (we didn't need to so it didn't bother us) and the bathroom is also tiny and gets wet easily. Also no place for chairs and/or tables.

That when I arrived after a very long trip with no access to internet, I was not supplied with the keys because the owner had not had my tax number!!! even though I had paid. He had asked for this the day before, when I was travelling, although he had a long time before to ask for this and he had this from a previous stay in the studio. Luckily I had my tax number with me, but I can think of other tourists who do not carry it with them! What happens then????

• Gerasimos (8/5): cute studio near public transport - Self-check in very easy (with key box) and clear instructions. Very close to public transport (metro and buses). Very clean studio, good wifi. Coffee and bathroom amenities available. Good communication with hosts and quiet place (1st floor). Not really anything to report here, some things to keep in mind: the place is not very big, but for one person and short stays is fine (e.g. no space to work). Kitchen could be better equipped. No view from the balcony.

Perhaps consider having a spare toilet roll. We arrived at midnight and there was an almost finished roll without a replacement.

The internet is fast, the bed is comfy, and I liked that it has a balcony to get some fresh air. I walked around in the neighbourhoods and found lovely restaurants and shops. I also walked to the city centre and Acropolis, took me about 30-40 minutes. The hosts were very friendly and helpful! Thank you, a lovely stay!

It lacked essentials like cutlery, there were 2 forks & knives, no tea towel. The shower was tiny and no matter how careful you were the water went on the floor. There was not a washing machine as advertised.

• Emmy (8/5): Nice stay - This accommodation is close to the metro, so it is easy to get around Athens. Moreover, the priority is reactive and responds quickly to the message which is very appreciable in case of problem.
