• Monica (10/5): Atene a portata di mano - 10 e lode a Sofia che prima del nostro arrivo ci ha mandato le indicazioni per tutto Al nostro arrivo ci ha mandato suggerimenti per locali,bar ristoranti ecc Ad ogni nostra richiesta di "aiuto":taxi posizione,chiavi ecc ha sempre risposto immediatamente ed in modo risolutivo L'appartamento è comodissimo per girare a piedi tutta Atene e la metro è a 450 mt Quindi tutto straconsigliato...soprattutto la host Grazie ancora Sofia La cosa più complicata(per noi) aprire il box con le chiavi ...ecco quello lo cambierei solamente per comodità 😉

• franco (9/5): Posizione centrale e host super! - Tutto!!! Posizione eccellente, proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile per tutte le informazioni richieste. Letti un po' bassi ma per tre notti si può fare! Abbiamo trovato acqua e snack. E la cucina è attrezzata per qualsiasi cosa! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Il bagno del secondo piano necessita di manutenzione, il soffione gocciola ed è un po' fastidioso. Ma nulla di così grave!

• Cristina (7/5): Very nice and practical stay in a lovely neighborhood of Athens - Great location, super nice host who gave us great tips and even left some snacks and water for us. The house has thin walls and windows so it gets a bit noisy, making it difficult to sleep well. The bathroom is slightly unpractical either the boiler that has to be turned on 20 minutes before taking a shower and off again afterwards.

Сама квартира неймовірна, Інтерʼєр оздоблений так детально що можна найти навіть журнали біля дзеркала чи настільні ігри, місце розташування в спокійному районі, а те що були ще залишені різні смаколики, кава і чай і не тільки Я дуже рідко пишу відгуки, але тут навіть повірити не можу що ще й думав над цим варіантом, люди, раджу максимально Лійка в душі протікає

• Anastasiia (8/5): - Great location, close to the main attractions. The apartment has almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. The snacks and juice provided were a nice touch. Two of the three nights were very noisy. There's a bar playing music next door, and people were talking loudly right under the windows. This continued until midnight. Also noise came from mopeds and motorcycles. The bathroom needs renovation. There's no shower head, and the ceiling is low.

The apartment is full of positive vibes and energy.... Just like the name sweet home 😊 Sofia is a very kind and caring host, perfect communication and very good suggestions for restaurants, bars and bakeries. The only thing that I didn't like was the bed.

Tesisin giriş kapısı pek güvenli hissettirmiyordu.Salondaki divan dağılacak gibiydi. Kullanmadığımız için sorun olmadı. Tesis normal bir ev gibi düzenlenmiş olduğundan ziyaretçilerin kullanmayacağı çok fazla eşya ve aksesuar var. Ama bazı ziyaretçiler de bunu daha samimi bulabilir. Ben daha sade bir tasarımı tercih ederdim. Son olarak benimki gibi büyük bir aracınız varsa o dar sokaklarda parkettiğinizde biraz huzursuz hissediyorsunuz.
• Sofia (7/5): - La casa è accogliente e simpatica, e il quartiere molto vivo, pieno di negozi second hand e di artigianato. La host ci ha dato tantissimi consigli molto utili sulla zona. Abbiamo trovato il letto e soprattutto i cuscini scomodi (troppo morbidi). L'aria condizionata è diretta sul letto quindi non è facile regolare la temperatura di notte.

• Giulia (8/5): Lovely flat in Koukaki. - Large apartment in a nice block of flats. Location is perfect as it is in a lovely neighbourhood and near the acropolis. There were some works in the building or near the building and at 9 am the builders started to make a lot of noise. Not sure if we paid the full price but it should not be marketed as standard property because it is almost impossible to stay in the flat after 9 am. The bed and pillows are not comfortable at all.
• Joanna (10/5): Exceptional - The place is very cosy, it has nice, safe "vibe". It feels as if a friend let you use her house, while she's away. I was happy to stay there. And there were snacks and drinks in the fridge, soaps in the bathroom, many details that make you feel taken care of.

