Easily accommodated all 4 of us. Very clean and comfortable. Would have been helpful to have extra sheets for the couch in the loft.

• Linda (9/5): Because of location, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Quite comfortable. - The location was great. Plenty of space for two people. Sufficient bathroom facilities and linens. Beds were good. Storage was plentiful. Appreciated the cleaning equipment available to use. Wi-Fi worked good. Need more kitchen linens. A bit noisy but got used to it and with bedrooms on the back, it was quite doable. Arriving initially, tried the side door and had to ask next door merchant who helped us find the main door.
• Michaël (6/5): - Very good central location in Plaka - high ceilings and generally comfortable. 2 big bedrooms with sufficient storage. It was not very clean - a lot of dust between the sofa and pillows, and hairs found from previous guests on matress, bathrooms etc. They did a free extra cleaning but again it was not sufficiently cleaned. Also, if you are in the bedroom on the street side, you can hear very clearly the building front door open and close in the night which is very annoying.

• Kimberly (10/5): - The location of the apartment is great. Close to the Acropolis and other attractions. The apartment was well furnished. It had everything needed. The restaurant downstairs was great. We ate there just about every day. It was an added bonus. The air conditioner was a little tricky, but worked out.
• Shailesh (10/5): A spacious, modern apartment in the heart of Athens. Vibrant, convenient, and recommended - This apartment is very spacious, modern, and comfortable, and almost in Plaka! The location is unbeatable: right in the middle of everything, yet in a building that feels more updated than many in the area. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and living area are all generously sized, and the addition of a work desk makes it practical as well as comfortable. Do note that the apartment sits directly on a lively restaurant square, so it can be a bit noisy late into the evening. That said, the best part is waking up and being able to reach a choice of breakfast spots literally within 30 seconds of stepping out of the bed. Overall, a fantastic base in Athens - I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment. Everything was good!

• Kim (10/5): Beautiful apartment close to everything! - Beautiful, spacious apartment close to restaurants, shops, and the Acropolis!! The apartment was very nice, clean, and tastefully decorated. It was easy to walk only a few steps from the front door for dinner. We enjoyed some great food and entertainment without going far. We walked to the Acropolis for an excellent tour. The host was kind enough to reserve our taxis to and from the airport. This made our trip so easy. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. My family loved Athens!

Good location, beds comfortable, good kitchen, two bathrooms, all modern and effort put into the wall art. The laundry was handy we had a lot to wash. The only small thing which I know the owners are of no fault is the water preasure. It was actually the worst of all the properties we stayed at. What you get for old apartment plumbing.

Yes there is music playing but did not bother us at all. I would stay here again. My only requests I agree with some comments already made that the showers are hand held. Tea towels would have been good. You have to dispose the rubbish too and not many bins in the area. For the price this should be disposed by the cleaner. Note that taxi cannot stop outside so you may need to walk a little and can be busy.

• Maryna (1/5): I’ll never return here. - Good location. That’s all I really liked about this stay which was unpleasant from the very first meet with manager/owner SECURITY ISSUES!!! Let me start by mentioning that during check-in, a manager/owner named George asked for my card details, including the CVV code! I want to mention that the manager requested this confidential information to charge €200 as a deposit for my stay. Naturally, I refused to provide information and instead paid through a terminal (I want to mention that I saw lots of blanks with filled information by travelers ??? about credit cards, with security numbers!) George promised I will get my deposit back max in a week. The fact is I got my deposit in 15! days so be ready to wait for your money! And of course never provide anyone with your SECURITY CODES Absolutely cringe. I travel around the world and experience this kind of “hospitality” for the first time

• Heather (9/5): This beautiful apartment in the very best location made for a remarkable stay in Athens. - The very pleasant host greeted us upon arrival and gave us a thorough orientation of the unit and useful information regarding the neighborhood. The unit was decorated beautifully, great air conditioning, and all the comforts of home. Music from the restaurant across the street is nice but plays from approx. 5:00 pm to 10:30 pm making it difficult to sleep in the street side bedroom. The second bedroom at the back of the unit is quiet but the bed is set up with two singles pushed together (which easily slip apart) so would suggest switching the beds.

• James (9/5): Perfect stay. I would stay in the exact same spot if I went back to Plaka. It is a close distance to monesteraki, tour m - The property was so spacious and very clean. Everything you see in the picture is exactly how it is. It is in a very cute and fun street with lots happening. I loved everything about it. We could hear the Greek music outside our window at night which we loved falling asleep to. The only reason someone wouldn’t like it, is if you want peace and quiet. We loved the vibe of the street and for such a bad sleeper the music helped lol

Saying that, there was a restaurant close by that played non stop bazouki classics up to about 10 p.m, so if you are after an early night's sleep, this could be an issue. Other than that, the location and convenience was the main selling point for this apartment.

For instance, Akropolis is 10 Mins away walking distance. Comfortable flat, with all amenities. A bit more flexibility for the check out time would have been appreciated, just got 1h extension. but nothing else to complain about.

The host was responsive and accommodating. We checked in early which is great after a 12 hour travel day. The roof balcony had an amazing view and was just a few flights above the actual apartment. Great to watch the sunset over the acropolis.ww enjoyed the lively music outside. The AC also worked great. The laundry room was a bonus. We could have used a sharp knife in the kitchen and some extra dishwasher soap and small garbage bags. There were none to replace the existing ones.

• Shagasi (8/5): Fun in Athens - The apartment is new! There is a dishwasher! There is a coffee machine and it's great fun to be there because it is located in a good place in terms of the area. There was one towel for each. We arrived for five days so it was a bit strange. I asked the owner of the apartment and he promised that they would bring it to us and in the end it didn't happen, it was quite disappointing. In addition, the water pressure in the showers is very poor.

• Robert (10/5): Great Location - The location of this flat couldn't be better. Just a few steps to almost everything. The space, with 2 bathrooms, was just what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and worked for our breakfasts and snacks They could use a sharp knife in the kitchen for cutting bread.
• Ceclia (8/5): beautiful new apartment and can be better - It was my first time visiting Athens and it was great the location. It is in Plaka and only a 4 minute walking to the Acropolis. It is located in the old town. The apartment is spacious, new and is located on the first floor. It is normal to feel a bit of movement and little of noise in the street as it is very central. It has 2 good-sized bedrooms with very good quality mattresses in addition to the mattress cover to give more comfort. The bathrooms are new too. The air conditioning works very well during this high temperature. The department is managed by a company with whom I coordinated via messages in booking the time of arrival with my flight so that they could follow up. I was informed that there would be someone waiting for us however we had to wait in the street as there was no one on the property. I immediately called the first contact number they gave me and it did not exist. I thought we had been scammed. Later, and to our relief, I called the second number and they confirmed that the person would arrive in approximately 10 minutes. No longer. 2. We had to give a guarantee of 200 euros. This amount is additional to what was already paid through booking, as it is in their conditions. I hadn't read the fine print. They promise to return it in 1 week. 3. They should clean the apartment better showers, better wash the sheets. Looks like the sheets hadn't been shaken properly. They weren't super washed. There were traces of gum and some stains. 4. They must deliver the apartment running with hot water. We got up very early to go to the acropolis and there was no hot water. We had to take a bath with cold water. After coordination, Mr. George came who graciously with another man managed to find the reason why there was no hot water and it was solved. 5. Improving cleanliness and delivery could rate it as highly recommended or ideal.
