• Angela (10/5): - The apartment is at a perfect location right next to the center! Nicely decorated and cozy! The bed sheets were a bit small so kept coming off the bed and the bed quilt needed a wash but overall a great stay.

• Justine (5/5): Good location but a really noisy bar downstairs - Great location, good for navigating Athens Kettle didn't work, when I messaged about that didn't get a reply. Realised next day microwave didn't work either which I didn't message about due to lack of initial response. Had to call to get the information to access the property, wouldn't send the information through the booking system like had previously would only send through what's app.
• Mopar (10/5): Our stay at Socrates Apartments was a memorable experience will definitely be back!! - The property is conveniently located near Syntagma Square, all trams buses and the metro train are an easy 5 minute walk from the room. Quality Supermarkets bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Nikola was very helpful sending all the instructions needed prior to our arrival. Will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Athens!

• Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - Great, clean unit in the middle of Athens . Easy contact with host and all info forwarded re keys and codes. Close to all major sightseeing venues, and great restaurants and bars in close proximity. Nik was great to deal with and picked us up from airport and even returned us even though it meant a 6am pick up! We were a couple but the unit would easily cater for a family, and although we didn't utilise much, there was a well equipped kitchen with all appliances . Great apartment in the centre of Athens! • Deniz (6/5): Pleasant - location was perfect, in the middle of the city. clean and spacious rooms with lots of equipment. it was not comfortable in the sofa bed. they didn't provide directly the bed sheets for the sofa bed, we have to contact wt the host everytime. hot water was not easy to open. it was so bright and noisy for the one who sleeps in the living room
• Aris (9/5): Exceptional stay in Athens - The apartment location was the highlight of our experience. Located just a few meters from the famous Ermou street and 8 minutes of walking from Syntagma square and 5 minutes from Monastiraki. You can access cafes, bars and Athen's major attractions. A bit of an issue with the mosquitoes
• Bojan (8/5): For a short time to sleep over and have shower it's a good value for money and easy check in/out. - Location, size of the apartment, easy check in, flexibility on check out No real daylight, bad internet, not cleaned properly (there was hair and dust in the corners)
• Ainars (8/5): Very good - Good location and well maintained apartment There were mosquitoes flying and the living room windows are facing a bar “drunk sinatra” so if you are planning to use sofa bed, keep it in mind that it will be loud until 2-3 am. Perhaps newer windows could solve the noise problem.

• David (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing central location. Apartment has everything you need. Thanks to Nick for being a great host and helping us to navigate this incredible city. If someone uses the pull out couch, be aware, especially on weekend nights, that there is a bar across the street, so it will be loud until after midnight. (but the bedroom is very quiet).

• Janet (10/5): Excellent property and host within walking distance of all major sites. - The location is fantastic. The apartment is large and has everything you'd want. Nick was quick to sort out a hot water issue (not his nor our fault). He answered all our questions quickly, directed me to a close by laundrette and provided airport/ferry transfers for reasonable rates. Can't recommend this place highly enough! We loved it all!
• Büşra (9/5): The apartment is comfortable and spacious. - Perfect Location. We had a hard time communicating with the host. We stated that we had an internet problem, and we requested that the room/key information be sent in advance, but this did not happen. Fortunately, the shop owners nearby were very nice people and helped us a lot with the room and keys. Sometimes there was noise at night due to the bar outside, but not from the bedroom. We slept comfortably.
• Hiroaki (1/5): we will never stay at this apartment - Access to main spots in Athena is really good. There were too many mosquitoes flying in the room (certainly more than 50) and on the first day I could not sleep because of the mosquitoes. Also, the bar in front of the apartment played loud music all night long and the vibrations and volume made it impossible to stay in the living room. Towels were not changed once during our stay and we were forced to use the same towels for more than 4 days. When we ask some help to address the mosquito and towel issue to the apartment owner, he only gave us a very manual response and no specific support at all. In particular, we contacted the owner a couple of times about the towels because we wanted them to be replaced for hygienic reasons, but were ignored until the last day of our stay. On the last day, the cleaning staff came without any notice and forced us to check out even though it was before check-out time. I was very disappointed and saddened by all the responses.
• Nancy (6/5): Apartment size and location are good, access difficult. - Location was convenient for sights, restaurants, shopping, bars (for those who want them). The owner didn't give us advance information on how to get into the apartment, so when we got to the building we had no idea what to do. Eventually we contacted the owner/manager through Booking.com. It was an anxiety provoking experience! A coffee machine, but no coffee or instructions. No tea, sugar, etc. as other properties have provided. One fork in the kitchen drawer, not two or four. A spoon or two. Several knives, etc.

• Marjapuu (10/5): Very comfortable and functional apartment in the middle of Athens city - Excellent location, walking distance to everywhere in Athens city center. The apartment was clean and spacy, extremely stylish, furbished with a very good taste. Very functional base making our stay easy and relaxed. The bed was perfect, not too soft or too hard. I also liked the Netflix and the Wifi worked perfectly. Probably one of the best apartments in this price class that I have ever stayed in. Had some problems with the lockbox, but it was easily fixed. There were only two forks in the kitchen toolbox, although the kitchenwares were measured for four people. And the capsule coffee maker could not be used, because there were no capsules and I could not find suitable capsules in the nearby supermarkets.