• Cihan (9/5): Superb - The apartment is in a great location—just a 5-minute walk to the metro station and 10 minutes to the Acropolis Museum. Koukaki is a lovely neighborhood full of boutiques, cafes, bars, and restaurants. This was our second time in Athens, so we didn’t hesitate to spend time exploring the area. The apartment felt like a real home and had everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was quite slow to the point we couldn’t really use it. We didn’t reach out to the host since we had mobile internet, but maybe they could’ve fixed it if we had mentioned it.
• Alexandru112788 (9/5): Superb - Sweet, cozy apartment, situated in a central area 10 minutes walk from Acropolis. Very good value for money. Has a nice balcony, too. The owner is very ok, efficient, helpful, kind and friendly. Gave us hints about transportation and places to eat. Also, the owner doesn't bother you, but he is always available to be contacted if needed. The apartment was clean, very nice decorated and the kitchen was also clean and nice. The bathroom is good and could be better if the shower curtain was improved.

Our first experience in Athens had left us disappointed, but Sophia's place completely changed our perspective. We were delighted with our stay and loved the area.

• Javier (3/5): Poor - Sophia, the owner, was extremely polite and responsive in whatsapp but sadly, I must base my review on the quality of the property. Living room and bedroom are nice but the facilities are terrible, the toilet in particular, like living in poverty. I had to kill 2 cockroaches on the bathroom floor, there was a constant water leak from the AC on the balcony floor, the shower was extremely uncomfortable, my head almost touching the ceiling (I am 1.80 mts, 5.10 feet), the shower floor was too narrow and curvey so it's hard to stand comfortably (unless you got very small feet), there was no working hanger for the shower head (the current one doesn't hold it) and the water pressure was poor. Also, the ad shows photos of the flat that are not real (with prior decor and furniture than no longer exist). There is only one purple living room and 1 blue bedroom (plus kitchen and bathroom) There are also cleaning products on the balcony (mops etc) which is not nice to see on holiday (and which are not shown on the pics) Please see my photos for the real thing. The toilet in particular needs a full upgrade. Location is also a bit far from the touristy areas. At least 15 min walk to Acropolis metro station/museum (going up). We would not stay again nor we can recommend this to other travellers (we stayed in 2 other hotels in Greece with no problem)

• Baharbuyukgunes (10/5): Excellent location, beautiful house, nice landlord - The house is in an excellent location, and the landlord Sophia is helpful and kind. She recommended lots of good places and helped us with everything I needed. Koukaki is a very nice district to stay, it's near to the center, also it has everything like delicious restaurants, tavernas, cafes, parks, stores etc. The house was comfortable to stay 2 people and also okay for 3-4 people. The last day I heard an announcement on the metro about the bank holiday, she called the authorities to learn the closed times of the metro line to help us. Thanks to her we caught up on the flight time. I liked everything.
• João (8/5): Very good - Self check in, so arrival hours are not a problem. There where some snacks and water in the house when we arrived. Location is also very good. Close to the metro line, restaurants, supermarket and the acropolis. Weird setup for the shower hot water. You had to manually turn it on 20min beforehand, and turn it off when you showered.
• Trimble (9/5): Character & Colour - Character & colour....this apartment has soul. Loved the decor and it was spotlessly clean. Big enough for our family of 4. The trundle beds were very comfortable. Plenty of eateries around the corner as well as a great bakery for breakfast. Lots of little supermarkets etc in the area. Sophia was incredibly helpful with recommendations and taxi bookings. And the apartment was generously stocked with juice and snacks. Sophia looked after us well! Access to the toilet is tight and the shower is over the bath. All manageable but be aware if you have mobility issues. I did find it difficult to sleep on Saturday night with traffic noise. Sunday was quieter. The rest of my family weren't bothered and slept well.

However you can’t hear day to day noises from neighbouring flats

Great atmosphere and felt very safe. Only 20 mins stroll (past great coffee shops and bakeries) to get to the Acropolis & all the cool archaeological sites. Flat was super clean, and the host was amazing, providing great recommendations and answering all my questions (even late at night when I arrived) and helping me with trains and fun suggestions. honestly nothing 11/10 would come again

• Katie (10/5): Great location, great host, a great time. - Great location with food and shops all around and an easy 15 ish minute walk to the acropolis. The apartment is homey and colorful and has everything you may need. The shower is a bit of a trick, with the nozzle being so close to the wall, but otherwise it gets plenty hot and does the job.

Kitchen is cute. Better if had Toaster. Bathroom drape is clumsy. Sitting on toilet very tight... Internet is OK but the picture of the password is blured and took few trials to connect. Street noise.

Place has excellent location with cute caffees and brunch spots all over the neighborhood. Nice terase for enjoying your morning coffee ☕️. It's also well connected to the city center so you'll be there in about 10 min. Acropolis is also relatively close by, so you can get there on foot in cca 15 min. It exceeded my expectations, and I will most likely book it again if I come back to Athens. There is nothing we didn't like at this booking.
