- Silke (8/5): Wir haben schon viele Ferienwohnungen in Griechenland kennengelernt und diese war die Beste. - Schönes Appartement, groß, Esstisch, Sitzecke, extra Schlafzimmer, praktische Ablage für Koffer, Küche mit allem wichtigen. Zentrale Lage. 2 Stationen mit Bus 35 zum Omonia-Platz, viele weitere Busse in 4 bis 6 Minuten zu laufen. Es gibt direkt in der Nähe zwar einen Minimarkt, doch der hat kaum etwas. Bäcker und Lebensmittel sind etwas weiter weg. Die Wohnung ist etwas kalt und feucht, was sicher auch daran lag, dass wir im November da waren. Aber kein Schimmel.
- Anna (6/5): Nie taki "Cute Home" - Lokalizacja jest największą zaletą. Podobała nam się okolica - pełna ciekawych restauracji, kawiarni i sklepów. Apartament był blisko muzeum i z łatwym dojazdem/dojściem do centrum Aten. Warto zaznaczyć, że wybierając to miejsce, wiedzieliśmy, jaki vibe ma Eksarchia i dostaliśmy to, czego się spodziewaliśmy. Jeśli chodzi o inne plusy, to fakt, że mieszkanie jest dość spore oraz że odbiór kluczy był łatwy. Generalnie mieszkanie potrzebuje odnowy - wszystkie ściany są brudne, podrapane, a każdy róg ma odłupane fragmenty. Balkon byłby zaletą, gdyby nie fakt, że wychodzi na wewnętrzny dziedziniec, a z racji, że to parter (albo dolne piętro), to widać tylko mur. Z tych samych powodów mieszkanie jest ciemne, przez co nawet za dnia trzeba palić światło. W kuchni brakuje potrzebnych akcesoriów do gotowania - jest tylko garnek. Miłym dodatkiem byłyby takie drobne rzeczy jak sól, pieprz, oliwa albo kawa do ekspresu. Najbardziej jednak rozbawiła nas za mała deska klozetowa względem muszli.
